I had three watches fixed and all three are brand watches. Gave me the best service with the best prices. They polished two of my watches and both look brand new. Greg also made one of the watches water resistant. I am very happy with the service.

2 battery replacements and a band adjustment. Service done in like 10 mins and works perfectly. Everyone working was incredibly kind and reasonable prices. Ill definitely be going back!

I had been searching for a hard to find watch & Hopkins were selling one online. Shaunt was great & even agreed to sell it to me even though I am located in Australia. They did a wonderful job getting my G-Shock back in working order. The shop is very quaint with beautiful clocks and they are a certified German Cuckoo clock and Kit-Kat clock repair center. They really know what they are doing. Most definitely will be back.

A bad service take a cuckoo to repair in September they delivered it to me on October 16 and I returned it because I do not work well he told me that in two weeks he will return and after that until December and so time has passed and I have not been delivered until the date says they need more time I told them that how much more than if they need a year to fix it and they got angry because I asked for my watch and my money paid two hundred

Nice place, did a good job, but charges $18 to take a couple links off my watch. Most places charge $5 maybe $8 tops.

Too pricey
