Was directed to Norco as the only place in the area to find a nebulizer for my young daughter. We were traveling from out of state so it was a hassle to have my remote pediatrician forward a prescription. But both gentlemen were very informative and polite. They understood I was in a hurry and even offered to call my pediatrician to assist with the insurance. Very appreciative.

Bryce and staff are super amazing. I have always had a great experience dealing with them. Always treated like VIP. I will always go through them for all my medical supply needs. Super impressed!

I will give you 2 stars because you are the only place in the area to offer needed medical supplies, your store is clean and you have stools to sit on while we wait.I have been in your store several times within the past 2 months. I dont know what is in your back room except for the employees. The wait for someone to ask if you need help is minimum 20 minutes, once I waited 30. The employees are not friendly. They point to where you should look, maybe walk over, but offer no pleasantries.Last week I was looking for a part for my husbands walker. The girl finally walked over and told me she had no idea what I wanted. She showed me something else. I called my husband and he didnt want her suggestion. When I told her it wasnt what he wanted she said, I sold the last set of what you want last week, well be getting more in. Five minutes earlier she had no idea what I was asking for.I will never go in this store again. Since we are seeing Drs in Twin Falls and Boise I will support their stores where I am welcomed, helped and appreciated.

We have had the honor to have Bobbie take care of our needs for our handicap daughter and other needs for other family members. It has been a pleasure to work with her and her willingness to serve the public with a great attitude. The other staff at Norco seem to be nice enough when I do work with them, but love working with Bobbie.

Bryce and his staff have always been friendly and helpful. I appreciate their knowledge and expertise. Keep up the good work.

I have worked through this company a couple times for breast pumps. They are great to work with! They took care of all the insurance communications and answered any questions I had.

I am very dissatisfied with their customer service. They would not admit to a mistake on their part for sending the wrong information to my medical provider. Information that in turn could have cost me my medical card for my CDL which is my career that feeds my family. I would recommend to anybody in the Burley area to just taking their business to the Twin Falls location they were more than willing to look into my concerns and fix the problem rather than the Burly location complete denial that anything had been done wrong even though it was a mistake on their part and their mistake could have cost me my career my job and my livelihood.

They are always so accommodating. Bryce was so knowledgeable and easy to work with.

I worked with Bryce, Bobby and Dan in solving my cpap issue I was having. I needed to get a battery so that I could go camping with my pap. They were extremely helpful to me and went out of their way to solve my problem. I highly recommend the team at Norco in Burley they will take care of you!
