Like other reviewers are saying, the staff here seem to dislike/have trouble doing returns. I was told to go to a different store for my return today. The lady said something about Sephora/JCPenny system changing on September 1st and that’s why she can’t do it. It’s August. (The first wk of the month) Last time I made a return the staff also had trouble with the system, but actually made an attempt to resolve it. This time the associate didn’t even want to try.

Multiple makeup lines in different colors, always someone there to assist you and get you going with the right shades of color for your skin tone and I love it.

Service is phenomenal! Before my trip to Sephora, I had NEVER used anything like foundation or contour, or even primer, which was why I went as I wanted/want to start using those products. I was assisted by a lovely worker named Matti—SHE IS AMAZING!!!!! She was so sweet, funny, welcoming, helpful, and hospitable. Instead of an experience where I would have felt vulnerable asking how to apply certain items, Matti made the experience enjoyable and relaxing, and helped me find quality products for a cheaper cost. I can’t wait to return and hope I get to see Matti again!

I stopped in on Saturday and asked for a sample as my face was already done. The young sales person said that she would take care of that right after she checked on the other people in the store. I waited and she never gave me another thought. So I left! Poor customer care if you ask me.....a former customer.

I came in for a return last night & matti assisted me. She was EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! She had an attitude the whole entire time and kept swearing underneath her breath. I will definitely NOT be returning to this location because the customer service was horrible and I don’t appreciate being treated in such a poor manner. Ulta will be my replacement!!!!

Great store. The women/girls who work there are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. My daughter and I both love going there.

I love the choices of makeup they have and skin care products.

Waited in line for over 10minutes. When it was my turn, Megan seemed very rushed and continuously attempted to help others when clearly was not done helping me. She would ask others if they needed help and answered phone calls (then asked another associate which case she would like help with). Just unprofessional.

Very rude, I tried to return a product with the help of a young lady. But this rude older lady stepped in and took over. I didn’t have a receipt but was told I was able to look up my purchase with my credit card. The whole time the lady didn’t know what she was doing and insisted that I did not purchase it, without checking.

There is one of the most rudest Mexican 🇲🇽 Staff in this store whose name is KIM, she was threatening the customers that she in from California which I don really care especially when she is a nobody and saying she don care about her job in Sephora, I don know how Sephora can hire this kind of rude staff who don provide a good service, it’s a shame to Sephora!! Plus I m a insider member who shops there all the time n given no respect:((((((((

I like this Sephora. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I was here not too long ago and had a great experience with one of the workers. She was very friendly and help me get matched to a good foundation. She shared her opinion and the pros and cons about the products to best help me. The other amazing thing about this location is the ring lights. Most Sephora’s are strangly lit and it looks like the colors match until you step out into the light. In here, there is a ring light that helps you make sure the color is good. I am giving this store 4 stars for only one little issue, staffing. There tens to be a long line and only 2 cashier stations. I typically try to shy away from the mall on weekends, but this location is always busy or understaffed.

Normally I have a good experience here but today it was so bad that I came just to review it. I needed help today and couldn’t find anyone on the floor . When I found 2 girls that worked there , they were both talking to each other . I didn’t think much of it and kept walking around. One of the girls went to go put away makeup back on the shelves and I approached her. I greeted her and asked her if they carried a certain brand and she just said “no!”, and kept looking for a spot to put the product she had on her hand back on the shelf. She was an Indian girl, I’ve never seen her before. She didn’t acknowledge that I was there , didn’t make eye contact, wasn’t friendly. I felt like I was bothering her by asking her a question or like I had interrupted her while she was putting something away. I ended up going to Macy’s to purchase ABH products because after that interaction, I was not going to spend my money there. I’ve been shopping here at Sephora for years and I’ve never had any bad experiences with any of the workers.

Some merchandise, but prefer to go to Mall of America for more selection.

Very helpful and friendly staff!

The worst location ever. They are always short on service, so it’s taking forever to check out or get help. Plus people who work there always new, and doesn’t have a clue what they are doing. They are spending most of the time chitchatting and gossiping.

I wish there was a 0 star option. I hate this location. There were only one worker and 10 customer. I had to leave and go home without my product. Go to a different location that can afford to hire more than one worker.

Bad experience.
