Today at 9:35am My rating would be a 0!Why is it ok to argue with your customers over a price because YOUR employees failed to do their job properly. I don’t work there. I should be able to grab something off YOUR shelf and trust the price tag in front of it. HOWEVER that’s not what happened. When brought to the lady’s attention she was mad. The lady began to argue with me over it and saying it’s my fault. Excuse you! How is that my fault?! I am so overwhelmed with madness right now.If I didn’t need the the items for a costume I would’ve left everything there. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I will NOT be back as long as that is how Party City is going to treat their customers. Remember customers is what you need to run your business. You may want to remind the employees you employee.Amazon WILL be getting all of our party needs, costume needs and so much more. You can thank your lovely cashier for that.

I had ordered balloons for my daughters birthday including a number “6.” My little one was so excited about. Of course, as soon as I take it out of the bag, it hit the fan and popped! My little one teared up. I ran back to the store and the person managing the balloon area was so sweet. She filled up another “6” at no charge and said “have a great birthday.” I am so thankful to her. Making a frazzled mom’s day just a little bit brighter!

Party City is a year round PAR-TAYYY for finding any and everything for your party needs anytime of the year!Their Halloween selections went as fast as they came in but all in all, a good selection still available.I enjoy this store for all seasons for my party or Halloween needs.

Not such a great selection.,... I have been in the past and was amazed. This left something to be desired. The customer service was great. Just dont be surprised if you dont find IT. Good last resort if thats the situation you are in.

Party city in Burleson has a wide variety of different party themes that anyone can choose from. There were plenty of princess themes, and super heroes as well. Their balloon section also has a huge selection.

The costume selections were slim to none. Everything was moved and thrown everywhere so you didnt know what price the items were. Just a huge mess everywhere.

Literally went in for 5 balloons for my daughters 5th bday. And they said it would be an hour wait. Are u kidding me. It 5 quick pink balloons. Definitely wont be back. They werent even busy at all. Barely anyone was in the store. There was 2 girls filling up balloons. One couldve continued while the one filled 5 balloons. There was no reason to be told an hour.

Walked in the store an hour and a half before closing and it was an issue to get helium for my daughter’s balloons.The girl at the register asked when I needed them done because they were about to close. My response was “I thought you were open until nine and it’s 7:30.” Her reply was “that is correct.”I paid $43.00 for helium for 9 balloons and received horrible customer service.

This is a nice store with a few issues. 1, they were out of stock of a lot of stuff I needed for my party and 2, its crazy to me that it cost me $5.99 to blow up my OWN balloon. I mean thats quite a rip off. $6 for 1 balloon! But I guess they gotta make money and know people want balloons.

Not happy, purchased 2oz plastic jello shot glasses and almost all were stuck together. Broke over 20 of them just to get 15 good ones. Very bad product!

I needed a last minute item and they were closed despite having their hours listed as open. Completely ridiculous. There were others inside shopping yet I wasnt allowed to get the one item I needed.

The life saver gummies are hidden. They have lots and lots of balloons but not many life savers.

Clean your restrooms and please consider giving parents a break. The check out line is barely wide enough to push your cart down which results in children being able to touch every single thing. I know this is your way of trying to get kids to scream in hopes that the parents will buy more merchandise but during COVID this is just putting families in danger. Please consider widening the checkout isle so we are not spreading germs.

Party City has a ton of stuff to get creative with for any party. Why be a sea going pirate? When you could be a space pirate.Or maybe your the scientist that discovers Godzilla. What would you need to make that costume? They probably have it in the store.

I had an order placed days in advance and still had to wait there for them to blow up all the balloons when I arrived rather than being ready for pickup.

Nothing I needed was here.

I love it here. It had everything we needed for Halloween. We spent about $115 but let me tell you, it was worth it.The only exception was that they dont let you try on wigs and I bought my daughter one and she didnt end up wearing it because she didnt like the way it looked and now I cant get my money back.

A little expensive , but the store is clean and the staff are nice and helpful.

Only one person behind the counter with experience with 2 that were obviously very new. Long wait. But thats on poor management. Not these friendly new employees doing thier best.

These people are great. I had an issue with another company for my baby’s 16th birthday balloons that company act like they didn’t even have my order. But this place right at the last minute and let me in the doors right before they closed.

Dont get a quote on the phone and expect it to be the same once you get to the store. Actually it was double in price to blow up balloons. I was told about $20.00, but ended up paying $43.00. The male employee said our price paper doesnt lie...well I guess your employees who answer the phones do

Absolutely ridiculous. Worst Party City experience ever. Do not go to this location if you want good customer service or to have your order fulfilled as it should be. Not only was my order 30 minutes late, but they popped 3 of my very nice balloons and replaced them with cheap looking balloons and didn’t offer any sort of reimbursement whatsoever. Awful.

Had extra associates to help people find whats needed 5 days before Halloween. Considering how busy, it was clean and organized. The cashiers were moving fast. Good visit.

So apparently they let someone else take my balloons, which I wouldn’t of cared since they were replacing them but the girl Veronica didn’t believe I was the actual owner of the balloons and kept harassing me to prove it and wouldn’t give me my balloons. Even after showing them everything by my social she still kept questioning me. At the end she was super rude and didn’t give me my balloon bags and I was so annoyed I just took my balloons as is. I was late to our own birthday party trying to get them to give me my balloons they allowed to be stolen. There’s plenty of other locations, save yourself the trouble and just go to another one where I’m sure there are more professional people then Veronica.

I had to put a star but for me this store gets a negative 5. I was just there at 7 pm today buying 75.00 worth of party supplies. They had red party cups buy one set get one free. I checked out the sign twice because they had a box of colored cups same amount of 50 each but they were on sale for buy 2 get one free, so I figured it was because the others were red and picked those. They didnt ring up get one free, so the cashier called another sales woman who went to the display a few aisles over in our line of sight and called out asking if it was the 16 ounce cups. They cashier answered yes and the other lady ripped off the sale sign and walked out of our sight. She came back after a minute saying the sign said buy 2 get one free. I told her NO It said buy one get one free and I had checked it twice because of the other cups. She went and got a couple of signs to show me and flat out lied to my face. She could have said someone left it up by mistake and I would be good with that. But she lied and I confronted her with if that was the case than why did you take down the sign, she just walked off. So I turned around and told the cashier I dont deal with liars and they could just take all my stuff back. So sad to see the lack of morals these days...oh well you will never get my business back.

I went in for tablecloths. Unfortunately, they were out of the ones I needed. That wasnt the problem. My son found one of the cool candies they have on display and begged for me to buy it so I agreed. Once we made it to the register, there was an employee sitting on the floor behind the register counting balloons. She looked up at me and then turned back around to continue counting balloons. She never said a word. There were two other employees to my left at the other end of the counter having a conversation. They also didnt say a word to me. To my right on the other side of the entrance doors there were THREE male employees having a conversation. Not ONE employee bothered to acknowledge my son and I standing there patiently waiting at the register. After about 3 or 4 minutes, I took my son by the hand and walked out. I will NOT go back there again!

Perfect selection of different party themes. Sheleves are organized for someone super tall. Couldnt reach higher product, but was able to find associates to help get things down as needed. We found a ton of Super Mario Bros and Princess themed items, which is what we went in to look for. Location was spotless and aisles were free and clear to move around easily with a shopping cart. Fast check out, even for a Sunday!

Store was not to clean.they were not enforcing the mask policy. There were people coming and going without masks and the employees never said a word.this is the way this virus spreads simply by people not saying anything.

Went there to snag some items for our twins fifth birthday. Last week, we ordered balloons for their birthday. While there, the kiddos recieved generic balloons to take with them. Our daughter let go of hers and it found its way into the rafters. Wyatt replaced it for her free of charge and saved the day, even though we were okay with letting her reap the consequences of not being careful.Then today, when we picked up their personalized balloons, another tragic fate befell our daughters balloon. Inexplicably, it popped as my wife was loading it into the car. She brought it back into the store, and Wyatt saved the day again. He replaced it no questions asked.Absolutely nothing negative to say. Great service and the party is on!

I very rarely vote low on something but I was really disappointed on how they have the picture banners and invitations now. There was no ink for weeks. I honestly miss when someone would help us set these up. Not to mention how every time Ive been in there, there is not many people on staff. I gave it at least 3 stars because the people who work there are usually very nice and I can find usually what I am looking for.

Great selection! I always enjoy shopping here. Just one downfall... I cant afford to clean out the whole store.

The KIDS they have working here at the balloon station are SO SLOW, 3 people airing up balloons, talking & stopping working on the balloons every minute to look at someone’s phone. Knowing I am standing here waiting for my order . Also eating candy. Of course I waited 10 min for someone to check me out before waiting for balloons.

I didnt like the drive but I found a few things I could use for a 75th birthday party next week...

During the Halloween season, this store hires 40-50 temporary associates to help the during the busiest time of the year. Unfortunately some of these temps are not entirely dedicated and allow for some unjustly and unusual poor service. Hopefully the negative complaints recently are a result of these employees. The managers do a good job retaining the best of the best and you will always have a great experience in the store with those year round associates.

Very disappointed , I had to wait half an hour for to purchase 2 items. There were three cashiers, but 2 of them were having fun bagging balloons and playing around. Thus, only one cashier was available to assist customers. I spend a lot of money at party city on the holidays, but not any more. I will take all my future party needs to Target.

Wyatt and Sophia are so sweet! The first time we went there recently Wyatt helped us find items for our twins birthday party and gave them each a balloon. Our daughter accidentally let her balloon go and was devastated. Wyatt didnt even hesitate to give her a replacement, which made her day!! The second time we went there was to pick up their balloon order. Right when I put my daughters balloon in the car, it popped. I brought the sad remnants back to the store and Sophia immediately asked what happened. Wyatt was right there once again saving the day with a replacement balloon!! We will definitely be back!!

I like the selection here but they never seem to have the newest items in store, I always have to order online which is hard if you wait until the last minute.

I can never seem to find what I need here, even though Im grabbing something for a party. Assistance is usually hard to find as well, so you are on your own if you cant find something.

There was little help. There is a very young girl for manager who was running all over a very large store trying to keep up. We found what we needed eventually. You can order online for pickup but have to wait for the overworked manager to obtain it. There was only a few customers. I cant imagine what its going to be like by Halloween. The prices seem high to me.
