Fantastic experience, great products, and passionate owners. I had no idea there was this much to enjoy in olive oils and vinegars. Lots of other great cooking products too. Got the basil evoo and it makes everything taste sooo much better.

The selection of quality olive oils and vinegar is impressive to say the least! I have used a few infused olive oils (garlic & lemon) as well as a few balsamic vinegar (25 year aged & raspberry); all of which turn an ordinary meal into something extraordinary. I suggest anyone to stop in, take a taste of several oils and vinegar... you will not leave empty handed!

I just love the olive oils from this place. I was spoiled rotten on olive oils by family in Italy and then I found this place. The garlic olive oil is just killer on pasta and the vanilla olive oil is a great substitute for butter in baked goods. The avocado oil is great too!Marty is the best! :)

I love this store. Everything in the store is great! I bought a bottle of their very best balsamic vinegar, aged very well. I love, love, love it! I will be purchasing some of these for Christmas gifts this year

Excellent place for oils and balsamic. So many different kinds and interactive too! You can try them all before buying. So good! Ive gone here for gifts since I found them a couple years ago!

We had a great experience here. We just stopped in to take a peak and stayed for 30 minutes. We had a tour and samples of different balsamic vinegars and various oils. All of them had wonderful flavors. Great place for gifts.

They are so helpful at giving you cooking tips and ideas. Its like a fine wine master offering the perfect pairings. We love the lemon infused olive oil as a rub on fish or as the base for a tremendous Caesar salad dressing. And the basil oil is amazing on pasta or a caprese salad. Highly recommend to expand your foodie fun!

If you haven’t been to visit Marty at the Oilerie and try out the different oils you must. What a neat activity to do by yourself or with friends. I wanted to buy all of the fun different olive oils - but limited myself to a few to start and then I’ll just have to go back. Love the truffle (the oil is infused with real truffles) for popcorn, rosemary for roasted veggie, the citrus (citrus fruits are crushed together with the olives when they make it) and vanilla for baking, and the ones that surprised me were the non-olive oils! They were so different! I ended up getting the walnut, and almond is next on my list. I like putting my favorite berry balsamic vinegars into lemonade for a refreshing Spring/Summer drink. The balsamic lemonade looks super fancy in a glass drink dispenser with some ice, fresh fruit and mint when it’s your turn to host a gathering. I have family in town this weekend and will be taking them to the Oilerie as well! Thanks Marty!

Great place for high quality oils and balsamics! Marty is very nice and informative, and allows you to taste any oil or vinegar in the shop. These products are well worth the money. Youll never go back to grocery store products again!

There is no other way to describe them, except, these are magnificently delicious oils and vinaigrettes!!! As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by Marty. He briefly explained the origin of the oils, which I enjoyed. I had never done a tasting of oils and vinaigrettes and I just thought, what a great idea! The tasting let me know what I was purchasing. It also made the visit a great experience! I purchased a couple of bottles for my friends, and they just can’t stop thanking me!
