In all years of having my cars worked on i have never been more disappointed with a business so much.. it took one month to get my challenger back . Every day I called with no response or broken promises.. I received my car yesterday see all my wiring in a rats nest not cover for my engine lost back lights cover missing.. now I am overheating and .. I am layering up today...

Needed a paint touch up for my F150. The hood and front fenders had sun damage. The Maaco Team did not disappoint. The paint job was great and the team offered a great price and was very professional. I would recommend them for any paint services.

It was not clear at the beginning, that small dent and scratch repair would not be included in the prep work. After completion, I found my glove box latch broken and would not open. Also the driver’s side door is out of alignment and will not close properly without excessive force. There’s also an electrical wire dangling from the rear bumper area. Additionally, the hood is visibly out of alignment. I now have other repairs to make in order to enjoy my vehicle. On a positive note, the customer service representative/estimator, worked hard to explain each step of the process. She took the time to try and answer any of my concerns.

Do they do a decent paint job, yes. But if you need anything else done besides painting then you literally have to call over and over or stop by just to get an update. My vehicle took a few days to get done but I’m still waiting on a decal for my vehicle. They tell you “we’ll call you back with an update” they don’t. You literally have to start nagging every single day. I understand that they get a lot of vehicles in each week but the communication is severely lacking at this location. I’d even be fine with an email, call, text, etc at the end of the day so I know what’s goingon.Edit- still waiting. Friday I got a call that they cannot do the decal on my truck. It should be very easy to replicate two stripes. Apparently it’s impossible so now I have to do the leg work to get this done instead of maaco figuring out how to make good on services I’ve already paid for.

So someone decided to show me some love with a key on my car and I took it for estimate at Macco, the people at this location in Burleson are fantastic, they kept me calm & assured me that they can correct that masterpiece left on my car for a decent price, so I decided to try it & leave my car with them. A few days later they called me for pick & When I picked up my car, I was literally shocked to see what a perfect job that was done, the scratch was gone, no marks and even the paint matched perfectly with the rest of the body. You guys made a returning customer out of me!!!!A big THANK YOU to Mary and Adrian, you rock!!!!!! HOPEFULLY NOT!!!!! but I will return to your shop if the children keep showing me love🙂

Overpriced lying they show $4.99 for an overall paint job the time they got through with just a paint job it was 2,000 just to paint it misrespitation a bunch of add-ons is not up there deception 20 years ago they were person of their word now theyre just a scandal to get you in the door and rip you off misled Miss representation called on the phone they said yes you can get that but all the add-ons is to get you in the door and lie to you very dissatisfied they shouldnt even got a one star from me

Reasonable rates and Adrian the mgr was professional and friendly. Fixed my little FJcruiser and did a great job! I would highlyrecommend this company to anyone needing a repair or just to spruce up a well loved older vehicle. Top notch service with a smile!

I love this Maaco. They not only fixed my bumper issue, but were able to find someone to diagnose and fix my break issue when my mechanic was booked solid and could not do the work. Adrian and his staff are super nice and helpful. I would definitely do business with them again.

Car quarter panel wasnt lining up correctly..they didnt see it until I told them...they took it back to fix it w/o questioni. STAFF is superb. Professional. I will go back there if needed.

This place deserves no stars! The absolute worst service! My Husband and I had an accident on May 22, 2020. My truck went into repair at Macco America’s Bodyshop in the Burleson, Texas branch where the general manager is Adrian Garcia. He (Adrian Garcia) did not start the job until he had the insurance checks for which I had to fight for and ask to get promptly and correctly sent where needed and for the amount needed, he only fought for the last third supplement check, this took about 4 weeks, so that he (Adrian Garcia) could finally get to repairing the truck. He told us it would take a week and a half to be ready. We went on the stipulated date and he had not yet even started on the repair. He then said for Monday or Tuesday of the next week it would be ready, we went and again it was not ready. He then said for Friday he would have it ready for sure, again we went and he said he still needs to polish and paint, and the tire balance, that for Tuesday of the following week it would be ready. We went and again it was not ready, and told us that for Friday, we asked are you sure? he said yes. My husband went and nothing. He then said that by Tuesday, August 4 it would be ready. We had vacation already scheduled for Saturday, August 1, so we had to spend on car rental because of his irresponsibility of not having our truck ready on time. We came back from vacation on Friday, August 7 and went to pick up our truck (days after from when he said it would be ready by), it was to our surprise that it was not ready yet! He did not show his face, we had to contact him by phone and he told us “I still cant find the tires, but for Monday August 10 I’ll have them ready,” we went today August 10 to finally pick up our truck and they told us sorry it is not ready yet. Once again he did not show his face, he was contacted by phone and said he still does not have the tires. The truck had to be repaired putting the two doors of the drivers side new, which was not the case, one was put semi-new and the other was only repaired. The two tires are new and he only works to put one, when in the estimate they charge 2 doors and 2 tires. I cannot believe in so much irresponsibility and terrible service. Adrian Garcia is irresponsible, unprofessional, a liar and abuser. Do not recommend! The absolute worst service!

The work is seamless and was completed within the estimated time.The staff were professional, friendly, and relaxed. I saw many national-brand client vehicles in the lot, which I think speaks well for the business.(Service to my car were paid by a third party.)

This place is the best. Liz Baxter is super helpful & so nice to recommend Regional Rental Car to me when I left my car with her for repair. (They are great, also.) Local people serving the community with great businesses & caring service. I live locally, but mostly work in Houston & I drove up from Houston to bring my car to Maaco in Burleson because it’s the best place with the best people that do excellent work. I highly recommend.

I don’t like that I was told my car would be ready on Monday morning but they never called to say that they had some issues so it was ready come Monday morning which made me mad then they said they were detailing my car the outside of my car was beautiful but the inside was still dirty my definition of detailing a car is inside and outside should looked flawless. But other than those issues they were okay!!!!!

Still not complete and left my vehicle broken in several places, will change review when fixed.Update! Well I finally got my vehicle back after Maaco having it for over a month!!! When they originally said it would take a week🤔 but thats okay because it should be close to perfect right???? WRONG! The new paint is already peeling off in several places, you can see the original color underneath and it looks like they didnt prep it at all... Now they are taking it back in... And to top it all off, now I have no form of transportation after exhausting all of my resources for the last month and a half... This was suppose to be a simple change of color to my vehicle and it has turned into a nightmare.

I was very happy with the paint job I had done. But, I was told it would take 4 days, when it actually took 8.

I brought an older vehicle with 3m wrap to their shop. They removed the wrap and painted my car. I purchased the 2nd tier package. Its an older German car with lots of textured items. Patrick called me between every step informing me what was being done, and or asking me if I wanted a certain textured area painted (some do, I dont like textured surfaces painted). I am really impressed. I have called Patrick since to get detailing tips on a freshly painted car, and he has been extremely helpful.Thanks

I recently took my pick-up in to get it painted. The people I dealt with were great as far as customer service goes, and the only issue I had here was the fact that my truck didnt look that great the first time it came out. They repainted what they needed to, using three weeks total, but made it right in the end. With the price I paid, I am happy with the job they did overall

The manager agreed to start my car on Saturday - I was to get a rental at budget and they were to go back with me to get my car to work on - left the car in front of budget - at -10 am I was at the Maaco shop on exchange to take them to get my car at Budget a mile down the street - the manager said if you have everything out of your car - just give me the key - and we will run right over and get it ! Monday morning at 1030am - I get a call from Budget saying If I don’t come move my car they’ll have to have it towed ! I called the manager at Maaco and asked how my car was doing and he said “great” - I then asked how that could be when it was still in front of budget rental car ?? I was in from out of state dealing with my fathers death - I was ready to leave back home that Saturday I dropped off the car - but a kid hit my car and tore up the front bumper ! He was to get it done by Tuesday but it took til Thursday - ( each day he had a different excuse - ) and when I did show up the repair was horrible ! I went to the Maaco here in Minnesota and they agreed it was a horrible job ! It’s going to cost me as much to fix it as the guy charged me in Burleson ! I’m fighting paying the first charge ! Do not trust this guy !

Brought my sons 69 Mustang to them to paintMaaco of Burleson went above and beyond with painting a prep work. Unfortunately my son was in a wreck and crunched his quarter panel and fender. But we were so happy with the service of Maaco we will be returning for a repaint. Car was painted Gulf Stream Aqua and looks amazing. Wish I could post pictures here.

I had a PHENOMENAL experience with Maaco in Burleson. Not only did they do superb work on my car and in an extremely timely manner, the manager Patrick was wonderful to work with. His knowledge and guidance to help me thru dealing with insurance companies, etc...was great. As well as his customer service and personality. He is definitely an asset to this repair shop. Overall just a really great experience.

My wife and I decided to paint my sons 2009 Toyota Corolla for his 20th birthday. The car had rust on the hood, roof and trunk. When we went to pick up the car, we couldn’t believe it was the same car! Mind you this car has over 200k miles! We were very happy with the paint job and the price! The car was done on the exact day we were told it was going to be done as we’ll. I would recommend this Macco to anyone and we will be coming back if we ever need any time of work done on our vehicles.

I originally took my car to the Lake Worth location. Not aware that this was a satellite location for getting my car painted. Which means they take my care to a different location to paint it. When speaking to the man there (Lake Worth) he reassured me my car would be ready before Friday. From the day I dropped it off to now it has been 5 working days. When I am able to pick it up will be 6 working days. When I called the Lake Worth location I was quoted 2-4 working days for the work to be completed. All of this wouldnt be too bad if I wasnt leaving for vacation and needed my car back in time for that. Also however, the customer service from Maaco in Burleson specifically, Patrick was absolutely awful. Not only did he raise his voice at me over the phone when I was trying to explain the quote I received and the importance of it. He told me I could come pick my car up now and pay him for the work they have already put into it which the car is only in the sanding phase, and take it somewhere else. I had my husband call up there after that and Patrick wanted to deny being rude to be and told my husband I was just being very straight forward with her. There is a huge difference in the two Patrick. I think your customer service is absolutely horrendous and the way you treated me was completely uncalled for. I DO NOT recommend maaco in Burleson at all, Strictly because of Patrick. He lacks common courtesy & manners. Two things that are a necessity when working in customer service.

I trusted my 77 Firebird Trans Am Project to Macco for the final paint. The car was delivered to them in a partially unassembled condition with most trim removed and in a box. I discussed the budget and left the car. I was contacted on 2 different occasions to discuss the repair process. I received a call on Friday 12/9/2017 that my car was ready. Picked up the car and I can tell you I was blown away with the finished product. It was better than I expected. I have been quoted paint prices for as much as $15,000.00 for my car. Well lets just say I didnt spend 15 k but it damn sure looks like I did. Rest assured, you cannot go wrong using this shop for your auto body repairs and painting. I will be a repeat customer. Thanks Guys for a job WELL done !!

Took my Focus here for an estimate to paint a rear bumper. Price was too high. Went with a local body shop for cheaper and maintained quality.
