It was my third time in the store today. Nathan helped me out and gave me some advice on my project. I am using the Captivate paint on my walls a gray satin color. Is looking good. I used paint from a big box store for the ceilings took three coats, wish I would of bought Sherwin Williams. All employees are helpful and friendly.

Was a little skeptical about the teenager working behind the counter but he knew his stuff. He was able to get me a perfect match. Minus one star because the prices are quite a bit higher. Overall had a good experience and would choose them over Lowe’s or Home Depot because of the employee knowledge.

The staff is super helpful and the products are hugh quality. I have tried many paint brands through the years and Sherwin Williams paint outshines the rest. It has the best coverage and is very high quality. SW also has great sales on their paint. It does not matter what SW store I have used (in multiple states) their staff is always helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. Thanks SW for having quality products and employees.

Youll never find a more dedicated and hustling group than the team here at this store. I have spent thousands here in the last few months and they are always fast, courteous and attentive.

I’ve come to love Sherwin Williams in general but this location has been my favorite. It’s clean, well organized and the staff always goes above and beyond to get us what we need. Paint may be cheaper at a big box store but the coverage and quality is far better from SW.

Not sure if it is the norm, but if you are going to cancel a order it would be nice to get a phone call or text. We have been standing by waiting for the text our order is ready only to find out later it was canceled resulting in putting us further behind schedule.

The clerk (young lady with brown hair) was knowledgeable, extremely helpful and very nice! She was easy to do business with, made helpful suggestions and knew the product line very well. She even recommended another SW for more wallpaper books to peruse. I came into the store for paint - bought that - and left with future projects in mind. Ill be back!

I called in advance because were trying to beat the Sun from going down to get literally our one last gallon of paint on to our house. But calling in advance I guess doesnt work youre still going to be required to sit there and wait even if you ask for your order to be prepared in time. I even told the manager I called ahead of time and spoke with him and he told me the paint would be ready to pick up and go not the case when I got there and to make things worse nobody else was in there it was just two workers sitting there looking at each other.

Shame on you for selling me your highest quality and priced paint when I clearly stated I simply needed the lowest, simplest type of paint for a job that would require less paint than a kindergartners water color painting!KNOW YOUR PAINTS BEFORE COMING HERE!THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU IF YOU ARENT UP TO DATE ON YOUR PAINTS!!👎👎👎

It seems the Burleson Sherman Williams is focused on contractors. This time I was looking for Minwax products and information. You did not have stain in small containers and did not have Antique Oil Finish. The young lady was pleasant but unfamiliar with the products. My visit was on a Saturday morning

Staff was very rude entire visit, we asked for prices and he gave us the most expensive price and that was it. When we looked up prices online and confronted him he said he wasn’t sure if they had enough of the cheaper paint for us! Just over all a terrible experience, wouldn’t recommend anyone visiting this store. Customer service is an afterthought!

I usually have a good experience here but my last trip was the exception. There were 4 employees working there and i dropped it off and an hour later i finally got my paint.
