This place is a joke. Deemed my vehicle a total loss to my insurance company. When all it needed was a radiator and maybe a bumper. They also wouldnt allow us to get our belongings out when we were able to make it in. Stating they couldnt move it cus it was buried behind vehicles. Then I go another day and was skipped over and ignored for over 20 minutes by person working the front desk. Then when the insurance company sent the tow truck to pick up the van they told the tow truck driver we were no long wanting to release our vehicle. This ended up costing us an additional $150 from our settlement.

Awesome employees- each individual I spoke with was friendly and professional. Appreciate how they consistently sent text updates about vehicle progress, and were happy to clarify if I wanted to reach out and ask specific questions. They have a very realistic approach to repairs, timelines, etc. , and dont keep their customers in the dark about those matters in a very tactful way.

When I had my car here the first time they did great. However when I had to take it back a year later and it wasnt fixed properly, causing more damage, they now refuse to fix the issues caused by their mistakes. My car was given back to me and was not aligned properly and it cause all 4 tires to feather, since both the front and rear were misaligned and it is a 4 wheel drive car, they have said they will pay for the new alignment but will not pay for the new tires, which are damaged and now a safety risk to me and my small children, that are a direct result of the misalignment. I have been without my car for almost a month trying to get them to take care of this issue

Someone had slammed into the rear of our car, damaging the rear end, rear side panels, hatchback, undercarriage, muffler, fender - about $8,500 worth of damages. Caliber Collision was thorough with repairs, giving accurate estimate of cost and time necessary. They kept us updated along the way as to their status during the month it took for repairs. We were even able to leave our rental car with them to return,Very satisfied and highly recommend.

Caliber was recommended by our insurance company. They are very professional, quick, and thorough. Car door had been damaged by theives including the window lifting system. Paint job was perfect and all damaged window seals were replaced. They washed the car and it looked like new. Im very pleased

The quality of the work that was put out on the 4th try was finally acceptable from a business that specializes in bodywork and repair of damaged vehicles. The first three times it was ready it looked like someone who had never done the job before had taken sandpaper to brand new paint. I turned it down 3 times before it was finally returned properly and acceptable. They could use some training and or Proper equipment and it would make their job a lot easier and probably wouldnt have to have a customer turn down a vehicle 3 times.

The people here are phenomenal! They took it upon themselves to make the process of dropping off my car as painless on me as possible. Rosemary went above and beyond to shuttle me to and from the ferry so that I didnt need to take on that extra expense. Even when the ferry was terribly delayed and she had to wait she didnt come off as annoyed or upset with me/situation and was so friendly and understanding. When I arrived to pick up my car Glenn was waiting for me and was proudly asking me to check out the repairs (which were AWESOME!) and I just so appreciated those little moments of human connection. They definitely took what could easily have been a really frustrating situation and made it so pleasant. Thank you thank you thank you!

The team at Caliber Collision is friendly and they are there to help get you back on the road as quickly as they can. I had some front end damage that needed to be repaired and they did a great job throughout the whole process. My specific repair took four days to complete, including matching some paint to the existing color and they did a great job! Kevin called to give me updates as they completed different parts of the repair and I was notified promptly when my car was ready to be picked up. I had a great experience with Caliber and definitely recommend them if youre looking to get work done on your car.

I brought my 2017 Toyota Sienna in for repairs. Kevin and his team at Caliber Collision were fantastic to work with. Kevin gave me update calls which I thought was a much more proactive approach to customer service. It was nice to be informed and to not have to be the one to call to get a status of my repairs. The paint matched beautifully. Since my van is white I was a little worried about this and was ecstatic to see the great results. Highly recommend!

I took my car here to have repairs done on rear bumper and was very pleased with the work that was done on it. The service manager was great about calling to keep me informed on what needed to be done and the time line for when it would be ready.

They were prompt and efficient

My car was returned to me with a new chip in the door that they were hired to repaint and repair. The old chip was gone but a new chip was created farther down on the door. There was green lube spilled all over the hood of my car and down the front of the grill. Top coat was splattered in several areas on the hood and across the side panel next to the door they were suppose to repair. They broke the weather seal on my door in the process of taking the door off to paint it and charged me for it. They claimed to have taken the door off the car to repaint it and yet there was overspray all over my car and my windshield when it was returned to me. Once I took my car back after immediately speaking with both Kevin and the manager Guy about all the damage, they acted as if I had never spoken to them on the phone or in person about all the damage to my car after repairing it and returning it to me. And I guess because I am female, the manager Guy tried to tell me that the top coat on the car was tree sap and the green lube all over was bird poop. I guess they have trees growing in their shop with birds in them considering that is where my car had been the entire time they repaired it. I had a horrible experience with scheduling my appointment as well. They scheduled me for the incorrect days or just forgot to put me on the schedule when I called. I will never go back or recommend abra to anyone. Do NOT go here if you want your vehicle fixed properly. If you would like great and friendly service in a timely manner with excellent workmanship every time, go to Fix It Auto in Mount Vernon.

Their service manager is REALLY friendly and professional, and he has to be since his body shop workers arent exactly stellar. Had my car in for a 2-week repair and I had to return twice within 2 weeks to fix things that they missed. All simple things that fall in the category of small but important details. One was safety related as they did not tighten the clamp on the negative battery terminal, which caused my car to intermittently lose power while driving. Not cool, guys. For what they charge and how long it takes to repair, I expect much better.Bottom Line: Use if your insurance is paying for it, avoid if youre paying for it.

Called Kevin to get availability for appointments told him I had to talk to wife first to nail exact appointment. He said no problem just have her stop by when she can just may take a bit longer.OK, so being a very busy family that worked for us, stop by when in the area takes up to 40min without appointment. Wife stops in and told they are busy and told her to come back asked who we talked to was told Kevin and he denies even talking to us and saying that. Talked to my wife rudely and told her she had to come back...No thanks! There are plenty of good auto body shops out there that would love to earn the business and not too busy for us

Very satisfied with ease of use with insurer, customer service was friendly and informative, car was repaired on time, I was notified frequently of repair updates and when I picked up my vehicle it was clean both inside and out. I would conduct business here again.

Horrible tell you that they won’t cover things that they caused and give your vehicle back with issues, filed against them with my insurance company, I have proof of with another person in vehicle that alignment was fine drove it home from Seattle regularly get it back and now I have to hold my steering wheel almost two inches to the side drive straight don’t ever go here!

This is the worst business and Ive ever tried to do business with I had an appointment today at 10 oclock to get my truck fixed and I was the victim of somebody else hitting it these guys could not pick up the phone call me or call the insurance company very unprofessional I would never let them in the shop to anybody see you worst
