Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a very large piece of glass installed and one of the hinges was faulty, happens rarely. I had no problem getting the issue resolved quickly. When I called I got fantastic customer service.

We had a back door window shatter from a rock, I called Heritage Glass after googling glass repair in our area. They were professional and friendly right away on the phone. I explained we were going out of town in a couple of days and needed the glass fixed asap. They were able to come out the same day and give us a quote on our window. Very quickly after leaving our house they called us back to let us know they could order the window, how much it was going to be, which was a great price, and that they would be able to install the next day! When coming out the next day to install, they were again very nice, professional, and quick. Our window looks great and I am happy with how fast they were to accommodate us, the ease of communication, the pricing and professionalism. We recommend and would use again for any future needs!

Oh, my goodness! I am so pleased with the service I received from Heritage. They met AND exceeded my expectations! They arrived at the time they said they would. Joe and Rizo were kind and courteous. They removed the stained glass from my front door and side lights, and replaced it with frosted glass, and were even able to preserve the old wood trim so that I didn’t need a trim carpenter. AND their price was better than any other bid I got! Kudos to Heritage Glass! I’m thrilled!

This company, their owner, and staff are absolutely the best hands down! They have replaced a bedroom window and backdoor glass and did such an incredible job on both. They are fast, meticulous, and take pride in their work and in satisfying their customer! Communicated the entire process and that’s such a plus. Fantastic customer service. Walked in for an estimate on replacing a piece or mirrored glass. Interrupted the gentlemans lunch even. He took a quick look at what I needed and told me if I could wait 10 minutes hed have it done for me right now. Sounded good to me. No lie, 5 minutes later Im walking out the door with a new mirror in my frame. Thanks a million Heritage Glass.

At this point in time I will reserve my review until satisfaction is achieved. All that needs to be said at this time.After the return trip, frustrations were still had but satisfied and merchant was was paid in full. Beautiful picture window.

I just called for a new quote 04/13/2020 - 2 shower installations and 2 custom mirrors would have been the scope of work. Here is how the conversation went:HG&M: HelloMe: Hello, I was hoping to speak with someone about a new quote.HG&M: Okay.Me: Oh, is that you?HG&M: Yeah.Me: Great! Do you mind if I ask who Im speaking with?HG&M: Me!I hung up. Not interested in doing business with a company who cant display basic customer service. There are a ton of places that can do this work.

We have used this company several times and I’m not sure why. We call today and place an order and since it was going to be ready same day we informed them we were coming today to pick it up. It has been a little while since we have used them and it wasn’t til we drive out to the old location that we realized they were no longer there. We called and asked where they had moved to so they gave us their address and we TOLD them we were at the old location and that we were headed that way now! Nothing else was said so we headed over and arrived at 4:35 to find they are CLOSED! We look on the door and see that closing time is 4:30! We just assumed since we just spoke to the man there and told him we were at the old location headed his way that someone would of been there! We had no idea closing was 4:30 and the man we spoke with NEVER MENTIONED IT WAS NEAR CLOSING AND THAT HE WOULD NOT BE THERE BY THE TIME WE GOT THERE which was ONLY a 10 min drive. We would not of wasted our time driving over if he had mentioned the closing time plus he could of called us back letting us know he was fixing to leave and may be get our ETA. When you have a customer show up at the old location and you KNOW they are headed your way the right thing to do is 1 wait a few mins for them to arrive since you gave no indication that you wouldn’t or 2 inform us that you will be closed by the time the customer arrives! I get wanting to leave at closing but don’t act like you will be waiting when you no good and well a customer is in route! This is very bad service not to mention we have had several orders come back wrong along with no one returning calls when they say they will call you back!! We think we are done giving this company chances and it’s time to find a new one.

Went here to get a large floor mirror replaced after it shattered during transit. They had me in and out within 15 minutes, price was affordable, and they did a great job!

Several years ago I needed glass tops made for several pieces of furniture. Of these pieces two were an odd shaped surface and therefore I had to draw out a template. All pieces of glass, including the technically challenging pieces for which I created the template, were done on time ....and done perfectly. Today I have a friend who will need glass tops made and I looked up this firm to get the address and read one of the reviews. I was stunned by what I read and moved to write this endorsement.

We needed 8 window screens and someone to come and measure so I called after hours and left a message. No one called me back so again I called and spoke to an employee who said he would get with his boss and call me right back. He never called (this was Friday). I called again on Monday and finally spoke to the owner who said he had been out of town and scheduled measurements the next day.The windows were measured and someone was to call me back to give me estimate. No one called so I ended up calling again a few days later and was told the owner had been out of pocket again and figured the estimate on the spot. Said it would take 7-9 days to get the screens. Well guess what? No call after 15 days so I called again and was told they were working on it and didnt know when they would be done (this was Friday). Thankfully after about 10 minutes someone called me and said they would be out on Monday to install them, and they did, yay!The screens are very well made and should last for many years. This business is obviously very busy which means they are good at what they do, but they badly need a secretary for call backs and follow up. All-in-all it took 3 weeks to get our screens. Not a good first impression.

Fast service. Needed a piece of glass cut for clients garage door window. Called a different company first and they pushed me off for 4 days. I then called this company and they had the glass cut and ready for to pickup within 10 minutes.

The owner from the start was a jerk. Hos employees were nice. So we were quoted price with labor and taxes. When we went to setup for the glass we were then told there would be a $125 service call. FOR WHAT?!? Labor was ALREADY invluded....so greeeeed?Horrible way to do business......Tired ofnplaying games with businesses that do this to customers
