Terrible Treatment!I have a brand new treadmill which had an E02 code. that could have easily been fixed and re-sold. In fact, I called the store to donate it to them. I spoke with Adam who normally answers the phone. He stated that he was interested, and would come to my home and pick it up at 8:30 am, but the guy never showed or gave me the courtesy of calling me. His behavior was very disrespectful, inconsiderate, and just plain unprofessional. I was planning to purchase another treadmill along with other exercise equipment from this company, but have changed my mind because of the way they treat people. if the guy changed huis mind about picking it up, why not just call and state that? I called to speak with the manager Barret. Adam answered the phone and whispered that I wantd to talk to him, then sent my call straight to voice mail, and never called me back. Their lack of consideration and respect for customers, and the fact that Barrett didnt even bother to call back, is a horrible reflection of this company. I will not refer to this company to friends and family nor purchase anything from them. Zero stars if I had the option.

When I went into Push Pedal Pull and looked for new exercise equipment, I didt feel pressured and the salesman was very helpful. I was shown all the features and he helped me find something for my needs and size. When I called to order my Inspire cardio strider the gentleman that answered the phone was awesome. Great place to buy good quality exercise equipment.

My husband and I ordered an elliptical mid November 2020. We were told it would be delivered the next week or two. After 3.5 months we cancelled our order and got our money back.We would call the store over the three and a half months and get a different excuse for the delay every time.We always were the one calling them, they never took the initiative to call us to explain why our elliptical delivery was delayed.We went to PPP’s competitor where we were helped making a decision on the best machine they sold and according to Forbes magazine, it is one of the best ellipticals you can buy. Ten days after trying out several machines at the local competitor, we have our elliptical set up and in use in our home. We love it and we saved $1000 as well!!! Do shop around if you are buying exercise equipment!! Don’t fall for long delays in delivery time!!

Our experience with this place was terrible. Initial service was good but equipment did not arrive until over a month past what it was supposed too. I get shipping delays but dont take my money and tell me a date just be straight forward and say i dont know. we called several times and got the run around. eventually i had to go to the distribution center and pick it up myself. waiting to open this box because i wont be surprised if its broken.

Treadmill was ordered on November 20. Delivery was to be included in the order. We were told it would be in the next week. (Thanksgiving week) This was a gift for an anniversary on November 28th.After calling this Monday, December 7th. we were told the treadmill was in. Delivery was not scheduled. We called again on Tuesday and asked for a delivery date. This is now 48 hours later (Thursday) and we still do not have a delivery date.I changed my rating from 5 stars to 1 star for this reason.We have talked to two different sales people and also called the delivery number. Could someone please respond.Update: December 11th. Treadmill delivered and set up this afternoon. Very quiet machine. Technicians pleasant to work with. Rating changed to a four star.

There was a whining noise and Adam came out promptly, identified the issue (an unclean joint residual from the factory) and fixed it quickly. It is easy to reach them by telephone and of course having the business located locally is crucial

We are in the market for a treadmill, so my husband stopped by this store and let me tell you no one absolutely not one person said hello or offered help. Employees were there and just ignored him, I see the 5 star reviews which makes me think my husband was discriminated against based on color. We will NEVER go there again and will not recommend to anyone either. Train your employees to treat everyone the same.

We bought a Precor home elliptical from P3 late last fall. Chad helped walk us through the different brands and models, really taking his time to help us understand the differences. His expertise was so appreciated and helped us narrow down our options - 5 stars for this part of the process. Over 2-3 weeks we noticed the hand-grip heart rate monitors were giving readings in the 65-75 range, even in the middle of higher intensity workouts, so P3 sent out a technician. While we know home models dont have precision accuracy for heart rate, this seemed like a bigger difference than it should have been, even taking into account a bit of inaccuracy. They offered to send a chest strap heart rate monitor, telling us these are usually more accurate. Unfortunately, the chest strap monitor was never sent.

This morning our treadmill broke down. My wife and I decided it was time to get a new one. We knew which one we wanted, so I called Push Pedal Pull to check on availability. Our luck, they had it in stock! I purchased it over the phone from Chad who was very helpful answering my questions. Less than an hour later, they called to schedule my delivery. And about an hour after that, they were already at my house with my new treadmill!Bob and Mike removed our broken treadmill and installed the new one. Once completed, they gave me a quick run-down of its features and things I needed to know about maintenance. They were extremely fast and friendly.In half of a day, I went from having a broken treadmill in my basement to having a brand new one fully installed and ready to go. I couldnt be happier with the service they provided. From now on, I will be going to Push Pedal Pull for all my exercise equipment needs.

After talking with friends and doing some online research, I walked into the store unsure of which brand and model to purchase. The staff did a great job of listening to my situation and then directing me to the machine that best fit my needs. Two weeks later my elliptical was delivered and set up in my home. All my questions were answered. Both in-store and delivery service were exceptional.

Great place! Went to get info on a piece of exercise equipment. this was the only specialized store in the area that was actually open on a Sunday late afternoon. Chad, our sales guy was very friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, professional, yet had common sense. went out of his way to help us. NOT at all high pressure. made us a great offer on the elliptical, including delivery, set up and a return policy & warranty (10 years!!). he didnt even get irritated that we stayed until his closing time. Very patient w/us. as we were leaving he even took another customers phone call (AT CLOSE). (=devoted to his job). I love supporting locally owned businesss like this one. the owner lives a few miles away, nice to do business w/the local guys. I would not hesitate to go back or to send anyone I know to shop here w/confidence. I came in to Push Pedal Pull in Burnsville, MN looking to replace my very old and well used elliptical machine. While looking at the in stock ellipticals, Barrett asked about my fitness goals and needs and suggested an arc trainer. I did my research and eventually made a purchase at a fair price When it came to delivery and installation, the crew had a tough time because of the configuration of my home but they worked through it without complaint. Having used the arc trainer for a few weeks, I am getting good workouts and am happy with my purchase and my experience with Push Pedal Pull.

I had done a ton of research online before narrowing in on a few spinning bike models. I discovered this store and went on their website and asked a few questions via online chat. The gentleman on chat answered my questions and then later that day I walked into the store and was greeted by Barrett; the store manager and my sales person. I introduced myself as Dave and he asked me if I was Dave Wenell which threw me for a loop a bit. He went on to tell me he actively reviews all the online chats in his area to make sure questions were answered to his satisfaction and he had proactively written me an email already. I had not seen the email yet when I walked into the store but I can assure you he did in fact proactively write me an email following up on my inquiries. Ok Im impressed...good way to start the experience for sure. Barrett was extremely knowledgeable about the products I was interested in and guided me towards the best product for my needs. I never once felt pressured to purchase as Barrett was never pushy at all during my sales consultation experience. I purchased one Life Fitness IC6 and financed it. He again really took his time to inform me of the financing options and pros/cons of each and I ultimately left extremely happy.Later my wife and I decided to purchase one more of the exact same unit and I proceeded to bombard him with a slew of questions over email close to closing time on a Sunday. I was able to purchase an additional unit and even change my original pickup to delivery all over email and after hours which I certainly was not expecting. I am a family man myself and know how much I value my own personal free time with my family so the fact Barrett took time out of his personal life to help me out was definitely above and beyond my expectations.I cant say enough positive things about this location and of course of Barrett himself. In February 2018 I purchased an ellipitical trainer from Push Pedal in Burnsville, Mn. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The delivery staff were on time and careful not to damage my home with the delivery. Very satifified.

We were really impressed with an Inspire CS4 Cardio Strider we were shown by store manager Barrett, at the State Fair. We decided to order one, and through many phone calls, texts and emails I provided the info requested for the 36 month 0% financing promo he offered. Through several more calls and emails, what should have been a simple approval for our high credit scores, it was very clear incorrect information was entered, and Barrett continuously deferred responsibility for errors and misinformation (blaming another person within P3 for miskeying the information then the lending company). We ended up canceling the order for the equipment and looked for other places to get the Cardio Strider. Unfortunately P3 is the only retailer I could find in MN, that carried the model that we wanted. We ended up buying it from the Brooklyn Park location, and paying outright, to avoid the hassle we encountered with Barrett. We would not do business with the Burnsville location for anything, based on this experience.
