After calling around all morning, Kelly at Audi Burlington was able to squeeze my car in to have to checked out for a steering issue. After having it towed to the service center, I was provided regular updates and keep abreast of the status of my car at all times. I expect great work when I take my Q5 to the dealership and I have no reason to believe I received anything less.They were able to hook me up with a loaner call for the week while my parts were on backorder, and were ready for pick up when it was convenient for me. The work was covered under warranty and they didnt try to upsell me anything else.Highly recommend!
