A lot of shelves are empty, no variety of vegetables or food or pastry, price is a little higher than the other Walmart stores compared to the ones in Fairfax, Sterling and Fair lakes.

This one in Burke is smaller so limited groceries. Clean and easy to navigate.

Always organized, clean, very good customer service, wonderful staff.

One of my favorite Wal-Marts in the area! Always clean! Always having things in stock! I love this location.

Its a pretty typical Walmart.

Worst service ever I was waiting for an item they had on the back made me wait 1 hour to come with the wrong one. I wanted to show them which one it was and they completely ignored me. And the worst part is there is no one to ask for help because theyre all just walking around pretending to be working.

Good walmart but often crowded as it is very small. Doesnt have a deli or butchery as it is not a super center.

5 Stars to Costumer service and 100 Stars to Mr. Foysal who was very professional, helpful and understanding, I went to pick up an online order but I didnt realize online pick up closes at 8PM, it was past 8PM, I lady in costumer service which unfortunately didnt catch her name told me they would help me anyways, she was very polite and very helpful, then directed me to Mr Foysal who quickly guided me to the pick up section and provided my item. thank you so much for allowing me to pick up my item after a 35 minute drive.

This Walmart in Burke is always clean and the employees are super chill, they are very helpful and kind they have amazing customer service.

An older staff was very helpful but most out door equipment racks are empty. So I call before you head out

Nice clean store. They reorganized and tidied the store since my last visit a year ago. I had stopped shopping there. The best thing about Walmart is that you can almost always find what you need for your household. Its what a good department store used to be. The self checkout lanes also speed your exit from the store when you finish your shopping

Undoubtedly one of the nicest, cleanest, friendliest Walmarts Ive visited. Its tucked away to the point where without a deliberate search you wouldnt know its there, but its location gives it a unique neighborhood store feel.

Not sure why Im reviewing a walmart but here I am. This is without a doubt the nicest walmart Ive ever been to. I even go out of my way to go to this one if given the option. The employees Ive interacted with were always helpful and friendly. The place is usually quite immaculate as well.

Went to purchase an item. Tons of in stock tickets hanging. Took one to the clerk and waited while they seatched for phone only to find it was out of stock. The clue? The price was turned sideways. Apparently Management thinks its smarter to turn the price tag sideways to show that something is out of stock, rather than remove the in stock tickets. Brilliant...just one more reason Target gets all my business.

I dont know why the sales people at all the Walmart s i have been to act like they are doing you a favor for helping you. Why wear the vest stating how can I help you if yall are not going to help might as well say get it yourself its self-service. I called the location because I had left my purchase and the guy who picked up said he doesnt work in that department and I should call back of course the call was never picked up. We work hard and spend our money here just to be treated like that. What a pity

Store was as well stocked as could be expected. I was able to find what I wanted and quickly pay and leave in a short time.

Even when they went to a remodeling process no long ago still looks old, dirty and crowded. Wish they had more variety of things you cn find in similar size Walmart. Their restocking is not very efficient. Many times you can see empty shelves and fridges. The very positive is that their employees are lways helpful.

Had to return some items I bought, although there was a line at customer service it only took about 5 minutes, that is very good

How many aisles does one have to go up and down to find someone to help you in the hunting section? I will tell you...nine. And after that how long before they get someone to show up to help you...I dont know I left after 20 minutes.So customer service needs a lot of help...except the floral /fabric section. Those ladies are great!And their bathrooms need to be cleaned better....

Very busy parking lot, which is shared with all the other businesses and restaurants. Walmart, as expected was still busy at 10pm... Closes at around 11pm.

Only three racks of plus size clothes. Its the beginning of summer and they had eight pairs of shorts and a bunch of heavy denim pants. It was ridiculous. Never seen such a poor selection at that store. The rest of the store seemed untidy and drab.

I can find almost everything i need at Walmart. They have a really good selection items. They have a really nice selection of flowers this year.

What can I say Walmart is Walmart cheaper than any other stores in the area and it is convenient to me because it is very close to my home. I highly recommend this place.

Im not sure why Im rating a Walmart but this store is actually the nicest one Ive ever been to. Its immaculately clean, organized, and has more self-checkout kiosks than Ive ever seen in any store. If every one looked like this, Target would be in trouble.

I have been using this location for many years. I have always had great service. I would given it 5 starts,staff are friendly and helpful,overstocked in items and organized store, I can find any missing items during the epidemic,the problem is that they carry only a small selection of vegetables there not like other super Walmart.

The stuffs are cost more and less made in USA 🇺🇸 and more made in China. Less clearance too.

There are just so many people at all times. We really need a bigger center... Super center with grocery. At least its always clean.

Why You Can’t Use Certain LED Bulbs in Enclosed Fixtures: Looks like Walmart does not have Non LED light bulbs and they dont even know why they need them. LED: Unfortunately the laws of physics still apply. One of the few times this can provide a potential problem is when it is used in enclosed fixtures. What Are Enclosed Fixtures? Enclosed fixtures are lighting fixtures which keep a tight seal around the light source. Walmart needs to do some studies before stopping incandescent light bulbs

Nice Walmart, just be aware that their produce is very limited, had to go to a Whole Foods to get what I needed.

Rating is low only because I am frustrated with the zero mobile network inside. I have to preplan and find out the aisle for the particular stuff I am looking for online, get the screen shot of it and go for shopping. I can’t use mobile inside at all. If I get separated with my family inside to shop on our own it’s impossible to call them and find out their location. Don’t assume I have bad cheap sim plan. It’s AT&T plan and network.

This is a pretty typical WalMart. It has a garden center, which not all Walmarts do.

The self check out lines were all over. They only had ONE live cashier when we came thru with tons of stuff. Finally a manager came by and opened up another line. Plus the 2 items Walmart on line said they had, did not! Kinda wrong! But, we did manage to buy other things....

The store itself was nice and clean. I went for an item I saw on their website and the electronics guy told me the item was sold over 4 days ago. Someone really needs to pay attention to their website because I drove 30 mins for an item that wasnt available. I even showed the manager the site.

Did not have the grass seeds that I went to purchase.

Understocked in items that are not in short supply due to the pandemic. Entire refrigerated sections were almost empty today. Also, there was only one live checker on duty. All but about three lanes have been converted to self-checkout, which makes it difficult, especially for the elderly.

Their inventory is a total disaster. They have no idea what they actually have in stock. I prepaid a bike online and went into pick it up. I was concerned when I got back to the bike area and saw there was only a single adult bike of any style in stock - all the rest of the adult bike slots had the same kids bike in them, like some doodoo head ordered 20 of the same kids bike a year ago and never ordered anything since. The guy at order pickup couldnt find my order, though his system said there were two of the bike I had purchased in stock. They recommended that I go drive back home and try again later to pick up my prepaid order. About 9pm I got an email saying my order had been cancelled and refunded - not even an option to wait for the bike to come back in stock.Even in their clothing section, they were out of medium and small in most items - all they had left were XS and XXXL - the sizes nobody even buys.How can a nationwide chain be so completely inept at managing inventory?

Below average Walmart, staff aren’t very helpful but aren’t rude or anything. Biggest complaint is their selection. Very limited selection for a Walmart of the size.

The most clean and organized Walmart Ive ever seen

A very different layout than I am used to, carries a wide selection of goods, many of which brands I have not seen at other Walmarts though this could be regional.

I have been visit this Walmart for a long time now and I can conclude that this is such a reliable place to go for almost anything. Whatever you need, it’s there and if you can’t find it then you have an entire staff that could help you out for whatever you need. 10/10 and I recommend for everyone.

Not a Supercenter. I love the new parking lot pick-up feature they added at this store although only certain items are eligible. Not being a Supercenter, however, the store greatly lacks grocery selections, especially if youre looking for more gourmet or organic products. I would shop here so much if Walmart turned it into a Supercenter because its location is perfect.

It was nicebit had a lot of sales a I love it and the hair dye part had so many color and brands

Not as crowded as I thought it would be. No trouble finding a parking spot. Got what I needed and was out quickly.

Very small and doesnt have as much as your average Super Walmart but it did the trick for a quick trip or two. Great customer service experience at the self-checkout!

This store has more if hardware but not good selection on jeans or clothes. When I need storage, this location has ample in stock. I always go to Kingstown first because it us closet to annandale. now i skip kingstown and go out 15 to 35 miles or zhermdon to find plenty of clothes from Walmart.

Very busy but not hard to get in and out of. Im handicapped and a little electric cart was not fully charged broke down on me halfway through barely got it back had to get a basket to check out and get out the store.

Id honestly prefer not to go back into Walmart here if I didnt have to. Yes they have the items for sell but not the customer service I am accustomed to. Who knew being polite and having manners would be looked down upon as if you were wrong or doing something wrong.

Recently I made an instore purchase and found the exact same item on clearance. I asked about price guarantees and was informed I can return and then get the item off the store floor for purchase.  Since this is a heavy item, I am returning and purchasing having to take up valuable walmart employee time.  It requires a Walmart employee to walk to my car to put the item in the cart to take to customer service processing the return.  Then another Walmart employee will need to return the item to stock.  In the meantime I am having a Walmart employee put a different box of the exact same item in a cart and walk with me thru purchase so that he can put in my vehicle.  Personally I think this is a complete waste of Walmart employee time.  I would think that Walmart should value their employees more.

Walmart has quite a number of products under the great value brand which are good quality and for a reasonable price. The larger walmarts have groceries at a much better price than stores like Giant. Walmart even carries some quality organic products. Compare prices of traditional supermarkets to walmart and you will see the quality and prices are better at walmart.

The store manager, at least when I went there, does not treat employees well. I used to work with him at fairfax. He actively made people do jobs above their pay grades like the truck and then complain having to do so instead of hiring the appropriate amount of people to do so. I guess the company promoted someone like that to store manager

Great old fashioned town with nice lake walk. Food choices were awesome.

This is a smaller store than normal. They keep moving locations of various items - marketing strategies???? I find this a bit irritating as it wastes my time.

Still does not have tap to pay methods like apple or Google pay. Ive met some of the rudest people here so pass on this one.

For a small walmart it is very expensive. It must be due to fairfax station/Clifton folks that come up the ffx co pkwy to here, but prices here vs even fair Lakes are a dollar or two more.

Only Walmart in the area with cheap compost. Customer Service was great!

This Walmart store has a good collection of products and the quality is satisfactory. Unlike the Walmart in DC, the product in this location seem more fresh.

Pretty convenient location but1. Produce aisle sucks. Theres hardly anything fresh and everything is in the freezer section2. Impossible to get cellphone signal in here.
