They dont really want your business. I called and sent measurements weeks ago to get some glass cut for a table top they have the measurements and scale drawings and have never sent me a quote or anything and its been 3weeks. Ive also had to send measurements in twice because they dont have a functioning website or email address. So I took my business to another local. Glass shop and got a quicker response.

Had a well known bath business re-do our shower from a tub to a walk-in.After numerous unsuccessful tries to cut a piece of glass to follow our roof line and install the shower door,I called Mark.He provided a detail estimate and was very confident they could handle the roof line.Jim,the installer,was out yesterday to install the shower door.WOW !! What a fantastic job!! Highly recommend Burlington Glass!!

Had window replaced on our house. They did a good job, BUT they did not watch when they replaced it. See Pictures of our Hosta Plant. It was a nice plant but not now. I will have to replace it. I think they could have been more careful. It was like they didnt look.

Very nice people work there and everything was done right i got 3 windows fixed. it took like a week and a half to get them back but considering how busy they are and the quality they put into everything I would never go anywhere else. Ive also seen there work in homes as well and everything is the highest quality, and beautiful.

No masks; no effort to protect their customers; no understanding on how we all are in this together. I have a mask on my desk is not how this works. Fixing a broken storm window took over 2 weeks, and never received a call it was done, after multiple assurances they would. And overwhelming potpourri smell.
