These shoes have been the best for my mother and the multiple issues with her feet. Shes always talking about how comfortable they are, and though they are pricey, they are worth every single penny!Service is impeccable and reminiscent of the past, when people would actually care to make recommendations based on your individual likes and needs.Yet, the best part is that these shoes are made in America, not in some far off distant land, but made in the good old U.S.A. with quality materials.

I have been in the store many many times best costomer service i had from Krissy . She is very nice very polite and she knows her jab very well . I was reading the review And i see The review is not matching her personality and service she is giving to the customers . On reviews its not nice to tell “ Old Lady “ . I think you have a big attitude . Before adding any reviews be careful How you express your self about other people .Its not nice .

I got there today at 2:15pm by mistake confusing the store for another orthopedic shoes Where I bought my sons first orthopedic shoes. The blond lady in the cashier asked me if I can bring the shoes for her to have an idea which store I was looking for. I brought my son shoes to see if she can give me a guide where I can find this store. My bad experience start it when this blond lady asked her coworker a Latina old lady that is their with her. This old Latina lady stead of tell me what I was asking her she started telling me Do you know this shoes are Chinese and our shoes are American from San Antonio which I answered to her I dont really care where they are from aslongest they help my son which this one are really helping him and that even his orthopedic doctor like those shoes She insisted by telling me since Im here in this country I should by staffs made in American only. I dont know whats wrong with this lady because I buy what ever I want where ever I want with my money and her customer service is sucks.... I left and told her her customer service is sucks and she better change her attitude to customer and if she didnt want to help me out she should say it at first stead of caming with so many craps. Hope SAS from Burbank CA read my comment and talk with this person that doesnt know how to offer good customer service. I got well treat by the blond lady then from this Latina that she feel as native American so sorry for you hope you put you fit on earth one day. You shouldnt taking care people with that horrible service.
