Eddy was the real deal. He went above and beyond my expectations. Courteous, resourceful, he did everything to help me in a very efficient way. Im now owning The Beast our brand new F250-XLT and I love this truck so much. A little word about The finance manager, I think his name was Richard. I drove from Lawton to purchase a 2020 4Runner from Pruitt Ford. My sales person, Eddy Young, was awesome. He sent me numerous pictures of the 4Runner and answered all my questions before I drove to look at the vehicle in person. I’ve emailed Eddy several times since I purchased the vehicle with questions, and he has always been super friendly and helpful. I only wish the vehicle I purchased came with two Smart Keys instead of one.

My husband and I went to Pruitt Ford in Burkburnett, Tx because my husband wanted to look at a used vehicle.The Sales Consultant Russell Hill greeted us after returning a call my husband made via the App to inquire about the used vehicle.Mr. Russell went above and beyond to assist us in looking at the used vehicle due to my husband is disabled from a recent major surgery and using a walker.Mr. Russell advised us where to park my husband’s truck as I am his driver, in order for it to be much easier for my husband to walk with his walker and look at the used vehicle.Russell was most helpful in trying to determine if the other used vehicle that caught our eye had a Navigation System.We ended up looking and after test drive a Honda CR-V, etc,, Russell was able to answer ALL our questions we proceeded to purchase.Mr. Russell stayed with us and the Finance Guy named Chuck all the way to the finished financing.Chuck was courteous, and helpful with assisting my husband on which financial package was going to be good. We felt no pressure tactics from either Mr. Russell nor Chuck in Finance.Professional and Courteous all the way!Russell went above and beyond to ensure delivery of our “ New to us” Used Vehicle.Thank You Pruitt for putting top notch courteous and professional staff and who answered ALL our questions truthfully!

Pruitt Ford sold me a vehicle under false pretenses. They stated that a particular bank would decrease the percentage rate equaling a lower vehicle payment if payments were made on time. Payments were made on time and the percentage was decreased. HOWEVER, the bank said the payment would never decrease, but the pay-off time would be shorter. So if they tell you your payments will go down after a year - they are lying to you!!!!! Take this as you will.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR REPAIRS!The service manager will not listen to your problems and will try to tell you it’s something else entirely. Then he will “fix” something in the car that doesn’t actually fix your problem then lie to you and tell you your problem was different before to make it seem like he fixed your issue. They only care about making money here and will not hesitate to screw you over and waste your time. The general manager is a good guy but until they get competent service staff, AVOID Pruitt Ford. You’re better off watching a YouTube video on how to fix your car problems.*Worst staff ever!*

I cannot think of the last time I was so impressed I wanted to go to the internet and write a review. For starters, I am not located in Burk. I am about an hour away, but I will be a forever customer at this dealership and business.My car was just under warranty by a few hundred miles and the check engine light came on. I am a single parent and it was daunting looking at the vehicle repair cost. I took my car to a mechanic and they suggested I take it to the dealership Id purchased it and find out if warranty would cover the repair. I called the dealership where the car was purchased and they were less than helpful and quoted me a date a month out from the day I called when they could even get my car in to LOOK at it, not even fix it.I took a chance, not knowing what to expect and called Pruitt Ford. Spoke with a man named Phil and he was able to get my car in the following day. He talked me through the process and assured me all my concerns with my car would be addressed. He was amazing, made regular follow up calls, answered any questions I had, and was refreshing to deal with. They had my vehicle, looked over, diagnosed, and fixed before the other dealership could even fit me in to evaluate the issue.Not only was Phil amazing, from the moment the phones were answered, this business was polite and friendly. They genuinely seemed to be invested in their work and helping you, the customer. Dealerships get a bad reputation for wanting your money and only caring about the sell. Well, this was a warranty fix, no money out of my pocket, and everyone treated me like a million bucks!I realize this was a long review but I hope if you are searching, you read it all and know that I will be going back for any purchases, repairs, or maintenance in the future! Not only was I impressed, both of my parents dropped the car off for me and were blown away with how great they were treated from the time they pulled into the parking lot! You gained a family of new customers!

This is in Texas. I live on the opposite end of the country and my car died here. The mechanic who agreed on the prognosis recommended Pruitt. I was very happy with the service I got and especially that the salesman with whom I worked showed me what I wanted, not what he wanted to sell, and he didnt pressure me.

The dealership in Wichita Falls lost my confidence slowly over the past several years but Burkburnett is not too far to drive for the experience I has.All of the people I dealt with here were courteous and warm. Good hometown car sales.

First experience at Pruitt Ford was not good. Made an appointment online to have service done that another Ford recommended. They did not even look up my appointment to see details/service requested. They completed none of the requested service. Only completed an oil change and got no progress report on my vehicle. I did not get a good feeling about this place. I know I needed windshield wipers and they didn’t even recommend it. My windshield wiper fluid wasn’t even filled up. I called the service manager to discuss. He told me he would call me back once he got to his desk and I waited over 30 min and received no call. I called back and needless to say he was absolutely no help. I will not be taking my vehicle back.

These people are awesome if you have a problem all you have to do is talk to them and they will take care of you, they took care of us to the fullest , we found something was wrong with the vehicle we purchased seven months later and the manager Marty work real hard and trying to find us another one like it but since they couldn’t they gave us our money back, they will forever have our business and everybody We know. Pruitt Ford was extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and UNTRUTHFUL in their sales tactics. The salesman said they used a Credit Union for loans in Ohio because none of the ones in Wichita Falls would take our credit score which was just short of 800. They did not like the Wichita Falls Teachers Credit Union where we bank. We should have walked out then and will another time at any place that says that. The only partially true thing they did was price the vehicle purchased properly according to Blue Book recommendation. We will NOT go back there. I would give them a negative score if possible.

Always fast and friendly service. I was driving and my low tire pressure warning came on. I pulled in to Pruitt and in about 5 or ten minutes, they had me back on the road. Thanks guys.

I was working late one night out in Burkburnett and had a coolant hose blow apart on the truck. All the bad scenarios were in play, getting cold, it was raining and help was over 2 hours away and I still had a few more hours of work to be completed. I took a chance and limped the truck over to the service area and ask for a little help with replacing what I need to get me back on the road knowing they were shutting down for the night.Service manager wasted no time getting a mechanic over to replace the split hose and I was out the door in 20 minutes. I can’t say enough how much they helped me out when my option were slim to none.Thank you gentlemen for the speedy service, I honestly don’t know if many or any other place would have help out in this manner.

The service department was very friendly and and surprisingly reasonably priced for a dealership. They were also very quick. Even though I havent bought a car from them they seem to have a good selection and have some cars that are not very common, like a Focus RS in stock.

This is the only area Ford service department worth going to in the Wichita Falls area. I took the car in and they needed some additional insurance info. Instead of making me hunt that information down, they took care or it themselves by calling my insurance agent.

Only reason I gave a star is that there is nothing less. Actually they deserve 10 BLACK STARS. The service is an abomination. The service writer Darren broke promises, flat out lied to me and is clueless. The Service Mngr. Admitted he knew nothing of what it takes to perform the work. Basically I say he is a glorified secretary. These clowns had my truck 1 month and27 @&+$(_-@@## days to put in a new engine. Then when I picked it up and performed an inspection, one of the cab mounts wasnt even close to being tight. I pulled one of the battery cables off by lifting on it and the air cleaner was installed incorrectly and flopping around. If your broke down and pushing your vehicle, it would be best to keep pushing no matter how much farther down the road to get ANYWHERE ELSE, but steer clear, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
