Micah did such a great job on the two garage doors we had replaced. His attitude and willingness to make sure the job was 100% right meant a lot to my wife and me. Late review but wanted to give Viking Overhead their due props. Was looking for a modern black garage door earlier this year and decided to check out Viking Overhead due to their good reviews. I found this company on Facebook Marketplace. I was impressed when they came out and gave me a quote. They are a legitimate company...company logo, business cards, vehicle, etc. They honored the quote after a few months passed since the quote was issued. They were diligent in communicating with me once the order was placed through delivery/install. Micah and Tyler were great during the install. They cleaned up the mess and took the old door with them. Micah even took the time to look at our other garage door and do a quick adjustment of some wires. I support Veteran-owned businesses and would recommend Viking Overhead to anybody looking for their services. I LOVE my new door!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!! (Oh, and Micha also took the time to explain how the door would work, recommended maintenance, etc. It was a great experience all the way around!!)

These guys are always top notch when it comes to service. Kyle came by a little over a year ago and replaced a busted spring and cable. Today Eric came by and replaced roller cable also that was pretty worn out, roller wheels replaced too. Those items were probably there since house was built in 2005. Definitely recommend these guys for any garage door repairs!!

I called Viking Overhead in a panic this morning bc I’d accidentally closed my garage door onto my car 😣 Luckily car was fine, but the garage door- not so much. The receptionist was calm & friendly. She was able to get a technician out to my house in just a few hours for a free estimate. I thought several panels wld need to be replaced, but Eric was able to get my garage door fixed up good as new without needing to do so. The sensor on my garage door was broken and I called Viking. They sent Eric out who was awesome. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly. The sensor was messed up so he fixed that, replaced the worn rollers, lubricated everything, suggested further work needed, and when I asked what I can do to for door upkeep he gave me good advice. The door is working perfectly now and it’s much much quieter than it was. I’ll definitely use them again.
