I took my car in for a regular service mid-January. Dick and Holland were responsive, professional and proactive. Fast forward a couple weeks. Smokes hissing from the hood. The car was rated for ~5,000 miles before another service so I call, mildly frustrated and unsure of what to expect except that it would cost. Dick got me in IMMEDIATELY that same morning to work (very patiently) gratis with me and the car. Class.
