Still haven’t seen my couch back. These guys have had it for twice as long as they told me. I should have taken it to be recovered at my guys in Manchester, but I’m up in Burlington for the year. They have given me no updates and not a single phone call to let me know what the holdup is. Remind me why I’m paying 2k for this? Oh, and they didn’t want to order new fabric (enough to do the couch in one color) so they told me to go with a two tone fabric on my couch? I often design for DIY channel and we work with folks who can recover a couch for us in 10 days. By the looks of it this...It might be a half year project and still not a single update. Wondering how these folks stay in business. What a bummer. I have called now 4 times for information...Best answer I have been given is “they are working on it...Problems in the warehouse.” Thanks for the awesome customer service!

I recently had a chair reupholstered at Rags to Riches. The chair was beautifully done, but the cushion does not have the zipper we discussed nor does it correctly fit the chair. There is gap between the cushion and the back of the chair at the corners that is very obvious from the side. It seems that there is a translation gap between the sales team and the folks that do the work. When working with the sales team, make sure that every detail you discuss is also on the written sales order.

Honestly no better selection of upholstery. Im beside myself for having found it. Incredible service and staff as well. Took my samples home and will be back to make final selections. And then probably many many times more... best find!

Not very helpful staff. There was a dead squirrel on the floor, apparently no one who works here looks around ever. Nice materials, but pricey.
