I just had a new radio installed in my 2010 Camaro by the guys at Auto Acoustics and they did an absolutely fantastic job!!!! I had been wanting to get a touch screen radio in my car for about 4 years now and finally got around to being able to get it done. Not only do I have a touch screen now but I also have Apple CarPlay and a much better backup camera then the Garmin Backup i was using previously. I cant thank the guys at Auto Acoustics enough for the great job they did on my car.

These guys have done quite a bit of work on my vehicles and I haven’t had one complaint. They are always nice and get things done very quickly. They always shoot you straight. Their prices are reasonable compared to the quality of work that they do. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Today I just had my windows tinted and they look amazing!!!!

Theyve done work for me in the past they were great trying to get my daughters car up there Saturday morning as soon as they opened at 10 and nobody was around no signs nothing little disappointing we were planning on doing her car for her birthday

Came in looking for a specific subwoofer enclosure for my Tahoe, ideally that takes up as little space as possible. There were a few options in the store, but one particular option in stock for my needs best but was more expensive. I wasnt pressured into buying the more expensive setup, I chose that route after being helped weigh out my options.Super nice folks, great experience overall, and several locations locally. Definitely recommended!

I called during business hours and was forwarded to an answering machine. I left a message that included my contact information and the issue I was experiencing. I waited a few days but did not receive a call back so I called again. The guy on the phone chuckled when I told him that nobody returned my phone call instead of apologizing. I told him the issue and was told that I could come by the store to have them look at it. I drove to the store and walked the front door. The dude at the front desk was sitting on a computer and did not acknowledge me so I stood in the lobby for a minute until I said hello to him. He looked startled and confused and just said Hey as if I was interrupting him. I told him that I was the guy who just called on the phone and the poor guy continued to look confused. I wish I had a picture of his face because it was pretty meme-able like, who ME??. At this instant, his phone started to ring and he just picked up the phone and walked to the back without saying excuse me or Im sorry you are standing right in front of me but hold on just a second while I take this very important phone call and continue to ignore you. Then a different guy walked out from the back and asked what I needed. So now I am explaining my issue for the third time, once on the phone message, twice on the phone, a third time to this guy. He didnt say much at all and followed me to my vehicle. He looked at the issue and told me an estimate that seemed very high for what I needed done. I told him no thanks and he laughed and said ok and turned to walk back in the store. I left.I received pretty terrible customer service and it seemed that I was bothering both employees that I interacted with. Neither of these guys were wearing masks and the store had no signage about social distance or mask protocol but I imagine that this place never has more than a handful of customers per week. I kind of got a vibe like walking into a tattoo parlor and you dont have any tattoos. Its like they did not have time to talk or be friendly because they are exclusive and certainly were not interested in new customers. Reminds me of the douche dudes from high school who were more interested in their car speakers than going to class. I will not return to this business.

Always a great experience here. If you need music. But your radios are just not what you want them to be. Go here he will make a deal with you.

These guys are EVERYTHING! I got a new stereo installed in another city but I was not happy with the look and I didn’t understand the features. They completely upgraded the installation look and moved the access cord as well as patiently teaching me all the features of my new system. They are the best !!!!

Phelan and Dave were very knowledgeable about what would be best setup for my new Ford F150. The JL system for the amp and speakers paired perfectly with the low profile, down firing Kicker 10” subwoofer. Technicians in the shop did an outstanding job running all the wiring through the truck during the install, without a scratch anywhere ! Phelan and Dave called me twice during install to select the best and exact location for the components and bass control knob. I would highly recommend these guys for your audio upgrades.

Repeat customer. I had them do a full stereo/amp/speakers/sub install on my daughters car (graduation present :-) then yesterday I managed to vacuum the wires off my amplifier under the drivers seat. Called them this morning, dropped it off, came back a couple hours later, fixed for a nominal fee. Easy peezy and now I can ROCK on my road trip this weekend!

They did a half A** job on the tint to my Challenger and then damaged the rear corner window. I came back a week later they agreed to fix the tint and the window, we agreed on a date. I came in on the date and then they refused to fix my damaged window. Awful service. Do not go here.

I come to Auto Acoustics for all of my needs. Roll N Lock bed cover, subs, door and dash speakers, and fuel wheels have all been purchased here.

Was told this place did exceptional job on tint. I wouldnt know, because I called Monday morning to get an appointment and was told they might be able to get me in on Tuesday. If not, then they could Thursday. Fast forward to today (Thursday) Ive been waiting almost a week to have this done. My dad is a Vietnam vet and I told him I would have it done Thursday. Only to be told they cant get me in.... Dont tell customers your going to do something then go back on your word. I ended up calling SUNTAMERS and they were able to get me in same day and they do exceptional work.

They have tinted my car all around, including the moon roof with ceramic tint which has helped tremendously with the inside temp of my car. Each time they were able to get me in and out quickly with more than fair pricing and also with grade A professionalism. The tint looked great and had no bubbles which I have experienced before elsewhere. I also purchased led headlights to help with visibility at night and it has made a huge difference! I had a great experience. Great installation. Quality products. Everything was completed on time as promised and I am very pleased. Installed a backup camera on my truck and upgraded my head unit and speakers. Im now safer backing up and jamming on the road!

Auto Accoustics is an amazing shop to work with. They recently put an AEV dual suspension lift with new tires and wheels on my 2016 JK. It was a huge undertaking, and they didn’t stop until the result was perfect. Couldn’t be happier with the services they provided!

I recently got my windows tinted and I was educated on the science of it..... They werent the cheapest nor the most expensive Ive been quoted. I appreciated the job that was done. cheaper is not better if you plan to keep your vehicle for some time

Dave and the staff are awesome. My mom recently had an issue with her sound system and they figured it out and got it fixed. They worked with her budget and she was also able to get her windows tinted as well. Sound system and windows were both an A+ job!

I recently took my vehicle to Auto Acoustics for an alarm system repair and received it back with driver front side window tint scratches. It wasnt until I returned home from the shop that I realized the damage and immediately called to complain. They hung the phone up on me after giving nothing but an attitude even after I offered to pay for half the cost of a new tint. Without hesitation I contacted the Durham branch and spoke to the owner who took my information and assured me the situation would be brought to a satisfactory conclusion but unfortunately I never heard back from him. Although they restored my alarm system I was left with a new problem. Ill never return to Auto Acoustics for another car care need again and I strongly advice that no one else should either. Very unprofessional, very obnoxious and very disrespectful. 1 out of 5 stars and if I could give 0 out of 5 I would. Ill take my business elsewhere.

Great shop. Came in and staff quickly let me know what I needed and ordered it right away. Got it installed and sounded great. Very clean job and left me with all the packaging I requested. Professionals. I had door speakers, tweeters, and a new head unit installed. Will be going back for a tint job and subwoofer because of my experience with them.

Had tint put on our vehicle last summer. Told them to put the darkest legal tint on it. They said sure. Went to get car inspected and was told by three different places including one Auto Acoustics advised to go to that the tint wouldnt pass inspection. Manager of Auto Acoustics advised it was legal and refused to help other than charging another $30.00 to take it off so we could get it inspected. Dont EVER GO THERE FOR ANYTHING!!! I wouldnt even give 1 star if I could get out of it.

Ive owned my car for a year after purchasing from the previous owner who installed an aftermarket amp+speaker combo. I was never able to get it remotely loud, in fact it was no louder than a small Bluetooth speaker. Decided to come in assuming it was bad speakers/amp/wiring and was prepared to pay a significant amount of money. I spoke to Phe, who rather than taking advantage and trying to convince me to shell out money, simply came out to my vehicle and changed settings on my amp that I didnt know how to use while advising me what to do with my radio and making cost-effective suggestions to improve the sound I already had rather than purchasing higher end equipment. I am SO much happier with my system now and will be coming here for all future audio needs.

Have had three vehicles tinted here, will soon be four. Scheduling is flexible and easy. Price is very good, and the quality of work is outstanding. Nice guys to deal with and would happily recommend them for window tinting. There are other services as well, but Ive only used them for tinting.

I have read all these great reviews , and that is the sole reason I gave them a shot. I was really disappointed! I wonder if they have replaced the tint guy that everyone is raving about? My tint job was awful and I do mean awful. It looks like a drunk person tried to cut it out. I know this one review out of so many good will not make a difference, but please inspect your vehicle before leaving the parking lot!

I have been here twice now to get some things done on my truck. It was the only place I could find in Burlington NC that would even think about installing KC lights I bought from a different retailer. They were also able to install a remote start using my OEM keyfab. They are up front and honest with what they can and cant do. Prices for parts and labor are very reasonable. I can guarantee I will do business with them again.
