Bryan at Furniture Row in Burlington was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable. I started out by telling him what I wanted and didn’t want, what I needed, and how much I could spend and he took me right to where I needed to be. I would suggest you ask for him if you are in need of a new mattress.

Workers are polite and helpful. They know what they have in stock, and how long it takes for a delivery. They can give you a price quickly and find what you are looking for. The store is clean and there is room to walk and plenty of room for a wheelchair. They were fast and a little bitty man lifted the mattress above his head all by himself and put it in our van. This is better than ordering something online because I was able to touch the mattress for firmness and see what I was getting.

I’ve never purchased anything from Denver Mattress before. It was my first making a bigger purchase. Bryan was the person who helped me pick out a great new comfortable mattress for both my Mother and I.Nothing was confirmed yet. I had chosen a style I had wanted to purchase but, realized that it was gonna be really tight on the budget. So, I came back in a few days later. Had what I wanted

I bought adjustable bed 10 years ago.. Nice bed for sure but the remote quit working so I went there for their help in getting a new remote. The guy behind the counter was offering no help in helping me get a part. No one else was in the store so they were not busy. No customer service. I have a 15 year warranty or limited. I will pay for the part but no help from Denver mattress. Will never buy anything from them again. What B.S. they give out with no action.. Buyers beware of Burlington Denver mattress
