Good place to shop for a car, new, or used. Great sales, and financing team. I wish they took a bit more time to go through all the functions of your new vehicle.Recently bought a well used Grand cherokee from them. The car looked fantastic, but was possibly not so well taken care of, mechanically speaking, by the previous owners? Later found major engine issues. Their service team has been great, and it looks as though I will be getting a new factory engine. They gave me a great loaner to drive for the duration of the diagnostics, and repairs.

I had probably the best car buying experience of my life at this dealership! No pressure at all super easy to talk to and communicate with and they never tried to oversell me on anything! Due to the chip shortage and covid it took 8 months to get my vehicle but the salesman Ruben (highly recommend going through him if you can) personally communicated every single update he got from the factory and put up with my nagging the whole time with a smile!!!

Then I received a text message to inform me of my car needing an oil change (this was great because I forgot nor was I paying attention). Before and during the appointment I received messaged letting me know who and what was being done. And I was pleased with the ending results.

This place is super awesome ! I bought my 2021 new Jeep Wrangler from Joe , he is really knowledgeable and very patiently explaining everything. They never rush you into anything, always concern the customers first . And a big shout out to Lindsey who is in charge of the insurance department. Lindsey is the best I’m telling y’all , she helps me get the best deal in result of saving me nearly a hundred dollars a month on my insurance. And she stayed late after her working hours to help me with no complaints, but her gorgeous smiles. Talk to Jim the big boss for the best price , talk to Jason if you have any questions about jeep, talk to Joe if you want to buy any cars , talk to Lindsey for the best insurance deal . They made sure the paint was absolutely perfect for delivery day, this even included touch up to a few tiny chips during shipping. Buyers beware!!!!This company has horrible customer service etiquette, and just overall horrible to work with!Long horrible experience short; there are way better dealerships out there that actually roll out the red carpet for their customers..especially when buying expensive brand new vehicles. Should have walked away and took my business elsewhere. Love my new car but hate that I purchased from a horrible company.

Worst experience with a car dealer I have ever had. Ruben was the sales person twice during the negotiations I was asked if I wanted the windows tinted I said no. Twice it was scratched off the offer sheet. When I got home I noted that there was a charge for tinting the windows. I called the dealer and got someone from finance but it wasnt the person I dealt with. Was asked if the windows had tint referring to the Passenger and Driver I said maybe I dont know. It could have come from the factory that way. The person got indignant and said it is illegal for the those windows to come from the factory tinted. Never heard of that before it has to be 24% max tint. Anyway was told that someone would call me back the next day 22 August. I waited until 1130 no call I called and surprise I got Ruben. I discussed the issue he asked again if the windows were tinted that was his rationale for the charge. But he admitted he did not know if the windows were tinted. So he just made an assumption they were tinted. Never got anywhere with the conversation. he said I guess Ill have to have someone else call you back. Its Thursday 8/26 no call back I even left a voice mail for the general manager. Nothing. Also before leaving I showed Ruben that there were scratches in the paint underneath the door handles. He took pictures and said the detail guy would be in touch no such call has happened. Going to file a compliant with ATG office. Stay away from this dealership. They do no care about you or how bad they screw you over.Update !!!!- The response to my review from Karmart was posted here on Thursday of last week. Im still waiting to hear from Management. Guess they really care about their customers. NotUpdate 9/8/21 Another week nothing from Management guess getting back to me means sometime within the next year? Just more of the same kind of treatment you get from this dealer.

A bit of a bait and switch. Wasted two hours of my time. I went online to look at a Jeep to possibly purchase. They asked my trade, gave them the info and they gave me the price for both cars. I went in the next day to trade my vehicle for their Jeep and basically the quote online is a scam. They came back with a quote that was more than $10,000 more than what they quoted online as what the difference between the two cars would be. Wasted my time and theirs. They could have just been honest but I won’t ever do business with their dealership again.Sorry but your response was totally incorrect. The car has had all maintenance done since new. What I said to your salesperson was that a friend said that sometimes that knocking can come from needing an oil change and so I took it to my mechanic even though it had only been 1200 miles since the last oil change. He charged me less than $300 and cleaned a lifter and the knocking went away. As for the items not as described they sure were not mentioned to me. But I consider myself lucky not to have done business with your establishment. This car had less than 31,000 miles and had absolutely no damage on it. I still regret the two hours I wasted.

Way over priced. We have had the same maint service (fuel filter replacement) done all over the US and they are the highest we have ever paid. By at least $100. The service guy Bryan was great but the teck that worked on our truck and rotated the tires did not change the tires off the rims like you should on a Dually. He put tires that were split at the rim on the steer tire position and failed to let us know they needed to be replaced. We haul a 53 foot trailer with heavy loads and if one of those had blown it could have been deadly. So we now had to pay 150 extra to have a tire service come to a truck stop and replace the 2 now Steer tires. The Service Mgr took 2 or so hoirs to call us back and my husband was out with the tire guy getting the 2 new tires put on. And if we would have waited for that call we would have had to pay an after hours fee.

I was in for a oil change and took a walk to take a look at some new trucks, not thinking I would see a truck that caught my eye... but Chase came out and I just asked about this particular truck and talked about my current truck. I was given a good trade value on my truck when I asked for it, started the paperwork and had a good conversation about everything in life; not just a sales pitch to keep me going on the truck.WISH I COULD GIVE MORE STARS!

Salesman was great! Helped us quick. We were super busy during the day and wanted to just drive by and see what Ram’s they had on the lot. Saw one that really caught our eye and had to test drive it. Rueben was very helpful and even offered to handle things via phone while we had to leave for appointments. I bought a new Chrsysler Pacifica Hybrid Pinnicle mini van last week (July 31 2021). I had a wonderful experience with the whole of the dealership staff but in particular my sales Luke Olason. After calling dealers all over the country and experiencing first hand the world-wide chip shortage I finally secured a vehical from one of my closest dealers. They were friendly, helpful, and considerate - very freshing after feeling dispondant from the often arrogant response form dealers who had one of these vehicals on order. They made the whole buying experience pleasurable and I am delighted with my new car. I would whole heartedly recommend this dealership and Luke to any potential buyers.

They do NOT listen to you or your needs. Wasted a few hours here haggling on a price, and every time they came back with a new offer it was higher and above my limit. Even told me to come back after they call due to working with the banks, and (lol) when they did call back.. they said Congratulations, we have your deal ready... (HUNDREDS of dollars higher than my limit). I mean... Im literally speechless. I completely understand everyone has different scenarios about auto buying, but here is the point. They do NOT listen. PERIOD. I would write more, but I need a few pages. Do not waste your time. Not all employees were wearing masks either, even with talking to customers. I thought that was pretty unsafe as well...

Eric went above and beyond, he has seen me to many times, ha,ha, anyway, he saved me countless times. Most recently, I got some bad gas which contaminated my fuel system, he told me to file a claim with my insurance co. The last repair shop nerever mentioned that! It was in fact covered! And it just so happened that the Allstate insurance had a office in the show room? So, my hats off to Eric! Oh, and I was calling daily like a worried Dad! But he always took the time to explain where we were at with the repair! Once again, thanks Eric, and the Karmart service dept

We brought our Jeep Grand Cherokee in because the sunroof was leaking.A piece of felt was replaced and appears to have fixed the leak. But I was charged a premium price for substandard work. My bill was over $350 and my sunroof was left extremely dirty, like oil or grease was rubbed all over it. Also water was puddled up on my passenger floor mat and my carpet was all wet. This was not because of the leaky sunroof because it was dry when I brought it in. The service manager even mocked me when I said I was upset about price I paid for such a minor repair and a perfectly clean vehicle (when it was brought in) that is now greasy, and wet inside.

I brought my 2017 Challenger in for service on Black Friday. Eric and Caleb squeezed me in since it was unscheduled repair work. They diagnosed it and gave me an estimate within an hour. Im always one to tire kick when Im in for service. Ruben in sales has always been patient with me. I love this dealership because the service department is upfront and honest. The sales department is always no pressure. I finally decided to stop tire kicking and I ordered a 2021 Challenger 392 built to my specs. I cant say enough good things about this entire dealership.

Absolute worst experience in my life. I bought a brand new 2020 ram 2500 as a business vehicle (from a different dealership) and about a month later noticed the headliner was falling down. Took it to the closest ram dealer, Karmart being the closest option, scheduled for them to look at it. Upon inspection they determined it needed a new headliner. They ordered a headliner and said they would let me know when it came in, also that most likely the windshield would break upon removal and also need to be replaced. Not being able to be without my work vehicle I stressed that I needed it back in a timely fashion. The service advisor stated the work would take about a day. 4 weeks went by as of yesterday and I finally got my truck back. Having to constantly call Chrysler corporation to try and fix this situation. I was told by the dealership they had no way to track the new windshield and we simply would just have to keep waiting. Come to find out through corporate that the windshield warranty claim had been denied, so we waited 2.5 week for absolutely nothing. I had then called the dealership I bought the truck from to see if they could maybe help or give me any information. They looked into and and found 700 windshields in stock with a delivery date (if ordered that day) of 1 week away. I relayed this information to the service advisor and the service manager at karmart, where I was met with hostility and anger. The service advisor told me that if they think they can do a better job then let them fix it, the continued to text and tell me I needed to return the loaner vehicle the following day even though my truck would not be fixed. The service manager told me to have the other dealership “prove it” that there were windshields in stock. Got a call the next day from him stating that the other dealership was in fact correct about the availability of the windshields and then gave me the same delivery date. Well that day came and went by so I took a drive to find my truck sitting out in the parkland lot without a windshield at all! For pretty much the entire day it sat outside with no protection from the outside. They were nothing but rude and unprofessional and I’ll never take any vehicle there again. Gotta love making a $1000/month truck payment for a vehicle you didn’t even have for a entire month.

If I could give them zero stars I would!Do not take your car here! Run away! Absolutely terrible!Took my Dodge Charger in for a diagnostic and planned to have it repaired there. It was running rough and had some other known issues. The mechanics tore apart the engine for the diagnostic. Shop told us there was nothing that could be done that the motor was completely shot that it was not repairable and that if they did do any work on it that the new parts would ruin the older parts and that the only thing that could be done would be get an entirely new engine and components and that it would be better to sell the car and buy new.Decided to get a second opinion and take it to another shop.Went to pick up the car from karmart dodge and they didn’t put it back together. THE ENGINE WAS TORN APART! The hoses were thrown in the backseat, the spark plugs were missing and everything was disconnected. They were reluctant and rude when approached about it and told return it to the condition in which it was dropped it off. They eventually did, 3 days later. And then proceeded to lecture me that I was rude to the staff when I was upset that they had torn apart my engine and left it, when I paid them to do a diagnostic.The other shop was able to repair my car without issue. They said that all it needed was a timing belt and a basic tune up. There was nothing wrong with the motor or any other components.Do not take your car here. Do not waste your time or money. They tried to rip me off and were trying to pressure me into trading in/selling my car and buying new. Hmmmm...I wonder why... crooks!

While visiting the area from out of state, our Jeep started making a abnormal sound. We thought it might be the slight uneven tire tread on one of our off road tires but just wanted to make sure it wasnt anything else before flat towing behind our motorhome on our way home to California. I was able to bring it in for an inspection and it was infact what we thought. The counter staff and mechanic were great and went out of there way to assure us that our Jeep was safe and working fine otherwise. Thank you KarMART Service Department ! You were awesome !😊👍

I am fortunate that there is a shop in the Mount Vernon/Burlington area that is still willing to work on my old 1995 Jeep Cherokee. I appreciate the staff you have that have the ability and experience to keep it running. The only reason for 4 stars is that I enclosed a Karmart coupon for $50.00 off when you spend over $400.00. I put the coupon in the night time drop off slot in the provided Karmart envelope. I know the coupon must be presented at writeup so since I had to drop off the vehicle the night before I guess it was not applied. Other than that glitch I am happy to have a shop around here who can keep my Jeep running and I will more than likely take my Jeep back there when it needs service again.

Well, Caleb and the service dept has done it again! My cars blind spot detection stopped working a month ago, no biggy as its not required to drive, so I put it off with the plans to get it in after the New Year. Then on Friday the check engine light came on. I called down as soon as the service dept opened and spoke with Caleb. He set us up to drop the car of on the following Tuesday. Since we worked we dropped the car off the day before. While there (they were busy) Caleb took the time to let the Chrysler corp know we bought a Dodge Magnum. It was from a Kia place so they didnt alert Chrysler. He also checked to see if the Magnum had any recalls. It does and he told us that as soon as he gets the approval from Chrysler hell order the parts and well get that one in for the recall.The guys/gals at the service dept went to the bat and went rounds with our warranty company to get the approval to have them do the warrantied work on my car instead of the Hyundai dealership we bought it from.Thats what I like about this place. We have never bought a car there, but theyve treated us like loyal customers. Ive never had a dealership treat us so well. We will continue to make the drive from Everett to Burlington (40 minutes one way) to have our Mopars worked on here. We have at least 3 Dodge dealerships closer and we will continue to pass them all to go to Karmart.

Being in the military, we move around a lot and to be told my money is pretty much a lost cause because I can’t sign the warranty void paperwork in person is absolute blasphemy. Staff was great, got me in very quickly, and did exactly what they were supposed to do. 3 stars because the pricing at the dealership is outrageously expensive. All I needed was a computer update for adding a trailer brake controller to my truck which takes plugging the computer into my truck, waiting a few minutes, and thats it. Cost was just shy of $165. The owners of this dealership should be embarrassed. I do understand that there are costs involved, but $165? There is no way to justify that grossly inflated cost. Ill continue to use my private mechanic that would have done that for free if they had access to the software.

Diesel Truck Service. 3500 water pump went out at 3:15pm. They were able to do the repair that day and did an exceptional job. The Mechanic was late getting home, but they took great care of me. Josh the service manager is has earned my repeat business. Impressive!

I took my 2017 Ram 3500 truck in for a 30,000 mile maintenance. The cost was reasonable and I was offered an option for discounts if I purchased a package deal. When I declined, I was not pressured to buy it. I was told that I needed a new fuel filter for the diesel engine but not one for the chassis. I was also told the air filter was inspected and a replacement not needed. The service rep (Hannah) was quite pleasant and efficient. The service began on time and ended about an hour later on schedule. The waiting area could be improved a bit by replacing the coffee machine with a Kuerig machine so coffee does not cook all afternoon. However, the recliners were nice. I would return.

I am beginning to believe people with sub par credit are treated like sub par customers and they will get to you mabe later after they take take care of all of the top tier credit people. It just short of being discriminated against! Do not expect a quick response because your to much work and they will get to you when they dont have nothing better to do!

Best auto dealer service department experience Ive ever had.Vehicle needed to be in due to a recall. While setting appointment, they discovered that an additional recall had been submitted and scheduled both.When I arrived they found that my appointment had been scheduled for the following week, but the service manager got me in anyway. Asked if I needed a vehicle while mine was in the shop (approx 2hrs scheduled). I didnt, but nice to know it was available.I left for about 1.5 hrs and when I returned, the work was complete and my vehicle ready to go. My cars improved performance was immediately noticeable.Great service, spot on work, accommodating, and fast. Easy 5-star rating.

I have been to many dealers service departments over the years but the experience I had at KarMART Ram stands out. They took care of a warranty repair as promised on the same day I dropped it off. Additionally they diagnosed my clutch fan needed replacing. I had asked other dealers and mechanics if there was a problem with the clutch fan as it sounded like it was engaged full time. I had been told the sound was normal (very loud)While not happy about having to spend $750.00 on a 2014 Ram 3500 with only 65k miles the noise from under the hood is substantially quieter and I seem to be getting better MPG. Highly recommend.

I contacted the dealership about 2 days ago via email and was helped by David Irvine. David worked with me via email which was great, given my work schedule. I came in to look in person and he stayed late to answer all of my questions. He was totally respectful of how I wanted to proceed, gave fantastic service and I got the best deal I had found anywhere on a new Jeep I LOVE! I met several members of the team from Brandon, Patrick and Mark and everybody was delightful. I simply dont know how the deal could have gotten much better. I will gladly recommend my family and friends to this dealership any time.

Service Tech Eric did a great job of making time in the schedule to get our van in for repairs tot he power steering on a Monday morning. When van was returned after service it had been washed and vacuumed. Communication about our van needing to be left overnight was timely allowing me to make other transportation plans for our one vehicle family.

Bought a set of tires for my 2015 Cherokee Trail hawk, new cabin filter and key fob charger. All well done. Except they did not clean the blue ink off the white letters. I have bought tires from many places and they have done it.
