Matt is service rep that came to my home. He very meticulous and professional. He figured out what was wrong and discussed the situation with me. A part has to be ordered, but he showed me how to have heat until it arrives. I really like this company. Very professional.

I had all of the ducts under my house replaced by LM Wilson Heating & Air. It was a huge job, as the house is old and the ducts had never been updated. The old ducts were in terrible shape and full of dust and sediment. Landon and Pedro worked hard, stayed late, and communicated with me at every stage of the job. They took the time to show me what they were doing and why they were doing it. I was very impressed with both of them. The improvement in the air flow through the vents and the air quality in the house is noticeable. I would highly recommend this company.

I called on a late Tuesday, they were here on Wednesday morning. Brandon was able to diagnose the problem and order the part immediately. Chris call me late that afternoon and Brandon repaired our unit the next day. We have a service plan so it didnt cost us anything. We would not use any other company in a three city area. I got a service appointment, quickly, for an upcoming date. The tech was familiar with the older dual heat/air system the house had and service it. He provided fast and excellent service and very happy with extending the life on this older AC/heat unit.

Brandon found issue with gas pack very quickly and only required cleaning of the igniter. He is always very efficient, courteous and helpful. Glad he is part of your team.

We scheduled an appointment because our AC unit stopped cooling. When the tech came out to our house he told us that our coil was frozen and that it needed to sit over night with the fan running and thaw before he could come back the next day to refill the coolant.We followed the instructions and waited for them the next day (89° F in our house) and no one called or came by. The next day we called them and they said they would send the tech by again, which they did. He filled the coolant and we paid the $365 bill. And at that point we were a little disappointed at the disconnected communication, but were satisfied with the fact that the issue was resolved at least until we could fix the coolant leak.Couple of days later we received a second bill for $81 for the first visit where the tech had told us that our coil was frozen. Which was a little surprising because we thought that this was included in the first amount we paid.I get the perspective that they made two trips to our house so they feel valid in charging us twice for the service call. But from my perspective, I am paying $150 service fee and waited 3 days in the heat to get 2 lbs of coolant.Not horrible, but not awesome either, and a little disappointing that we had to coax them to follow through with our issue.

When I called regarding my air had went out, I was immediately given an appointment. Landon was the initial repairman sent out. It was determined that repair was not going to work. Ordered a new unit to be installed. The guys were very good about protocol and worked in extreme heat for 2 days to get all hooked up and working. Im thankful to LM Wilson for my unit and the friendly. Guys that put it in

Thermostat was not working and I had them to come out and check it out. They said that my transformer was no good and it would be around $359 to replace it, then they would have to see what caused it to go out. ( More money)so I didnt have enough money to pay the high bill which probably be close to $700 by the time they would be through. So I told them that I would reschedule them to fix it later. After they left I checked on the transformer and it was only $28.00 so I canceled there next app. I got someone else to come out and the only thing that was wrong was the electrical switch to turn the system off. Transformer was good ( nothing wrong with it) heat works fine. They were going to take me for a ride.
