I went in and asked questions about a vacuums. They asked questions to help me pick the right one. The price was competitive. The after care that comes with the vacuum it amazing. The customer service is 5 star plus. Took my new vacuum home and used it and I love it. I would highly recommend them.

Beware!I brought in my old vacuum cleaner for repairs and decided to buy a used vacuum instead for $300.00. Upon purchase I was led to believe that if anything went wrong I could return it within 30 days. I found this information to be false when upon first using my vacuum a major part went bad. Not only did they refuse to take the vacuum back but the salesman tried to talk me into believing that there was nothing wrong with the vacuum cleaner. I am familiar with Kirby vacuums and stood my ground and the salesman finally took the vacuum and fixed it free of charge because the broken part was under warranty. It would have cost me $300.00. I was using my vacuum cleaner for the 4th time when the fan belt went out, costing me $47 dollars.
