Great drinks but it seems like they are out of whipped cream 80% of they time I go. It doesnt seem to matter if I go in the morning or later in the day. They are always out. But the drinks cost the same with or without it. Most of the time it doesnt bother me. But if you cant keep an important ingredient to most of your drinks on the shelf then whats the point.its supposed to be homemade so how do you run out early in the day. When you are out of something so simple most of the time that is ridiculous. I will find another place.
My blended coffee is never maid right. Such high turnover its no wonder.

The coffe is good here...the issue is how its made is inconsistent...and the bigger issue is customer service. Sometimes i come in and the staff is super friendly and the coffee is amazing...other times they are extremely rude and make it known its on purpose and they purposely mess up your coffee by either making it wrong entirely making it way too sweet you cant drink it or making it luke warm borderline cold just now i was in there and the barista was very rude and i could literally hear here saying she didnt care she made the coffee wrong and then took a call and started screaming the word bull***t everyobe in the place could hear. Its a bummer when a good business with a good product gets ruined by terrible employees. I can get my coffee elsewhere for cheaper and consistently made right with consistently good customer service which after today is what Im going to do.

Worst pizza sub. Horrible service.Sub was asked to be toasted... it wasnt.Asked for cheddar, recieve American.It took 15 mintues for 1 sandwhich.The girl had the guy go help her in the drive thru instead of making the sub.
I had a blended Fluffy Bunny. It was AWESOME! The girls were very helpful and patient with me and my inability to make a choice. It is a very comfortable place to be. So glad we stopped by.

Good service always done right
After a bad interaction at one of the other coffee shops in town, I decided to try Bent Bean. I can say my drink was delicious, store is a clean environment, and most importantly. I had some spectacular customer service from a girl named Berenice. Bent Bean, she is a keeper!! Definitely very knowledgeable, awesome service, and provided a quick transaction for me always with a smile. She deserves a raise!

Great find at a Truck Stop/Gas station. An actual coffee shop with food and nice ambiance. Worked there for a few hours with my pup who enjoyed napping in the natural light from the windows. Internet was okay, not too fast but steady. Better then most other places in a small town. Glad we found this coffee shop.
We had been traveling from West Yellowstone and needed coffee. We asked Siri for a list of coffee shops and picked this one. The girls who were working on the Fourth of July are both gems. Very sweet and friendly. The coffee here is also very good and we’ll return again on our way back to Idaho. Thank you for the nice experience.

Pros: inside atmosphere is great, open Sundays, coffee is usually good, prices are reasonableOnly reason for a lower rating: the drive thru can take forever and sometimes the person working the morning is not very friendly and welcoming. But others there are friendly and awesome so I just wish I could figure out exactly what shift I’m trying to avoid.

The food here is excellent. You can customize your sandwich much like at a Subway restaurant. However, the quality is a bit better. My only complaint is that there isnt much seating. I have had to stand and eat my food each time Ive gone.
To be honest, our experience was not that great. Granted, we did ask for hot cocoa at a coffee shop, but it tasted like water with some cocoa powder. And the person who took our order acted like she hated the world. She didnt smile once the entire time we were there.The pastries looked amazing, and I bet their sandwiches are good, so I would be willing to go one more time and try some of the food, but based on my experience, I wont go there for drinks ever again.

I dont drink their stuff but everyone always sends me to get their drinks. They love them. I like the sandwiches and muffins there. The people are great and work with me to make sure I get the right drinks for everyone.
They usually have amazing service and wonderful food. The coffee is delicious, but you can tell them everyone makes it differently. Never tastes the same! I still love it here and go get my favorite coffee at least 2 times a week 😍🖒
I prefer Kerbs coffee, but in a pinch bent bean will do.
Great fast service. I always leave a tip! Jonathan is the greatest at making yummy smoothies and sandwiches. Breakfast burritos and cake pops are delicious too. One of our favorite places to eat!
These reviews are insane. If your going to write a review on a particular place, make sure you know what it is your writing about. Bent Bean is a coffee/sandwhich shop attached to a gas station. It is NOT the gas station. They have a very warm setting with a beautiful fireplace. Their seating is warm and inviting. The staff are amazing! Super friendly, always have smiles, and quick to get you what you order! The food is amazing and they make some amazing drinks as well!
Their bread is not as good as it used to be.
Stop by the drive thru yesterday to get a sandwich.. drive thru was amazing! Great and friendly person working drive thru, I wasnt sure want I wanted. ask for recommendations and she was great a knowledgeable about the sandwiches and drinks. She was very helpful and friendly!!

Great coffee....great employees! Was a little surprised to see manager come in with her children & let them just walk out of the store with the treats they wanted....I doubt other employees have that option.
They wouldnt honor there punch card . Had all but one drink punched . Ordered two drinks . Was told that they were using cercal punch now and not heart shaped punch .said they only honor cercal punched cards now . They should have honored there own card regardless of what shape the punch holes where. Sorry will not be going back.

Good coffee and customer service, not much of a coffee house vibe though. Not a place to hang for hours, listen to music, and engage in intellectually stimulating conversation, but perfect to grab a cup of joe, sandwich, and go.

If Im spending 6 bucks for a coffee id like it to at least look the way its supposed to! Never ask if I want whip cream and they dont drizzle the cups anymore??! It used to be the one thing that made you stand out from every other coffee shop in this area!

The mochas and biscotti were very good! They serve Seattles Best. It was a little slow getting our drinks, but they were quite busy at the counter and at the drive-thru that Saturday morning. Service was adequate, but I wouldnt call it inviting or friendly...more like stoic, but efficient. They have kiosks so you can order before you even get to the counter, which is really handy. One thing I would have liked: make the tables right outside the doors non-smoking. As someone who is unable to breathe well when cigarette smoke is in the air, it was unfortunate to have to walk through a cloud of smoke going in and out of the shop. It was a very bad way to start and finish my first visit here. I will go back...Ill just use the drive-thru. Unfortunately, I probably wont become a regular customer, because it is quite out of the way of my regular travel.
If you like a nice coffee experience, visit the Bent Bean. You can also find all kinds of treats and fill up your gas tank there.
I come here on Sundays for my coffee and they do a good job with the coffee. Sometimes they are not open when they are supposed to be. There Web site says 6 am but they are not open and it is 720 am

Bent Bean has one of the best atmospheres in the area. Nice couches, seats for eating, and the coolest concrete wood floor ever. The sandwichs are overall good but i generally find that the breakfast sandwich is the best. The staff is really friendly and they offer free wi-fi.
Cashier assumed my 5.75 was her tip I was where is my change it was not my money that she tried to give herself as a tip

The reviews I read about this place must have been VERY old. There was no food. Only a few sadly wrapped Costco muffins misleadingly labeled Breakfast Muffins The coffee was probably worse than Costco. The staff looked at me like I was insane when I asked if they had an apple or banana.
