Well stocked. Very friendly. Greeted at the front door, at the check out and the exit. Worth the drive. Highly, recommend.

Your standard Menards...huge selection, some prices can be high but they do run sales and 11% rebates. Returns are easy. It can be challenging to find knowledgeable staff who can direct you to what youre looking for.

If I could leave a zero star I would! Their customer service is horrible they truly do not care about their customers at all! I bought a dryer that I was told was in stock. Got it home and all hooked up to find out there was no instruction manual that came with it and then once I started looking at the dryer I noticed all kinds of little dings and scratches. I also could see where the sticker or signage was stuck to the top of the dryer. Come to find out they sold me the display model! If I would have known I was buying the display model I would not have made the purchase. I called to find out what the story is with this situation and where the manual and manufacturer warranty paperwork is. The informed me they do not have it. I asked for a little money back for having to take the display model not by choice. I was told they dont do that. And if I wanted a manual they could print me one. I told him this was not acceptable and I wanted to talk to a manager. He ended up having someone call me back later on telling me the best I could do was give me $10! Or I could return the dryer and they would special order me one. Well its not that easy its already in my basement and hooked up. I have medical conditions and Im not able to do this stuff myself. So basically they pulled a slick one on me probably cuz they figured what is a crippled guy going to do about it. Basically I dont have a warranty or a manual and now I have a banged up new dryer I just spent $600 on! Ouch never expected to get screwed over by Menards! I would never buy anything from this store again! They truly do not care about their customers at all!

Will in the kitchen cabinet area of the store was very nice. He was easy to talk to and knew exactly what I was looking for.

Came here for some canning items but the shelf was lacking product. I suppose there is an increased demand due to the perception of increased food insecurity and supply chain issues.

Ive always liked this Menards. Very nice store, and it appears to be kept up well. Honestly, I have not been going to Menards because the ones in my area went crazy with the mask rules. Over the top, calling the police on people kinda crazy. Now this has lightened up an you dont get bothered.

I enjoy this store. My only complaint is that the workers dont seem like they want to help. Almost like they hope you dont bother them. However, when I do go up and ask questions they have always been helpful and friendly. Went there looking for a part for a lamp. I spoke to 2 different men & both were helpful, knowledgeable ... Man, is that a big store, lol!

ONE star for SHERRI in the paint department. I brought in a lid from a paint can and wanted the same color. The old paint was satin, but I asked for eggshell. Sherri repeated to me you want this color but in eggshell and I confirmed. When she finished mixing paint for someone else, she mixed mine and it looked good. I walked away and a few minutes later I looked at the can and realized it was satin. I went back and told her nicely I had asked for eggshell and she said No you didnt, you asked for satin. I said the old paint was satin, but I asked for eggshell. She continued to say that I asked for satin. I couldnt believe this mean woman was arguing with me. I took my phone out to call my husband who was right next to me when I first talked to Sherri, but was in a different part of the store at that time and I asked him if I asked for eggshell and he said yes. While I was on the phone she was saying she would make it for me in eggshell, but still telling me I asked for satin. I hung up with my husband and walked away leaving her with her mistake. Sherri needs to work on her customer service skills and stop arguing with customers. I will be going to Home Depot to get my paint!

No air conditioning, hot and uncomfortable. You dont even get a server. Fish fry was so nasty (potato pancakes were the worst).Cold, dry and old. Baked was over peppered and greasy. Fried wad all breading and hardly no fish. Didnt give my husband his fries. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Ive always found a good amount of the stuff Ive needed at this Menards. I especially like their lighting selection. They have a good selection for LED light bulbs, but not many choices when it comes to smart lights or RGB color changing. Theres not much interaction with the employees on an average visit, but I havent had any bad experiences with them either

This is my first time there in over a year. As I walked up to the entrance I saw a worker wiping down the handles to the shopping carts. The store was not busy as I was there around 4 pm. I found everything I needed, but one product so I asked a worker. He was very pleasant and helpful. Store appeared clean.

The staff at the building material desk were extremely helpful as well as the outside yardForklift driver.

Went to checkout at Menards and I couldnt find my rebate slip. Assumed i dropped it somewhere, gone. Ended up paying in cash. One week later I receive our slip mailed to me at my home from Burlington Menards. OUTSTANDING service from Menards! Thank you SO MUCH! Keep it up.

Went there to get deck boards was not impressed that they let me order it and drive out back to find it not there. Then had to go back in to get my money back. It was a lot of unnecessary time wasted.

Loading service could of been better. The guy was a bit rude when directing us where to park and how to load. Indoor service was helpful and polite.

Menards is my favorite home improvement store. They have about 95% of the stuff I need to do most projects around the house. The rest I find on Amazon or EBay.

Menards is great! My only complaint is they need more check out lanes open. Sometimes you have to wait longer then what it took you to shop just to check out. Otherwise great store.

When to the special order pick up in back of the store and the gate operator was pretty crabby and not at all friendly. The people that got my order were great but seemed overwhelmed and appears to need more help, but over all considering how busy they were everything it went ok.

Very friendly but the employees in the building department are not knowledgeable at all. I am in the midst of building a pole barn and the software had the posts going 6 deep. I needed about half my posts switched to 4 deep. Easy right. Take off 2 off the posts. Instead he took 4 off 2 of the posts causing a lot of confusion given its a special order. Then as I look further and have some of the holes dug already, he failed to change the footing sizes. Now all of them are 20 diameter when they dont need to be and cost more. Now I have to dig them all again. Basically just realize the employees do not have common knowledge in regards to building pole barns. I didnt realize everything needed to be spelled out for a quite easy change. This simple custom modification caused me a lot more money, stress, and physical labor.Update: I ordered materials one month ago and have yet to receive all necessary materials. I really dont understand.

Menards is a fun place to shop, lots of products, clean bright spaces.

So spring is here in fact summer is here in Wisconsin which means Menards has been limiting their store access for over a month you have to hike the length of two football fields to enter the garden center on a weekday ,they claim theres not enough business to open the doors on that end. On Saturdays and Sundays you can get through the door . You have to wear a mask if you dont keep the mask on they will track you down and eject you. Skip over one County to Walworth and go to Farm & Fleet theyre not even wearing masks theyre not worried about it Im not saying people shouldnt worry about it but on a relative scale Wisconsin is not a high covid-19 RISK ..not even close so Menards make your customers hike to access your store. Asymptomatic transmission is a whole other controversial issue the store is not an airplane its not a minute space and its not a 4 by 4 cubicle its an open store with filtration and Atmospheric controls. Even Walmart lets people access the store from two points in and out and does not require people to be masked up like theyre Lepers.

Customer Service FailureOn April 24th, I ordered some fencing because Menards didnt have the item in stock. There was no mention that the fencing was on back order with the manufacturer. On May 20th, I received a text that my order was ready for pickup. I drove to pick it up, it was loaded in the truck, and I drove home. While unloading it, I realized I had been given 3 ft fencing instead of the 4 ft that I had ordered. I called the store. This is the only piece of quality customer service I received. The lady acknowledged the error and in a voicemail told me, in regards to the galvanized welded wire that you had picked up yesterday. We would be able to bring you what we owe you and theyll bring up the incorrect stuff. The problem that we have right now is the products that you were given yesterday is in the location of the product that you actually purchased and we do not have any of the four by fifty right now. I do have a truck coming in tonight. I do have my guys keeping their eyes open to make sure that if we do get that in that we pull those eight pieces aside for you so that we get our hands on those. We have no problem delivering those out to you and picking up the old stuff, but its just going to be a matter of when we get those items in. If you have any questions or concerns, you can give me a call back. On June 13th I called again to check on my order. I was told that they had the product in stock since the end of May and Menards does not notify customers when their orders have arrived. I know this is false because I received a text message when they incorrectly inventoried the first pickup. I called again on June 16th to find out when I could expect my delivery. Unfortunately, the person I spoke to originally had the day off and there was no record of the agreement to deliver. After waiting a month and a half for my order, Menards made no effort to reach even a basic level of acceptable customer service.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They are not helpful and when you ask for help they point and say “it’s over there”.Don’t waste your time or money dealing with this terrible company. Head down the street to Lowe’s as they treat their customers like customers not cattle.
