This auto shop is legit. They will not mess with you, they are trustworthy and will give you the rundown on repairs in a straightforward way. They will work with you and only do what you can afford. They will also work out a payment plan if you need one. Buddy (the owner) is always willing to help out in any way he can and is also an incredibly good guy. They can get you a tow, a cup of coffee, and a ride home in no time. Treat them with respect and they will go above and beyond for you. I have known the employees at this shop for over 20 years, they are solid and have always been reliable. Highly recommend.

Im new to town and set up an appointment for my car at another place but accidentally thought it Burke Automotive. The owner was like no problem, we got you! And then they gave me a loaner car. OMG what a great surprise! Everything was awesome 😁

Real experts! They always explain what needs to be done and always tell you exactly what it will cost before they do anything. I have worked with other shops, but no other compares to this one for professionalism, efficiency and courtesy.

Service was slow for an oil change (wasnt done until the next day after Id made an appointment for 2:30), but they were obviously packed at the time and didnt try to oversell me on anything. Ill be returning for serious maintenance, but may have to find a shop thats not as busy all the time for routine stuff.

Frustrating. I called ahead to see if they could take my car for service and the rep I spoke to said that they could. I arrived at the shop, walked in and was advised that it would be a couple of hours. Everyone was courteous but I wish they would have told me the wait time when I called in. Reviews for this place seem to be great overall so I might give this place another try in the future.

Honest and friendly. They go out of their way to make your visit enjoyable. The first time I went there, I had an emergency issue with my car. They gave me a loaner van so I could take my children home. They quickly discovered that my car had a newly- identified recall issue and told me to have it towed to the dealership to get it repaired for free. Yes, they could have done the work but wanted me to save money. They also told me how I could get my car towed for free. After all they did for me, they refused to take any money! They made an extremely stressful situation much easier to deal with. Theyre the best!

All the services I needed (coolant and oil change, brake pads replacement, emissions test, safety inspection) were performed quickly and priced reasonably. Most of all no sales push - at other quick oil change place I was told break fluid and transmission oil needs to be changed, here they checked all of that and guess what... all fluids were good.Great customer service!

Decide to check out Burke Auto Service Experts after my dealer recommended really expensive repairs that I dont think I needed. I showed them the service invoices for my car and discussed what work had been done in the past, and asked for a quick tour of the undercarriage to make sure everything was okay. They showed me the items that the dealer recommended and told me why they did not need to be repaired on a car my cars age (normal wear and minor leaks that arent worth fixing) as well as took care of the one thing that needed to be fixed, the brakes. They also quoted me a really good price for replacement tires as mine were a bit worn but also told me that they were not necessary if I could live with some road noise. They loaned me an old van to drive for the day, which was really useful as I could go to work and take care of things while my car was in the shop. I really appreciate that they took time to review things that they knew I would not fix. I plan to go back to them for all my future car service.

I paid 2,000 for repairs. My check engine light is still on. I took the car back to have it scanned. It was suggested that I get new spark plugs and wires for another $600 “ to get us started”. Seems like they would have caught something like spark plugs while doing the initial inspection. I’m out 2K, nothing is noticeably working better on my car, and the check engine light is still on.

Dropped my car off overnight and wasn’t supposed to pick it up until COB the next day, but a family emergency happened and I had to leave immediately. The staff was very helpful and compassionate and had my vehicle turned around first thing in the morning. They’ve earned my customer loyalty indefinitely.

Talked to Buddy first, describing what I thought the problem was on my 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee. (Yes, its old, but I really like it.). He said we can do as much or as little as you want. Absolutely no overselling. He said that Glenn was the man to handle it.Glenn did a great job Turns out I had issues with steering linkage and ball joints. He took care of things, quickly and efficiently, at a very fair and reasonable price, giving me what I did need and pointing out what I did not need. He really knows Jeeps. If you need something done with your Jeep, definitely check out these folks.

I tried to hold off on writing a review because at least if they could correct their mistake, that would redeem them somewhat. But apparently they will not even attempt to correct it. My entire family used to have their cars serviced here for years, not anymore.After, providing an outside expert to determine that my brakes were in fact not fixed correctly (basically they were never bled), Burke Auto Service Experts say thats not good enough and are telling us to take them to court. This will cost me thousands of dollars to just take them to court. They have already cost me just under $15,000 dollars in expenses. Not to mention all the time, emotional, and physical trauma. I now have a form of PTSD and daily back pain. They way I have been treated is horrible and no one should have to deal with what I have gone through.The short story is this. I get my car inspected. I take it home. On the way back I realizes something isnt right with the brakes. It feels like nothing happened during the first ¾ of pressing on the brakes. I take it back to Burke Auto Service Experts and ask them to look at my breaks, They do not look at my brakes instead Buddy says that the brakes should get better by 1,000 – 1,500 miles because they need to calibrate. Sounds weird but what do I know about cars. A little while later, coming to the end of this calibration period and things still do not feel right. I turn onto a road. The truck in front of me stops for a light. I press the brakes. Nothing happens. My car continues to move forward unaffected by the brakes and into the back of the pickup truck in front of me.

I was recommended to Burke Auto Services by a friend whose family has used their services for years. In my experience, the staff are friendly and professional. Vehicle turnaround is prompt and the price for the service I needed came in at the lower end of the quote they gave me prior to the service. Ive found that they have good communication and are good about addressing unexpected issues.Two items that I considered to be negative (but may not be for you). I compared their quoted service cost with a quick search of market prices and found that their prices are on the higher end of the range. Their good communication and quick turnaround makes me more willing to pay higher prices, as well as supporting a local business. The waiting area does smell of cigarette smoke but its not overpowering.Overall, I would have no worries about taking my car back to them for service again.

We had one car scheduled for service and asked the owner if we could come back and switch the cars for another car that needed service afterwards. He schedule us down and said that the car will be ready to switch by around 10:45. When we got there, with two of our labs, and all of our things next to the car that was supposed to be ready, it turned out they didn’t even start working on it. We were short on time to get this done today, but we didn’t even receive a call to let us know that their plans had changed, nor did they seem apologetic towards the situation. Overall, I usually don’t have a good experience with their previous customer service and with this it just proves to me they don’t put as much effort for their customers’ experience.

Ive been servicing my car here for almost a year and Im satisfied. Ive had my starter replaced, oil changed, tires rotated, with no correlated issues or concerns thereafter.

I like Buddy and they offer many benefits. Loaners, good advice, and quick service are at the top. But, his prices are a bit higher than other local Auto service places. Synthetic oil change is $76 and regular oil change is over $40. When I asked about it he said he uses best parts and has to keep his good employees plus he mentioned increased location costs. Probably true and sometimes worth it. My recommendation, get regular services like oil changes at another low-cost neighborhood location but trust Buddy for major repairs where you need your car fixed right!! But if you want to have a long term, trusted auto repair relationship this is a good place.

Fantastic place. I have been taking my cars here for 11 years. When the Volvo mechanic (local Volvo shop) and the Volvo dealer couldnt figure out how to fix my car Buddy fixed it. I never get ripped off and they always go out of their way to help me. Dee even stayed late one night while my car was being towed to the shop so I didnt arrive at the shop after hours. I highly recommend this place.

My Sons brakes went out on him while driving this am. Luckily insurance covered the tow. I called Buddy and he said to tow it to him and he would take care of whatever the problem is. His coworker Howard called me and said it was an inexpensive fix and he would have it done the same afternoon. He reviewed the car and made some other brake adjustments and the invoice was very fair. The service from Howard was excellent and I appreciate him taking great care of my Sons car, all in one afternoon. Thanks guys for the awesome experience.

The staff is proficient and I have received above average service at times. The repairs are always impeccable!

I found this organization to be very professional and they completed an oil change and a state safety inspection. The inspection was $16 and the oil change $43. I walked in and was quoted an hour and a half and was out of there in about an hour. I recommend them after just this 1st experience. I will keep you posted as I get both of our cars serviced there.

Daughter blew a hole in a tire in Safeway parking lot. It was close to closing time, but they had 10 minutes left and wouldnt even help me get the spare out of the trunk and change out the flat. If I could give zero stars I would. Ended up at Mr. Tire and they were more than happy to help us.

I have taken my cars here before and have given them many chances. DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOU CARS. I can mention several reasons why. But all you have to do is notice the cars in there lot. There are many cars in the lot, so you say to yourself maybe they know what they are doing because look at the cars, many people come to this place. But then you begin to notice that the cars have been there for a while. HOW DO THEY STAY IN BUSINESS? Seems like every time I try to leave a car with them, there answer is that they are busy come back tomorrow. I brought a Ford explorer to them and they were able to look at it. They said that they did not know the reason why the SUV stayed in 4x4 low. So I took it to the Good Year place and they knew right off what the problem was. Very unprofessional, they dont know what they are doing.

Buddy is a very friendly guy - runs a great shop. One thing I have learned about getting repairs done, is you can find cheap parts - and there is a reason they are cheap - any good shop knows this and an honest one will get parts that good ones and more expensive - but even they sometimes fail. Happens at the Dealers, happens to private shops. Buddy is very effecient, he even often has a loaner (amazing). 6 qt synthetic oil change, all fluids checked and filled as needed, one hour from arrival to finished - $75.00. Dealer wanted $100. I think they are a very good shop.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever dealt with. Refused to use the part I had for my car then quoted me over $300 for the part if I got it through him. The most expensive part of this kind is $119 retail. Wouldnt give me a quote for labor. Told me car wouldnt make it through inspection without this part being fixed. I said forget it and took my car less than a mile up the road and it passed inspection with flying colors. These guys are scam artists.

Went in for an oil change. Tried to sell me tires, brakes, whatever they could. Cant blame them for using the oil change as a loss leader but when I didnt bite they kept me waiting for 2 hours. Other customers came in and went out. I waited. And waited. And waited. Ridiculous. Will never be back.

Buddy quoted me a price for the exhaust repair (not replacement) of a 1997 jeep wrangler at 2 grand. Merchant tire replaced the entire exhaust system for less than half that. Have not returned since, my advice is get a second opinion before you get your car repaired here.

My 2006 Corolla went out of warranty this year, so I decided to go somewhere else. I asked around a bit (not being from here) and looked on the interwebs and found this place. Took my car there a few months ago for an ongoing vibration problem Ive been having. The guy drove my car, put it up on the rack and we chatted through the problem for a bit. I had a feeling it was a tire Id been having problems with for a while, and he confirmed that to be likely. He also scoffed at a major oil leak repair that the dealer suddenly found after my warranty expired. My car, which I hated because of the vibration, now runs like a charm. Its like a different car! Need another oil change today, so I think Ill be going back. Chipolte anyone?

AT LAST, a trustworthy place to take my car!After trying to ignore a disturbing crunchukutta noise every time I backed down my driveway or hit a speed bump, I decided to go to this place (aka Buddys) because my husband had had a very good experience with them. I was fully expecting to need struts or a tie rod or something for my 100K Solara, so I was blown away when it turned out that some plastic shield under my car had come loose and they had fixed it back up where it should be. FOR FREE. Whens the last time YOU left a car repair place without feeling fleeced?They have totally sold me for future car work, including oil changes. The Toyota dealer has seen the last of me!
