Rich and the rest of the team at Rivera are absolutely top notch people. I could not be happier with the service and how they went above and beyond the service I originally brought my amp in for. I knew my Rivera amp was top notch all by itself but to know how they back the product for repairs is unlike anything I have experienced with other companies. Their amp tech of 30+ years found something I was unaware of about 30 minutes before I was to pick it up and quickly rebuilt the whole channel just to make sure it was perfect. You dont get that kind of service anymore and these guys made me a loyal customer for life. Thanks again to Rich and crew. You guys are the best.
