Good customer service. Prices are up everywhere. But still the handy spot for a Sunday afternoon stop.

I work there so its a good place

I took my son and we were looking at shoes. The lady in there was really helpful and had told us about the sales they had. We did have to wait a bit til they came up to check us out but the service was quick and we were out the door.

Good place to buy food items cheap for the truck, go there when I can, cheaper than the grocery stores too

Workers in there are not pleasant and friendly....I understand that with the way things are going in this world right its hard to stay positive....but having no hi bye have a nice day nothing makes it a bad place to visit. Store looks good and smells good but employees need an uplift

Its convenient for a small list but if a budget is what you want to stick with it is not a dollar only store which can be useful and not a easy solution

Seems clean enough, usually no carts with inventory setting around.

Terri was our cashier an she was great she was very patient when my son was Paying his toys with change which we really appreciated!

I dont like family dollar Burley Idaho cause every time go in there the food is out of date and the terri disrespected me and my aunt you guys that goes to Burley family dollar check the date on everything there or go to rupert one they are way better

Not only is it one of my favorite stores but I live right behind it so its very convenient and a shout out to Brandy the manager who works her tail off everyday to make it a good shopping experience for everybody I had to recommend you shop here

They never have enough staff at their stores there for both Family Dollar and Dollar Tree always has items in the back or inboxes on the floor instead of on the shelves, Ive gone into both stores four times in the last week to get some very needed items, I spend at least $200 a month at each store when they have the items on the shelves, Ive been told and both stores that the items are still in the back room because they dont have enough time or staff to get them on the shelves so items that arrived a week ago are still in the back so they have not had the items Ive needed and I by 15 to 20 of the items at once, and they havent had the items Ive needed for 2 weeks theyve just been sitting in the back at both stores, I think even though its a few cents more or even a dollar more Im going to have to start just going to Walmart where I know that its there all the time.

... sincerely , my shoping at the Dollar store in Burley has and is a perfect fit. The smiles and greating are always there along with there attendance to questions and direction for items and such . The employees are reconizable and are members of our community and is reflected in their hospitality and performance . .
