I am truly suprised by some of the negative reviews this place has because I had a great experience at the Burleson Antique Mall today! I found a funky and cool painting that a sweet staff member suggested might look neat on a pantry door. My mom and I immediately agreed that my new painting would actually go really well on my pantry door! I am so excited to return home to Lubbock and take her advice. Also found a (hardback) book by my favorite author for $3 and a retro purse for $15. Spent a total of about $45 on 3 items and it was so worth it. Will be returning for my father at some point, as he collects steins (German beer mugs) and they had a huge collection throughout the booths. The staff is very VERY friendly to everyone and so incredibly helpful. Thank you for a wonderful experience and unique end to my vacation! I cant wait to tell everyone about the cool things I found in Burleson, Texas!

We are repeat customers who browse this antique mall on a very frequent business. Recently, some new tenants have taken over a few booths and literally just filled them with piles of junk. I wish there was some kind of policy against this. The only other issue I have is being followed like a criminal. Their rotating staff is a little overbearing and I think they should really have a quick course in proper customer service.

I wouldve given this place a good review but I ended up losing where my mom went and tried calling her. Then I figured out the owners of this place actually block cellphone data usage, most likely because they dont want you looking up what things are really worth here. I couldnt make any calls or texts and ended up roaming the place for 20 minutes. Ive never been into any antique mall (or any place for that matter) that blocks cellphone data usage. If someone needed me in an emergency I guess theyd be screwed if I was in Burleson Antique Mall. Will not come again.

1. There are a good variety of antiques among the booths at somewhat reasonable prices.2. As soon as you walk in the door the reception on your phones will be shut off, which means you will not be able to research any items.3. The reason for the 2 star rating; Be prepared to be followed around by the employees especially if you are a person of color. If you can tell, the negative ratings posted are from people of color. So beware.The woman running the floor automatically appeared to grab items off mine and my kids hands to put them at the counter. I had an item I was even unsure of thinking to buy and as I stood there for a second to think about it, the woman took it off my hands and said she will set it at the counter and I can think of about if I want to purchase it or not in the meantime. My gosh, she even wanted to take my kids BEANIE BABIES to the counter! I told her no, they want to hold them. I ended up spending about $50 even though I shouldnt have because I felt like I was being treated like a thief.So in my opinion, if you are caucasian, go ahead and go as you will be treated fairly. BUT if you are Hispanic or a person of color, I would suggest to think twice.

I gave this a one star only because there wasn’t a zero. I am very disappointed to say I had a horrible experience here Saturday 27 2021. I am a long time customer of this Antique, having frequently shopped here for the last 20 years. There was a lot of new faces there, that I had never seen before so I don’t blame the ones who do things right. I arrived about 4:30 and thought I was going to enjoy a leisurely hour an a half just looking. Was I wrong as soon as I walked down the first aisle, woman with a mask on started following, but she wasn’t the worst person there. I stopped to look at some seashells, and tall thin grey haired lady came up and first I thought she was nice, but I was soon educated. At 5:30 she started making loud rude announcements, It is now time for you to bring your items to the front, so we can go home and eat a nice dinner. In a few minutes I will make another announcement, and she did and it was even more obnoxious than the first. While standing in line she makes another demand, Have your driver’s license ready if paying with a card”! It’s then that I should have left, I regret it that I didn’t. When its my turn to check out, she is telling the cashier what to punch in. I corrected once on some bracelets she was charging to but for. They were marked $5.00 and were supposed to be half of that. She is removing all the tags as she is bagging my items, so there is no proof of what she is doing. Whenshe was done it came to $70.00 the first time! She took some more things off, and then she says, I didn’t even charge you fo an item! I started to say something else, then she blurts out, I give you a free item. I’m still trying to give her the benefit of the doubt, that she isn’t as bad as I should have known she was. It was closings time and I felt pressured to leave, so I paid $58.00 for a bag that should have been half that price. It wasn’t until I got to the car, I realized what she had done. The items that were supposed to be 5.00 she charged me 10.00, because they came from her booth! She told me she got them from Florida when I first went in. She didn’t even ring up the chicken I brought up there, because she had charged me double price for her items, and I only had 3, the “free” item she said she was giving me, she rang up for 10.00! They were already closed when I realized what she had done, and with a receipt that said all sales final it was an expensive lesson to learn. I won’t buy anything from booth 60 again, much less go back in that place again. Just wanted to make people aware what she is doing there. I felt bad for the booth that didn’t get paid for the chicken she didn’t even ring up, because she had overcharged me for items from her booth! It’s people like her that bankrupt a business.

Yall must be joking with those raw vintage baseball card prices in the booth in the glass section. Whatever they are smoking I would like some as well, lol. Also whats the deal with messing with folks cell service? Something youd expect in North Korea or Soviet union but I guess having cell phone access is way too much freedom for customers here in burleson texas.

Had a lot of interesting things in there but was very over priced. The employees were rude and I didn’t appreciate getting followed through the whole place. I felt very unwelcome and unsafe.

This place is huge on the inside and has a lot to offer. I found a huge gather sign that Ive hung above my dining table and Im quite proud of it. The staff and cashiers were helpful and kind. I will definitely be back for more therapy shopping.

Great selection big place just the ladies working there are super rude and snobby. Made me feel very unwelcome. A seller was very pushy also. Not sure I would go back.

Ive been going hear since I was a little girl with my family. Now i take my family. Its the perfect outing be it a date, family time, or just passing time. Everyone is super friendly and they have layaway! You never know what youll find. Pop in sometime and enjoy!

Wonderful place to go for a stroll down memory lane. Lots of beautiful, reasonably priced antiques. The staff could have been a bit more friendly but the overall experience was good.

Out of dozens of antique malls in Texas this was the only shop with lousy, and rude staff members. After having about $80 worth of items on the counter that i was purchasing I mentioned that i was going to go ask my friend, who was inside the shop, and get a second opinion on an item. As i was trying to track him down I over heard the two women at the front counter talking to themselves about me and If i was even going to come back. Those actions, mixed in with the pure laziness of sitting at the counter talking amongst themselves the entire time without ever talking a second of their time to check and see how we were doing.

Hi great place to shop, everyone very helpful and friendly

One of the bigger antique malls in the area. The people that work here are very friendly, inventory is revolving, and theres always something new to see.

Very clean and not overly cluttered. Good mix of antique and vintage wares. The air was a little dry inside, which bothered my throat, but i guess thats to be expected. Prices were reasonable and the place had a nice vibe to it. All in all there is a good eclectic mix, not just your standard antique mall fare.One recommendation, If you go in the front, take a right, then the third left, there is a wardrobe about six booths up on your right. DO NOT GO INSIDE IT! Narnia is not on the other side... you do not want to know what is on the other side, or the unfathomable horror that will plague your soul. A piece of me died in there.Also, the parking lot is not painted, so its a crap shoot on if you are in a spot or not.

Never disappoints. Many dealers with wide variety. Majority smalls but paper,books, fabric, pottery, china, ceramic, glass, metals, art, furniture and nostalgia. Frequent sales and bargains with changing merchandise. Involved experienced staff who really help. Packages wrapped securely.

We always find great things here and never leave without something.

Large antique mall in Burleson, approx. 10+ minutes SW of I-35 E on TX 174. Sister mall to the Azle Antique Mall on the other side of the county. Large number of individual stalls and cases, the Burleson Mall is a good source of mid-century glassware, baking and serving dishes. Like its twin in Azle, the Burleson Mall is very, very good about having mall-wide sales, particularly on or near minor holidays. Reasonable distance out of town and good out-of-town prices.

Very knowledgeable workers. Everyone is super friendly. Most of the prices are very reasonable. One of my favorite antique shops!!!

Huge variety of antiques, collectibles, man stuff, books, cool old fur coats for your woman. A few of the booths are pretty dissolved, hard to see all thats there.

Chicken fried steak was so, so! Not as large as told, crust was not very tastful or appealing to the eye. Meat tasted good. Veggies are fantastic!

Run from this place..FAST...they act friendly and nice and ask you if they can take your things you would like to purchase up front then they sell your things to other people before you can purchase them..its bait and switch if ever i have seen..dont go there ever.

We were in town and really liked this place. We were completely unable to get cell reception inside, so that was a bit inconvenient as we were walking around for an hour or so.

Its an OK antique mall. Cluttered, musty, etc., but thats expected. What I did not appreciate was being awkwardly followed, booth to booth, by a fella who works there and, perhaps acts as the loss prevention specialist. I mean, seriously. Ill never go back. That guy just creeped around behind my wife and I the whole way through the store. Not cool at all.

Super place to shop at for the older preowned items. You never know what you will find. Found a treasure today.

My experience went well and the people there were friendly as well as knowledgeable in areas that I was intrested in. The Visit was an enlightning experience to say the least.
