The lid lock to my washer broke and I could not find the part anywhere. The other places I ed said it would take 5-7 days to get the part. I have 2 teenage boys and a toddler, so that wasnt gping to cut it. CJs had the part in stock and were cheaper than the places I called. I picked it up that day and he even gave me tips on installing it. My washer was up and running in 10 minutes!

Our washer kept having an issue where it would pause mid cycle and collect water when it wasnt running, occasionally opening and dumping a full tank of water out. CJ Appliances came out ($65 to come out) installed a new pump ($140 parts and labor) and left without testing it.When I got home and tested it, nothing was different. I called them to inform them, they offered to come out and try replacing something else, probably for a few hundred dollars more, but didnt offer to wave a trip cost or the labor cost of their failed attempt.They were nice enough, but it is VERY frustrating to pay professionals two hundred bucks and get absolutely nothing for the service.

This company returned my call immediately. They came to my home to fix my washing machine and were the most accommodating, flexible company I’ve worked with. They were fair, honest, so flexible and accommodating. I would recommend them 100% and will use them for any appliance needs from here on out

They gave me excellent advice on our fridge with a compressor that burned out. Saved us a lot of money and were honest about everything I asked them about. I highly recommend these guys and will use them for any appliance repairs in the future. Thank you for everything!

Update - July 2020 - We needed to have our oven repaired. CJ Appliance was able to schedule an appointment right away. They arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and explained the repair. CJ Appliance always provides professional service at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be counting on them for all my appliance repairs.Outstanding Service! CJ Appliances was able to service my washing maching within 24 hours (sooner if my schedule allowed). The repair man was prompt, polite, and very knowledgeable. He explained the options of repair and replacement. I decided to replace the washer. He was able to come the following day to take the old washer and install the new washer (finished in about 30 minutes). CJ Appliance is a reliable, dependable company that I will go to for all my appliance needs.

I cant express what a great experience I had with this company. I called CJ Appliances on Thursday afternoon and ordered a dryer after mine stopped working. Joe arrived with the new dryer the following morning, saw my broken dryer and offered to take a look. Within 15 minutes my dryer was working better than it had before. I saved so much money due to Joe being such an honest and commendable person. He took back the dryer he had brought with him. It truly was a blessing to have called CJ Appliances. We had been told by another repair service that the earliest appointment to repair our front load washer (picture piles of stinking towels due to the breakdown) would be in 5 days. Other repairmen said they wouldn’t touch a front loader. Out of desperation, I did another google search and found CJs. I have no idea why they were so far down on the google search when they are so close to my home. CJs, a father and son, came in a little over 1 hour! They were thorough, professional, and friendly! My laundry is clean and at a very reasonable rate!

Joe came out to look at our broken dryer on short notice. After we discussed with him we realized wed have to spend almost as much for the part as he was selling his reconditioned dryers. What a great place to get your appliances, we bought a dryer from CJ Appliances and we had it for about two months and it wasnt heating up. I called and Joe said that he would come to us on a Sunday no one does that. What a honest guy he totally backs his work and you cant find that too often and our dryer being used too. So thankful I found CJ Appliances! Every other place I called wanted about $100 just to come out for a service call (in addition to parts and labor once diagnosed). Joe was willing to drive to Kenosha from Twin Lakes. I phoned him about 6PM and he gave me an appointment at 9AM the next morning! Within 30 minutes of arriving, he had the dryer working great! $77 was our total bill! What a blessing! We will definitely call Joe the next time we have a problem with our washer or dryer.

Picked up a washer and dryer today from CJs and it was one of the best deals Ive ever done. The two units are super clean and all refurbished. New belts and rocker arms etc.... way better than buying used units from someone else, especially for the price. Joe met us at his shop and made sure everything was in working order before we left. He even showed us pictures of how they come in before they clean them all up (totally gross-thank God they do the dirty work). Look them up on Craigslist. You wont be disappointed.
