Stopped to get a mattress and got a really good price on a hybrid 10 in memory foam mattress, platform and mattress protector. Wish the protector fit a bit more snug but it works well. Loved the associates that helped me and I felt it was worth the money I paid.

Devante was very helpful. Both husband and I have back issues and wanted to an adjustable base to help. He had us do the expert test that gave a handful of mattress that would fit our need (luckily we were very close). And he even told us we could mix and match brand of mattress and base. Enjoyed our Sleep Experts time very much! The service was great. They were patient and showed us each matress (after laying on the one that could show us our perfect matress.) We settled on the Therapeutic Firm (because it was top of the line and the most comfortable for us both.) We decided on a CalKing so that my husband can have more let room. We were told that our matress would take 3 to 6 weeks if not longer, which we were fine with. Only to find out not even a week later that they had everything available to us and they could deliver within days.First night, we slept the best we have slept in, I swear, years! We love our matress and we are so thankful for the help. Excited to sleep well for a long time on this matress.Thank you again.

First time I ever bought a bed I believe they did everything they could do to see to it that I really got the best I could get and more importantly definitely in my price range could not be more happier with my experience

The store manager, Nancy, was extremely helpful. She assisted my wife and I from the moment we walked in until we left the store. Using some sort of test bed to determine the kind of bed that would be most beneficial to us, she produced a list of best we should try. Some of the suggestions were fairly expensive, other were not. We were able to lay on beds that we had been researching and cross some off our own list. The goal that day was ultimately research and did not make a purchase, but we walked out having a very good idea of what we would buy.Nancy did a great job of social distancing, and they provided coverage for the pillows that we layed on. Other places we visited did not do that. Overall, I think that Sleep Experts Burleson is where we will go when we decided to make the purchase.

Staff was nice spent $3,600 for a bed that is not perfect. We went back to discuss the 120 free night to be satisfied with our bed. The only way to get a softer one is to spend more money so we our stuck with what we purchased.

Michael Thompson was extremely pleasant to work with. He helped us find the best adjustable bed for our bodies, and explained the details of the beds we were interested in. We were lucky that we were the only ones in the store, so we were able try out multiple beds and ask many questions without distraction. Got a great deal too!! Wow I had the best experience yesterday thoroughly picking out a mattress with Davonte!! He has all of the answers to your questions without hesitation! He knows what he’s talking about and is passionate about what he does! He attentively listened to all of my concerns and feedback with each mattress and pillow and base, he spent a good 2 hours with me and did a sleep expert test to see what mattress would be best for my body type he paid attention to what I liked and didn’t like and circled back to everything at the end giving me a breakdown of what would be the best fit for me! He was so nice and he’s a really cool guy too! Easy to talk to! Overall I had one of the best buyer experiences ever especially with this type of work it feels like a lot of the salesmen want to get you to buy the most expensive thing but Davonte was exceptional in showing true concern and gave me great advice even for sheets! He gave me the best deals he could and I left such a happy customer!! Also all of my purchases (mattress, base, pillows, sheets) will be delivered TMRW how amazing is that!! Highly recommend checking them out and Davonte works everyday but Monday and wednesdays (in pretty sure that’s what he said!- call ahead if you want to work with him it’s worth it!!)

We just purchased the Silver Chill hybrid mattress and Mike gave us excellent customer service! He was extremely informative and was able to get my husband and I a mattress and adjustable base that met both our needs as well as wants. We left feeling very happy and confident with our decision. My wife and I purchased an expensive mattress here. We received a scheduled delivery 1.5 months from the time of purchase to our new address. Our instructions were to wait for a phone call the night before with the time slot informing us at what time it would be delivered. The night before delivery, we did not receive a call for the time slot delivery, so we called to see what was up. To our shock, we were informed that our mattress was on backorder and would not be delivered. With no advance notice and no mattress for our new home, we were appalled. However, Sleep Experts made it right, hence the 5 star review. In dealing with DeVante (a very kind gentleman), sleep experts was able to give us a temporary mattress (and rightly so) since they did not notify us of the warehouse error. Throughout the whole process, I was very impressed with the professionality of the staff and their willingness to help their customers. Yes, Sleep experts made a mistake on our ticket but they made it right. I will always recommend people to go with this company. Their mattresses are very comfortable.

June2020- We came to the Sleep Experts since we were not happy with the mattress stores, We went inside wearing our mask and Michael greeted us asked if WE wanted him to wear his face cover anything to make us more comfortable while there. Next he put us on the mattress that measures our pressure points and suggests the best mattress fitted for us. We were there over an hour but this was the best experience shopping for a mattress. We walked away with a Sealy Hybrid Chill, Thank you Michael.

Nancy Cox was so helpful with us finding our mattress we spent around 2 hrs trying mattresses until we were happy and she even put us on the fit your body machine we really appreciated her patience with us.

My boyfriend and I went shopping for a bed here last January. Our schedules are pretty crazy right now, so we found a Saturday that we both had free and bit the bullet. I was fine with the bed that we had, but my boyfriend has back problems and really needed a bed that provided him with better support.Monica met us at the door with a smile and guided us through finding our perfect mattress. Sleep Experts has a fancy diagnostic system that analyzes how you position yourself while sleeping, so that helped Monica narrow down which beds we wanted to focus on. From there, she had us test out different mattresses and took our feedback into account every step of the way. She was very patient, which we both loved -- because no one wants to deal with a pushy salesperson. We had the space and time to talk and think things through before buying our new bed.Because of our busy schedules, we couldnt accept delivery of the bed for a couple of weeks, but Sleep Experts was completely able to roll with our schedules (even when we had to push delivery to a later date than the initial one that we had set up).We have had this new bed for about two months now, and my boyfriend and I are both extremely happy with the purchase. The only way that I could be happier is if I could see Monica the next time that I need to buy a new car. ;)

Mike and Nancy were incredible! I went to find a new mattress after years of sleeping on a very uncomfortable bed. Purchase experience was great. Returning and exchange was not so pleasing. To be clear, customer service was as good as it can be, the policies in place is what i do not agree with. Buyers, dont be fooled and listen VERY CLOSELY of the return policy, ONLY THE MATTRESS can be returned at a 10% restock fee. Everything else has a NO return. So those seeking to purchase more than a mattress be cautious and be 100% sure its what you want, because if you dont, you lose out ona couple grand like i did and be stuck with what you purchased.
