I come to this store a few times a month. Customer service is friendly, welcoming and efficient. However if you’re a person of color, customer service is fair to poor. I’ve noticed that when most of the staff must encounter/ assist a person of color, they stop in their tracks like a deer in headlights. There isn’t any welcoming greetings, thank-you, etc. Talk about awkward. What an embarrassing lack of diversity sensitivity.

We came here yesterday at a busy time to ship out two large packages. The gentleman helping us was named Billy and he was so friendly, patient and helpful. I’ve had a nasty experience at the Mansfield UPS location, and refuse to ship important packages via USPS anymore. This will be my new go-to source for shipping. Thank you to Billy and UPS Burleson for the awesome experience! I checked the tracking just now, and both packages have been delivered in less than 24 hours. Awesome service!!! Very happy!

Staff was friendly and helpful. I was emailed a return label and was not able to print it before dropping off the package. It was not one that they could just scan and print but do have an email available that I was able to send it to. That extra service was very convenient and appreciated but a bit pricy at $1.58 for one label, but I can’t complain too much since I had no other real option.They were also dealing with a very difficult and obnoxious women that didn’t understand why a holiday and pandemic would affect overnight shipping but managed to stay polite to her even though she didn’t deserve it.

I just left the store in Burleson. Billy was phenomenal. Help me with all of my 7 of my items. He even helped me find a box that fit. Super, super professional and friendly. Definitely going to be a repeat customer. I am high maintenance and he treated me like I was royalty. Billy is the role model and standard of which all employees should be trained! Great experience.

More than satisfied with the service here. As soon as I walked in, an attendant addressed my needs, she was very helpful and patient. The assistant manager (Ashley) went way above and beyond as well, assisting me with a printing order. I was very impressed with their professionalism, prompt service, and kindness. I highly recommend this location.

I specifically came and asked UPS to deliver my legal documents, was happy to pay the $10 to make sure UPS sent the documents. The government has different addresses to receive documents via UPS vs USPS, if addresses are mixed the documents do not arrive to the correct location. Unfortunately, UPS sent my legal documents via USPS. If I wanted USPS to send my documents, I would’ve gone down the street and paid $4.Had UPS been clear, (e.g., “this method is via USPS, that method is via UPS.”) I would’ve happily paid more to ensure my documents made it via UPS. I specially asked and came here for UPS to send the documents. I had to spend another $540 to resend and make sure my legal documents made it to the correct location.I will never be back at UPS, will be choosing USPS or FEDEX when necessary.

Just went by the UPS Store in Burleson. Holli was great! She helped me get my packages sent. She was pt and kind. However, Ashley was rude as heck to me when I don’t have the right Amazon’s code for my return. She stood over on the other side of the store and mouthed off to Holli about how I had the wrong one. She came up to me and put my form in my face and rudely told me how it was a kohl’s return. She spoke in “shipping code” that I did not understand. I told her to slow down and speak English to me because I don’t know about shipping labels language. I told her kohl’s closed to returns after she pointed towards that store. Holli helped me get back into my Amazon acct and find the right one. Ashley turned around and lit her back to me and mouthed something else. I have never encountered rudeness like this in my store. I am a nurse. I don’t ship stuff. Needed some help and Holli helped. Ashley made the experience terrible. I have a feeling she I a manager. I can’t imagine how she talks to the people she manages. Moreover she is wearing gloves Ans cross contaminating everything and everyone in the store. She was touching all equipment, people packages, key boards etc without changing her gloves. The other two ladies were using hand sanitizer between customers and being careful. She was not. Just spreading germs and terrible customer service.

I rushed to this store just as they were closing to return a package to ship a order back to the store. The staff were very kind even though I entered the store a minute passed closing. Joseph waited on me and was fantastic in assisting me with the best least expensive way to return my package. I have used this store numerous time and am always provided excellent customer service. Had a package delivered from out of country, package arrived extremely fast , thought it would take weeks. When I arrived to PU box, they had trouble finding it. Both the owner and another employee took the time to go through everything until they found it. (Had been put in pile of mail for the store).Employees were very helpful & professional.I may use them for a Post Office Box when I need it.

We took several light bags of office documentation in to shred. The manager, Tawana and the young woman at the counter were incredibly indifferent and unfriendly. The young woman told me with a smirk to move the very light bags down the counter to her. All she needed to do is mover her arm to her right and get them herself. It was a few inches to her right! I did what she told me and she weighed them and requested payment. We paid her with a credit card and took the bags over to a shredder. It was full and so were all of the shredder bins. The girl said she would have to credit the payment back to our credit card. She did so, taking several more minutes to do so and we hauled the bags back to the car. When we asked when the bins would be picked up Tawana said without looking up that she didnt know. The girl smirked throughout the whole thing as though she enjoyed our inconvenience. Never went back and never will.

Absolutely horrible customer service and unscrupulous ethics. I asked why they charge $9.98 to ship a 5 oz package USPS 1st class. Their General Manager Dustin insisted that 1st class & Parcel Post were the same thing, when anyone with a computer, and a brain, can quickly see they are not if the package is 13oz or under. When I told him I had a label in my hand for 1st class @ $2.50, HE HUNG UP ON ME! I called him back, but he was far too busy interrupting me to tell me how right he was to listen to the facts. A very surprising attitude for someone who claims they are the GM?These people rob their customers for every penny possible and then refuse to take responsibility when called on their scam! The worst part is that anyone in a position of responsibility, who would rather hang up on a customer instead of learning the correct USPS shipping rates, should be fired immediately.

Absolute zero customer service. Lost mail of very important documents on several occasions. Staff has no training and cant answer simple questions. Mail cant be forwarded from there. Costly lesson learned.

I had mail service there for 3 years. I tried to close out my box back in July 2010, and the employees did not know how. It took a week to finally close out my box, and I was told that the store provided complimentary mail forwarding for 10 days. Just spoke with owner about missing mail and he replied that they do not forward mail. As a result, I am short a lot of mail. Service has been poor since they had a complete turnover of store employees...

Not only was Mik inconsiderate once he finally got to us, but the other employee working today was in the back while we waited. We spent nearly 45 minutes dealing with the situation only to be turned away. All I needed was a notary to acquire my birth certificate. I will never go to this place again and will advise everyone else I know, or come in contact with to avoid this place. *shared on Facebook.

Let the shipper beware!! I would not let them talk you into repackaging anything. They gave me a story and talked me into letting them repackage a gift before Christmas. I told them there were 3 things in the box. Low and behold I find out an invoice I had included with a check to the business I was sending this too never made it!!!!! So now I have a check floating around somewhere...not happy. Will take my shipping business elsewhere.

I had a bunch of copies made there today. I got to my car and realized that they used the wrong size paper. I walked back in and told the tall guy at the counter that the wrong paper was used. He said It looks like 8.5 by 11 to me. I held up the original, that was 8.5 by 11 and showed him the difference. He cut off the bottom of the copies and put them on the counter. No apology, no thank you, absolutely nothing. Horrible customer service.

I typically dont leave bad reviews but this ups store is nothing like the one I frequent in Waco. This store made it so difficult to do business with. I had 5 five amazon returns to drop off. All I needed was the labels printed. The associate says they do not print labels. After a minute of explaining what I needed again, he said I have to email the label. I asked if I could just email him the Amazon up link, he said no. I even pulled it up on my phone, showed him each step on the Amazon website and he said sorry, cant do that. So, I had to pull up each order, process each return on my phone, then pull up my email for each order and email each label to the store so they could print the label. So what should of taken 3 mins for a quick drop off and print turned into 35 mins. If I hadnt lugged all five boxes into the Ups store already I would have left and driven back to my hometown ups store and shipped from there. Stop making it so difficult for your customers to do business! And to top it off, about 25 mins into this I needed to use the bathroom and they said sorry, it is for employees only.

Makes me think this culture of indifference is acceptable.Too bad this is only ups authorized shipper for AT&T return equipment in this area.Terrible customer service!
