Kerry was great answering all our questions. I’m a big fan of relaxed, knowledgeable salespeople, they are like diamonds in the rough! Their computer system was misbehaving when we were in, so they let us take the car with just a placeholder check and come back a couple days later to finish up the paperwork and actually pay. I like that they did a free oil change and scheduled the next one for three months out, several days before the 3-month warranty would be ending so they can do a once-over on the car. Excellent service, love the car, got it for a fair price and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good used car!

Not a great experience here.Had a friend drive me down from Duluth for a vehicle that I had agreed to buy, with promises that everything was done. Was supposed to walk in, sign the paperwork and leave. Got there and paperwork was not ready, the bank I was told was financing had changed, my sales person was busy event thought I let them know when I would be there. Spent a couple hours there and while some did try to help it was not a smooth process, especially for all the prework and assurances that went in to it. Everyone was friendly enough but I wound up back in Duluth without the vehicle (at my expense) I had planned on, out time and money. On my way back I found another vehicle in STC, made one call. Had it financed, delivered to Duluth (for free) within two days.

It was my second time buying a car, so I wanted a better experience than my first time. I called Walser and Carlos Sayavedra Mora answered the phone. I didnt know I was talking with a representative that spoke Spanish, something that has a plus because I feel more comfortable talking on Spanish about financing and cars. I told him that I was interested on a Toyota Sienna. He was very helpful, brought the minivan to my home, explained me all the financial process, my options, and the most important, he was very patient with me because I was undecided on certain things. We changed the financial agreement a few times, but it was my fault hehe. I really recommend Walser and if you have the opportunity to work with Carlos do it.

Kelly helped me buy my previous car a few years ago and introduced me to Jan who helped me find my beautiful new Jeep a few weeks ago - I cannot rave enough about this team! Jan spent about 5 hours with me test driving cars the first day and then another few hours helping me qualify, figure out my loan options, paperwork stuff, etc. the second day when I picked out my new car. Im a bit picky and know that once I have my heart set on something its really hard for me to budge or change my mind and Jan was very patient, friendly and accommodating throughout the entire process. Every time I would apologize for being picky hed say you dont need to apologize, this is going to be your car, not mine, so you have to like it and Im just here to help you find it. I also dont know anything about cars and knowing that, they both sat down and explained things at my level and in ways that Id understand until I felt comfortable and confident with what was being relayed. A Friday morning was just going a little too well, and I had to be knocked down a peg to stay humble, so someone rear ended me and insurance deemed my car a total loss. TGIF, right? I was stuck driving a cardboard box of a loaner, and was scrambling to find my own vehicle. A friend referred me to Randy of Experienced Autos, and he put Jan on grunt work with me. Im not a car savvy person by any means, and 1000% refer to cars by the color alone. Most low pressure sale Ive ever been a part of. They found multiple vehicles that fit my specifications, pulled them all up to the door, and let me test drive each before deciding. Summary of 2012 Infiniti Purchase: Long story short, was told over the phone car was in excellent condition and needed nothing. Ended up having hail damage, vibrating front end from two bent wheels, and fuel gauge issue.They worked with me on some of this which I appreciate but another shop looked at the car and stated they likely covered up some of the damage which was discovered a year later.

My experience- the people ignored me, they just sat there at the desk until I said excuse me may I get some service. After I made contact with the lifeforms they where actually really nice people. I test drive a vehicle, it drove ok but it had some issues, I got back to their lot and the manager came out toasked what I thought about the vehicle and I said its pretty good with a few issues. I ask about price negotiation, he said we dont and have not negotiated price for 19yrs, basically you dont like there price move on. If you they they got your best interest and have set the price fair for the customers then your cheating yourself. I happy I walked. I just wanted to share dont fall for tactic like this. Big car company dont have your best interests if its a use car you have every right to NEGOTIATE.

We purchased a vehicle here yesterday, and the atmosphere was great, the vehicle was exactly how it was described. The buying experience was good, the salesperson was helpful. All together it was a great overall experience. And it was really shaping up to be a 5 star review. Until it came time to decide on extra coverage. As a former auto mechanic, and a general hobbyists, I know my way around the inside of a vehicle. They did not want to let us into our new car without the extended warranty. Almost to the point of getting upset when I insisted on not purchasing it. Other than that it was great!

It was recommended that I try Walzer Experienced Autos in my search for an upgrade to my current car. I’m very happy I did! Great to work with, no preasure from the salesman

To make a long story short, the sales manager was impersonal and insulting. After driving an hour and a half one way, we were ready to purchase a specific truck at their no haggle price. We had even secured our own financing, (an easy sale). All that was left was our trade-in value. When we asked for an additional $800 on trade, the sales manager wouldnt budge and said I DARE YOU TO FIND ANOTHER DEALER THAT WILL WRITE YOU A CHECK FOR MORE. This was in the lobby, in front of other customers. We were never offered a location other than the lobby to discuss the deal. The salesman all but disappeared once the manager took over. Theres more to this story but I believe Ive made my point.Thank you, but I will spend my $50k + elsewhere.
