Very good place to do business. Kurt knows his equipment and isnt afraid to set it up so you get it right. Its hard to find places where the boss isnt just a finger head. We should support places like this.

The last time I bought a lawn mower I ended up going to Home Depot and buying a seemingly nice Cub Cadet. After the deck exploded in under 60 hours and I had absolutely no support, I decided to cut my losses and buy something else. I looked all over, went to several big box stores and Mom and Pop dealerships. On a whim I stopped in at Otter sales while I was in Burlington, and I’m so glad that I did. Kurt was as straight forward as can be, no hard sell, gimmicks or BS. He told me what he had in stock, what it was going to cost me, and the pros and cons to the different models. I called him up a day or two later and bought my Scag over the phone. He delivered it like a day later. It’s a hell of a machine, I can cut my lawn in less than half the time, and I know that Kurt will take care of me if I have any problems. These are good, decent people and I’m happy to support a family owned business.

I use to take my tractor parts to Whitewaters to get repaired after I would take them off and replace. I live just down the road. Usually the splines that spin the blade on the mower. I had 2 done by them out there. Finally the middle one let lose and I couldnt get to the unit at home. Since I work in Burlington I thought I would try the Otter boys. Should have done it long ago! Not only were they $30 cheaper, they did all the work that I usually did at home. Youve earned my business!

When buying lawn mowers you want to be able to also have parts available and good service available. This is that place good all around .

Brought my hydraulic line in for my skid steer had them make me a new one because the one had a hole in it. Installed the newly made line and it blow off instantly because it wasn’t even crimped. And I bought 2 gallons of oil from them. And when the line blew a second time the 2 gallons went all over the ground. When I brought the hose back to get recrimped I asked them if I could get compensated for the 2 gallons I bought that was just wasted because of they’re mess up and they said that is not gonna happen because they weren’t at fault.

Great place! The staff is extremely helpful. If for some reason they dont have it, they will get you it fast!

The staff there are great. I have called and visit their store many times and every time I stopped by they helped me out tremendously. They even found a part that I was looking for and they found the only (new stock) one left for sale (tractor is 50 years plus).

Very friendly and helpful

Our first time here since we are new to the area but met the owner, Harry right away. He spent ample time with us as we were shopping for a lawn mower. He was delightful and a wealth of information but asked the questions that helped us find the right Cub Cadet for us. This business has been in the area since the 60s and its easy to see why. Sons and grandson(s) are there too. They are there to service what they sell unlike the big box stores and prices were nearly identical. I am happy we chose to do business with Harry and his family. I would highly recommend this business.
