The only place left with anything decent for men (shoes). I almost gave up before I entered the shop today. I found a really nice pair and Im going back for another one soon. Relief

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Eager to help but never pushy. We’re are frequent visitors to this location always having a pleasant experience.

The store manager immediately helped me with finding a product that would suit my needs. He made recommendations for higher-cost alternatives, but was not pushy. I ultimately decided to purchase the next-tier product, largely due to his knowledge and favorable recommendation. Product quality still stands to be tested, but overall this J&M location was enjoyable to shop at.Update: After wearing my shoea for 2 events, I feel confident to say I made the right decision. As promised, they were comfortable even before the break-in period, and look very sharp. While this is not a review of the shoes, Im happy to say it supports my previous review claiming knowledgeable and helpful staff.

The store salesman was really rude and judgemental. I asked for double monk strap shoes and he showed me some shoes and I asked for the price for which he told me the price. I told I have single strap shoes from Jonhston & Murphy and looking only for double monk strap shoes. Later I picked a pair of shoes and asked for the price. He responded saying I dont have any shoes for less than hundred dollars to which I responded saying I never told him I was looking for shoes for less than $100. I was thinking of buying the pair of shoes for which I asked the price for. His judgemental and rude answer made me change my mind. I did not get his name but he has thick eastern European accent.

Employees left the store unattended with front door locked for an extended period of time. Was on a tight schedule and didn’t think the store would be unstaffed since it’s in the mall. Wasted time going to this location vs. others. Would recommend calling ahead.

Connor was very helpful and professional. The staff is very knowledgeable.
