I like the store and staff. I really dont like driving a half hour to get there only to find theyve changed their hours again and didnt post it online. As of June 7th 2021 the note on the door says, open Thursday to Sunday 12:00 to I forget. Very frustrating!

Disappointed in the customer service. I ordered two different sizes of track pants for my son and because the sizing is all over the place and not consistent, I called and asked if they would return/exchange the 2nd pair that I had ordered knowing they have a policy of no refund/exchanges on the personalized orders but given the fact the sizing is extremely off they agreed to order a 3rd pair and when it came in they would call me and I could come in the store and they would exchange them for me as a courtesy and due to the sizing inconsistencies. Fast forward 6 weeks or so, I called since I hadn’t heard from them and they knew nothing of this order and the kid I spoke to was told from the higher ups that they can’t exchange them after-all. WASTE OF MY TIME! Had I been told that when I first called 6 weeks ago I would of just paid another $50 and ordered a 3rd pair. I trusted what they told me but I should of known better. So now it’s the rainy soccer season and my son doesn’t have the warm ups that fit him and match his team. I hope our soccer club goes with another supplier for their uniforms next year!

Good selection of soccer gear and the staff was helpful. We purchased a new pair of keeper gloves.
