Honestly I wouldnt believe what you read on here it says I posted a review 2 weeks ago wasnt me I havent been to Lipscomb since I bought my truck and I had a horrible time and one of the salesman basically told my mom to shut up. Long story short this dealership isnt the best there is one marine that works there hes not bad I do not remember his name but most people there just want to sell you something whether you want it or not and most of them are not to he trusted

I’m a faithful customer, brought my car brand new in 2017, I asked if my cabinet filter had ever been change they guarantee me that it had. Come to find out it was very dirty and had not been changed since I brought my car. Then they charged me 40.00 extra to do it !!!

I am in Wichita Falls for work and scheduled a appointment a week out to have my car serviced for a day about 4 days before I left to drive 13 hours back home. The service department called me 2 times to change my appointment because it was going to be snowy and cold THE DAY BEFORE my scheduled appointment. When I finally agreed to change it surprise, surprise their next available times they offered was the day I had to leave and where not willing to try to work with me on appointment times even though I helped them out by agreeing to change my appointment. Worst customer service and work ethic ever. Grow up 3/4 of the country is snowy and cold and can still function. Never going to give this dealership a chance again.

Stopped by to look at a 2016 Denali with 130 miles on it asked salesman for a price on it. He told us 30 thousand and we made a offer of 25 thousand, so he went to check and came back and told us,since we had made such a low offer the price went up 2 thousand. The overall service was sloppy, I drove home only to have a screwdriver come flying up my windshield that was left by one of your service men. I figured the least my car would’ve been vacuumed out or wiped down from where the fingerprints were left by the tech installing my cabin air filter, chances are he was to busy looking for his screwdriver to notice the black prints.

This dealership has no respect for customers health during this health crisis. There were so many workers without mask in the customer areas I had to stand outside in 40 degree temperatures to preserve my health! Also my tire exchange was not done on a lift but the ground...unacceptable. I was disgusted with the entire visit!

When my daughter’s car needed service I didn’t know where to take it. I googled and found two dealerships close to her. I decided to use Lipscomb Chevrolet due to their higher reviews. What was originally a bad experience was mended into an outstanding one.After posting my bad experience I had with Lipscomb maintenance the first time, they reached out and wanted to right the wrong they did.And just like that, everything went the way it should have. I bought a car for my birthday Ryan Patterson found me an amazing car and a great deal, well with that came the first service free, so I scheduled my service and when I picked up my car I noticed the right rear wheel scratched up, so I called the service dept and she asked if I could bring it back today to look at it, so I did and as we were discussing it she said that the technician said “it was already there!” Which anyone who knows me knows it was NOT there, so I asked to speak to the technician she said no she also said she watched every move my car made and there was no way it happened there, so I asked to talk to a manager Ed which she let me talk to him and he also said he watched every move my car made. I said so you both watched every move my car made? He said yes I asked why do you do that to all your cars. He said no!! Well it seems they did my car!! I said this happened here and I’m not paying for it!! He said well I’m not paying for it. That I could speak with the guy who fixes his rims and I could pay the difference. I said I’m not paying for anything, so I walked out to the main show room and went to the desk and said I need a manager NOW a very nice sales man Cody said he was not here I said well get him on the phone!! So he went to look at my car and so did Ryan and he agreed that it happened there. There was no scratches on tire, so they called the main boss and he said that he would take care of it!! Thank you again to the great sales team, they both helped me and calmed me down!! Thanks again

Ive had my car in for problems and I cant seem to get a straight answer with the issues Im having now with my touchscreen not working and a noise coming from the back. It had 48000+ miles in it when I first took it in and should be covered under the bumper to bumper warranty but all Im getting is the run around.
