We visited this spot 3-4 times over our short stay in Burlington. It was extremely convenient and always able to accommodate us to eat. Its a casual spot but the food was great quality. They offered a gluten free bun on the sandwiches selections for my wife Celiac Annie. In addition, they have several drinks on the menu and even more available for purchase within the shop. Indoor and outdoor seating overlooking Lake Champlain was an added bonus.

The food (maple turkey bacon sandwich) was okay/good but not amazing. Raspberry/maple creemee was delicious. For what it is- a store with an add on sandwich place, it is nice. Great options (iced coffee, sandwiches, wraps, etc), seating and nice casual ambiance.

Food was tasty. Prices were typical...maybe a little high. Service was great! Clean establishment with a nice view.

I miss the lobster bisque. Nice view. Good food. Price is not bad for the location.

This business is at a very touristic area near the Lake Champlain. After parking for just $5 and visiting the Visitors Center, I stopped into this business because they have public restrooms. They have food, drinks, and tables to seat inside and outside. To see so many people in and out, they keep it decently clean. The views from here are spectacular because they are on a hill. This business is a minute or two from the bay where you can rent bikes 🚲, walk around the park or sit to wait for the sunset 🌅, which is what lots of people did this day and it was beautiful. It is located a couple of blocks from the famous “Church St” where you can have more fun shopping and eating in very great restaurants and listen to happy music 🎶.

Beautiful patio, perfect view of sunset - no better place to enjoy your kreamee and wide assortment of foods, sandwiches, wraps, snacks and more. Definitely something here for everyone to enjoy.

Nice clean interior. They have a good liquor selection with some very good quality spirits. Have only eaten at the sandwich counter once, but the fries were really good and crispy and the cheesesteak had a nice garlic taste to it. Its by the lake and has a great view of the water.

Pleasant, bright, comfortable. The retail area was hectic, they do a lot with a small space and busy environment. We didnt have to wait for service.

Fast service, food that goes way too hard than it has a right to, great selection of convenience items and foods. Great wifi and seating area, amazing view. Not even expensive. Definitely a favorite spot.

Its a great place to eat when you have somewhere to be, they only took a few minutes to serve. I do have a few complaints, when I first arrived I had ordered a burger it was very thin and very tall, I had a lot of trouble eating it. It was also very bland despite all of the contents it held, the next problem I have is the place isnt that big,sure there is room to eat but you need to awkwardly step through people in order to get through.

Cant say anything to the food but the maple creamee was delicious.Understaffing caused some confusion; the windows where you would order ice cream werent being serviced, but they were open and there was no sign indicating where to order. I went inside to the front counter and I asked the woman where I get ice cream and she told me this is where you order it because were understaffed.I mean, Im not going to count it against them because she seemed stressed but a handwritten sign saying order ice cream inside would reduce a lot of confusion.

People were great very friendly and helpful... ice creams where a mess, hot fidge sundaes. Hot fudge oqll on one side, none on side or top..spent more time cleaning up then eating. More ice cream went over edge of dish then into my stomach...

A real surprise. Great deck that needs shade badly. The fish tacos and fries are delicious. Very chill atmosphere. Seat yourself on the balcony facing the sunset. The market inside is DIY and they have nice options. Not expensive. Going back. Great after a nice long bike ride! @localmotion

Great little place. Nice views of the lake. I ordered avocado, eggs and cheese and it was delicious. Recommend for a quick breakfast.

Free parking and Wifi with indoor and outdoor seating with great views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks. Great sandwiches, hot entrees, salads made to order plus made ahead/to go items. You can order regular hot and cold beverages but also beer and wine to go with your meal. My husband is a maple creemee hunter and pronounced the one he ate as exceptional- smooth and brightly maple. There is also a VT liquor licensed shop with great selection.

Menu doesnt specify when certain items are available at what times. Good location, friendly staff, fair price.

While visiting our daughter for two weeks recently, we had to stop by this place a few times for their black raspberry creamee. I don’t think ever tasted anything so good!

They have updated their beer and food selection. It is a lot better than it was a few years back!! People and staff were always nice, but now food and beer is good and always a great view!

I used to stop by there everytime I would have an appointment at the Champlain Valley Dispensary on Steele St. Hope they open it up again. It was always convenient because it saved me a long walk going to downtown and back to my apartment which in this case, was one stop on the way. Some employees were cool. They tuned into me being on the radio, thought that was nice. Their cookies are awesome.

This place is a decent tourist trap place. The Maple chicken salad wrap was very good. The Clam Chowder was NOT GOOD.

This place is amazing. Great restaurant. The lobster bisque had huge chunks of lobster in it. The Reuben I ordered was definitely the first or second best Reuben Ive ever had. And the maple ice cream was an amazing way to finish. Nice people with great service, a great view, and great location. Anyone going to the area needs to try this place.

A fantastic view and great creemies! Burlington Bay is a great place to stop for a meal or snack whenever you are headed to the waterfront. The views are amazing, both out over the water and up the hill into town. The people that work there are always friendly, we really like stopping in.

Sunset Creemees for the win! Excellent location, amazing customer service, and the raspberry maple chocolate sprinkle creemees are amazing! Grab one and go for a sunset stroll along beautiful Lake Champlain!

I had the fish tacos and they were okay, I think they need a little more zing to them maybe some pico de gallo and lime or the slaw made from honey yogurt, they were okay but a bit plain.

Dropped by for a creemee, I got a black raspberry and vanilla twist on a cone. I’ve had lots of creemees this summer, the black raspberry was excellent!! They also have chocolate, vanilla and maple. Staff were wearing face masks, which was great to see. They have a small parking lot with 5-6 spots that was full at 5pm. But there’s plenty of easy street parking around, so don’t let parking availability deter you from stopping by.

Really beautiful view. Lively but not annoyingly loud. Counter service menu looks delicious. I wish I had found this place first.

Just have to say, we ordered The Vermonter today. Description looked yummy. All we could taste was doughy white bread. I opened my sandwich to find a dollop of the cran mayo dropped in one spot. Maybe two very thin slices of apple. No flavor at all. $9 was not overpriced if there was more inside the bread. Would maybe go back. Place was clean and would be nice to sit outside. But will be sure to check sandwich beforehand re leaving.

Best Creemees (aka soft serve) in town! Always hard to choose between black raspberry and maple (with 100% real maple syrup,as it should be in VT!) Sit inside or out, with nice view of Waterfront Park down below. Decent burgers,grilled sandwiches and beer too. Creemees only available in season!!

A quick stop of items to eat in house or take with you. The french fries are really good.

Outdoor tables seriously need some kind of weight to keep things held down. I laid my mask down on a table to eat and it blew away from Lake Champlains strong winds. Not only that, but when I asked a server what I should do I was told they didnt have any spare masks and was left to take my plates to the wash bin. This wouldnt have been a huge deal except I had to walk past several tables of older customers having to hold a shirt over my face. At least buy a small supply of disposable ones, because that cant have been the first time it happened!

Great spot to grab a sandwich or a créemee (soft serve). Maple and Raspberry swirl was amazing. Outside seating overlooking the lake caught a nice breeze, too. Definitely worth a visit.

Great location to buy and ice cream, right near the waterfront. Come here for a soft serve and go a short walk to the Burlington Waterfront.The staff could be better about wearing their masks and is SUPER busy on the weekend, so avoid it.

This place never disappoints the food is amazing and my food was done super quick!

Not exactly a market like most people expect, I was looking for a breakfast one morning and only could get a bagel, drink choices were mostly bottled items that were not well known to folks I associate with. More of a hipster type creemer joint with inside tables for their sold items. Maybe others would enjoy, but no thanks for me.

This market has sensational burgers and fries. I stopped here to get out of the rain and grab a late lunch. Service was excellent. Food was fresh and hot - and yummy.The market environment allows you to buy bottles of wine, sundries, food, ice cream, and other carry out items as well as a meal.They have a full menu. Not in the mood for coffee right now but it sure smells delicious.Plenty of seating, good clean bathrooms, and nobody hurries you out of the building. That makes it a friendly, hospitable place, that allows you time to regroup. Stop by when you get a chance.

Nice place for a small meal on the water. Wait staff were nice, views are great. The plates are a a little small for the cost but tasted good. I would recommend this place more for the experience of eating on the water then the food.
