Very helpful. They talk to you and listen to what you want or want to do, unlike 4 wheel parts. Its a great place to get stuff and or have things done for your Jeep. Especially the older Jeeps. Worth the drive out.

Please dont take my word for it. Come and see for yourself ,Service is Top Notch Merchandise in house if its made Outfitters can get it. not only jeeps Trucks also .you wont leave disappointed plus you will have made a few new friends .

They kept our vehicle for nearly 3 months. All to just rebuild a rear axle. They have no communication with the customers whatsoever. They charged us nearly double the quote and never called to verify we wanted to pay the extra costs. Now we are doing some repairs to the front axle and doing some brake work only to find out the parking brake doesn’t work because they put the parking brake in backwards and they cross threaded 9 out of 10 lugnuts so the studs have to be broken all replaced so we can get the tires off for a rotation. It was supposed to be a $800 job. With what we’ve paid them and the corrections we are having to do we are approaching $2000.

Terrible, they arent mechanics. I could write a lengthy description of my experience but I have wasted way too much energy on this company. I just want to warn any future jeep owners. Please take my word for it and find a mechanic you know and trust. Just because their business name has the word jeep in it, doesnt mean they are good jeep mechanics. They are terrible, in every way a business can be terrible. They do not care about their customers and claim to be mechanics but know enough to get them in trouble.

Had the good fortune to speak with Cimarron about products for my TJ. He was very honest about the products that I wanted. I would recommend him to anyone want tj parts or RV hitch setups

I took my Brand New 2016 Ford F 150 to have a 2 inch level kit on front end. After about 4 months started to here popping in front end. Took back twice and they claimed I didnt have it re tightened. And 2 nd time said someone messed with and they didnt even have tools to fix. Now my front.end is out of alignment. I have to take to Ford to see if they will cover. My truck only has 14k miles.

I personally dont have a issue with jeep outfitters Bob has always been fair and honest.but another employee sold me a set of axles. Cimeron stated that a customer didnt want them because they where to wide for his YJ. I said cool show me them. He told me the are out of a 2003 f350 aka. 1 tons. For 500.00 there was some rust on gears but was ok no biggie. And I then ask Dana 60s he state Dana 60 and 10.5 Sterlings with 4:21 ratio. Still no problem I took his word. Come to find out when I went sale them to my customer 3 months later ,they was Dana 50 and 10.5 Sterlings . Now I called and asked why did he tell me they were Dana 60 . He said no I said they were f350 1 tons well he lied. I then ask for a refund nope your problem now I said what about 1/2 back . No he said and hung up. The point is if I mess up and my customer doesnt get jacked around . He knew what they were and had full intention to lie and sale me a product that was wrong. I admit I didnt know it was a Dana 50. I later found out that Dana 50 is f250 not f350 like he said. So I will no longer support or refer any more business as long as cimeron works there. Bob thanks for your help when I needed it
