I went into the clinic to have me hearing devices checked and cleaned.While there I spoke at length with Eileen about changing units. She had several observations about the new technologies that are available for people with my hearing deficiencies. In the end we opted for an updated hearing test and getting fitted with new aids.I was quite please with Eileens knowledge and pleasant manner.I would highly recommend Highline Hearing to anyone with hearing difficulties.

I had my first ever appointment at Highline last week, and the folks there really were special. You can see the subtle ways the office is set up for hearing-impaired folks, and I learned a lot from Jennifer, who tested me. Ive received information about hearing and its complexities from them which sort of demystified my ideas around hearing loss and use of aids.Jennifer gave me a very thorough explanation of my test results, and I could see where I stood (not over the line into needing aids, yet). To be proactive, Ill want to keep returning to Highline every year or two to keep up with my hearing needs.

This was the best place!!!! I have never had any problems with my ears or hearing. But I had my left ear that was completely clogged. I tried everything. This went on for a week. I called on a Monday and they got me in the next day. The Doctor was so nice. She helped me right away. The nicest people.

Highline Hearing has always given us very professional service and they are always prompt at responding to request. My wife and I both have Hearing Aids from Highline Hearing and we are very satisfied. My wife needs to have regular wax removal from her ears. They have very good video equipment that makes watch removal very effective.

I am amazed how better I can hear and how great their service is. When I originally purchased them they were with me the whole way teaching and letting me know about all of the features like Bluetooth. It’s the first time in a long time I was able to use a phone and actually hear the conversation. They are always there to answer questions and help you if you have a problem. Highline Hearing is such an awesome, caring group of professionals. My father was in town for a visit and his hearing aid stopped working for him, making it tough to visit with all of us. They fit us in the same day I called to take a look at it. They took the time to explain how he can care for his hearing aid in between appointments himself to make sure it works well at all times.This isn’t the first time we’ve had a good experience with this office. Several years ago my mother was having trouble getting her hearing aid replaced/repaired at her audiologist and they loaned us a pocket talker to help her out as well.We appreciate this business!

I have felt very well cared for. I had no idea how much I was missing, but my husband did! Dr. Ali spent plenty of time explaining everything and I was intrigued by all the computer graphics. My hearing is so much clearer. There are little clues that I was missing:: car engine noises leaves crackling, my grandsons voice ,music.. I love these hearing aids, I dont feel them at all. What a wonderful world !

Have you ever heard the expression I should have done this a long time ago, well I should have done this a long time ago. Since I have gotten, as I like to call them, my wireless bluetooth headphones, my life has changed dramatically. No more what did you say, and my wife doesnt have to live her life on repeat!!! Best investment ever! And the ability to play my music straight to the hearing aids, to have all of my commands voice active in the car with everything straight to the hearing aids is simply outstanding. On top of that, every single person in that office is as helpful and friendly as can possibly be. It has been a joy to work with Erica in particular, but the whole staff overall. The precision in how you are handled and trained to use your devices is the best part. They have you covered every step of the process, its not like they hand them to you and say go get em! You are trained to use them in a specific way which also allows your brain to get used to them as well. If you have been trying to decide whether or not you should invest in hearing aids, my opinion is what the heck are you waiting for. It will be life changing!!! DO IT!!!

I took my Grandfather here when one of his hearing aids stopped working. He got his hearing aids somewhere else and I didn’t know anything about them. I called Highline Hearing Professionals cause they were close and worked with his brand of hearing aid. We went in for their walk in time. We were seen right away. Everyone was AMAZING! And so helpful. They took the time to explain how his hearing aids work to both my grandpa and me and his apparently have blue tooth capability and can connect to his phone. I used it there to try and was able to have him hear me on the phone for the first time in years. I literally started crying right then and there when he said he could hear me “perfectly”. I haven’t been able to talk to him on the phone for years. They’ve literally changed our lives by being so open and helpful!

I have been a client of Highline Hearing Professionals for a number of years. I have significant hearing loss and have been fitted with hearing aids that really help my hearing issues. Highline Hearing periodically tests my hearing and adjusts my hearing aids to compensate. Every visit is a very professional experience. I am about to move some distance away from the office, but will be glad travel to appointments so as to continue to receive great care.

I stopped in at Highline Hearing on my way home intending to make an appointment. I needed a refresher course on the various functions of my hearing aids. I was able to see my audiologist, Jennifer, right away. She wrote down the answers to the clarifications I sought and sent me away with batteries and other supplies. My brother works overseas and was in desperate need for service of his specialized hearing aides. He was on an extremely tight schedule and would need to have his aides back within a week during Christmas. I called Highline Hearing Professionals and explained the situation. They let me know that they should be able to make this happen! I brought my brother by, literally RIGHT off the airplane (theyre just down the street from the airport) and they saw him right away during walk in hours. These folks went above and beyond. They were able to get the hearing aides back to him before he left. They were all very kind and caring. They are the full package :) Theyre A++!!

I switched to Highline Hearing for my second purchase of hearing aids. I had used lower priced wholesale retailer for my first set a few years and found the ongoing follow-up questionable. I couldnt be more pleased with my switch to Highline. Hearing aids require ongoing personal attention and follow-up which Highline provides at no charge. Follow-up includes cleaning the devices when needed, providing batteries for life, and inspecting my ear canal and removing wax buildup when necessary. I have known others who have tried other providers - they dont receive nearly the interest and quality of follow-up and have found the hearing aids arent as effective as they had hoped. Personal ongoing care is a major ingredient for hearing aids to be effective and Highline couldnt be better.
