This is a great place to look for a used vehicle. My wife and I had been searching for a while to find a Toyota 4Runner. They are pretty popular so it can be difficult to get exactly what you are looking for. I called Jess about a 4Runner he had on the lot and he was willing to let me drive back to look at it ASAP. Jess was very upfront about getting the carfax over, detailing what he knew about the history of the car and even pointing out errors on the vehicle that he wanted to correct. This was all before I started talking about buying it. He was very fair on the negotiation and was very quick to make some minor adjustments before actually settling on a purchase price. I had noticed the alignment being off and Jess said, No Problem Ill take care of that. There were some minor cosmetic things I didnt love about the car and Jess said: I gotta guy who can make that look as good as new! He even had him touch up some paint correction on the outside. Of course no used car is perfect and there is no way to absolutely know everything about the vehicle but I would recommend this dealer if youre looking for an honest dealer and someone who is willing to help you get the car your looking for. Bought a 2009 Honda Civic. The day after I got it the AC went out. Jess took care of it right away without any hassle. The car was also missing a hubcap so he ordered a new one and had it shipped to me, and offered to have the other 3 buffed and painted if I dropped them off for him.
