Susie @ T-Mobile in Burley is AMAZING!!!!Every time I come in she is extremely helpful and most of all she has the patience to help with any situation and answer any questions .

They are knowledgeable, but the employees dont wear there masks. You talk to them about 1 ft away. Dont feel safe in that environment.

Dont. Like the fact they give you a defective phone and then want you to pay for that phone and the pay for a replacement phone. The defective phone should be replaced at no charge.

For over two years I have had a problem with my service. They have just fixed it. After three phones, 16 sim cards and two accounts. (All that I had to pay for) they want to give me $200 is all!! Really I have paid for the service the phones and had no service!!! Wow dont do it.

I feel so bad for the owners and management of this company. Should have done a better reference check when choosing Livi Montgomery to represent your store! I have done and worked customer service/management and the way she acted in many, many reported videos. . Where she was caught LYING!! Using very inappropriate, vulgar, and extremely negative language is not okay. Goes against every single thing you are ever taught in a work environment! I am 6 months pregnant I do not need the stress or drama in my life nor does my family or friends. I have multiple videos and screenshots of her threatening and harassing me from her own phone and others which have been handed over to law enforcement! If I could post them here I would. . So you could see the person you would have to deal with! Pretty pathetic!

These girls are super helpful! Livi and Alyssa helped me save $100 a month for my 3 line plan and that includes a tablet! Better rates and sweet service!

They aren’t an official Tmobile store so I was weary at first. I went in with a good friend to purchase a new phone and add a line to my plan and they quickly made up excuses saying that I couldn’t have more than 8 lines even though their website says that my plan is eligible for 12 and I’ve been paying on time for 36 months straight and have financed over 10 devices. They tried to get him to start his own plan which would have been $70 a month for a line plus $10-20 for a watch line. I got on the phone with Tmobile and they annotated on my account that I am eligible for up to 12 lines and my friend was with me while I was on the phone and decided against buying his phone at this store.

Awesome friendly services here in the burley Idaho store . I’ve been with T-Mobile for 6 years now and ya at first their services weren’t so awesome in my area here in Burley Idaho but throughout the years they have grown and added a lot more towers around and now I get amazing fast services. And I have stuck with them for so long because of their affordable services. Definitely excited they finally got a store closer to home for me (:

If it were possible to give a negative score even that would be too high. I do not know that I have ever met a person who is in retail sales who is more rude or less willing to help. This is a store to avoid at all costs. If you have to use T-Mobile go to a different location.
