Besame is simply amazing! Their lipsticks are creamy and moisturizing, yet somehow they don’t smear and stay on through drinks and even eating pizza...HOW?! I have matte lipsticks from other top makeup brands that come off especially with pizza, but theirs are not matte yet somehow last through drinks and food. Does it get better than not having to constantly reapply lipstick? I have lipsticks, nail products, eye products, skin products I guess you can say I’m obsessed. Not to mention the recent Marilyn Monroe release! From the Marilyn line, I bought the Valet set, the essentials kit, and 2 compact set one for myself and one for my mom who is the one who made me a Marilyn collector to begin with! All of the beautiful is top notch and amazing!!! I have makeup items to literally pass down through generations from this company that I know will stand the test of time, what other modern day makeup companies can really say that? I adore and love this company, from their cruelty-free products to their customer service, I truly love this company!!!

My wife loves Besame Cosmetics. She was excited to be at the store! The customer service is excellent and great. Worth the trip from Puerto Rico!They also carry products for men. It is a limited selection, mostly pomades and aftershave. I hope they expand the mens line.

The girl who attended me was super nice and helpful. She answered all my questions and even made some recommendations. She informed me about the move toward sustainable packaging since thats what I was looking for. For sure made my first visit worthwhile. I wish I had gotten her name. Will definitely be coming back.

I love this little shoppe! Besamé cosmetics are my very favorite with their elegant and timeless vintage appeal. You can order almost everything online, but if youre able to visit in person there are slways some goodies you can only find here. Most importantly, the staff is always both friendly and knowledgeable!

From the beautiful woodwork of the shopfront, to the amazing historical makeup displays, as well as their amazing products and service, coming into Besame Cosmetics was everything I could have dreamed for and more. Now that I have stocked up on mascara I can finally write a review. Besame has the best mascara I have ever used! I found the company when I was searching for chemical free makeup. I ordered theirmascara because I loved the idea of retro makeup and the packaging was so pretty I wanted to display it in my bathroom. I was not planning on using the product as I have watery eyes so I have always used waterproof mascara. Well one day when I was just running errands I decided to give it a try. It is easy to apply and stays in place all day until I wash it off, no running, no smudges and looks great! I was worried about running out and having to go back the chemical filled box store stuff but I now have 2 in reserve so I can now tell everyone how great this product is!

Beautiful store with well made cosmetics. Woman owned. I have purchased many of their items and have never been unhappy. The lipsticks are bullet-proof in beautiful vintage colors. Foundation is wonderful and sturdy, I traveled with it through multiple international flights and it didnt even crack. Cake mascara looks amazing and never hurts my eyes. Their collabs with Disney are gorgeous and well made.My only complaint is that if you dont go in dressed well, a couple of the staff members can be a bit cold. The ones that arent are absolute dolls and I LOVE my shopping experience with them (shout outs to Becca and the lovely lavender haired lady) Overall an amazing company that I will continue to buy from.

Besame makes my favorite lipsticks! Its a great to visit their Burbank shop to try a new shade or three. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the shop is small, but lovely.

Ditto on the great for a vintage makeup look. They offer full face makeup applications on Fridays and Saturdays, and as of June 2016, its only $45. Another feature I really liked was their perfume counter. Besame has created a perfume for each decade of the 1st half of the century. For example, 1930 is Marlene Dietrich and seduction, and its this amazing cinnamon, clove and cognac concoction that is utterly unique. The store hours are short, but the quality and styles are well worth going in person to check it out.

I LOVE THE PLACE. OK maybe there is a huge amount of employees there which is ridiculous because some just chat or whatever but there are some very sweet girls that help and give good service. so far I love the make up there great quality for the price.

Superb customer service, beautiful space, fantastic products...Highly knowledgeable and kind staff...From my profile picture on here youd be able to tell I like this sort of store.. but when I went in, I looked very drab and unassuming (track pants and unbrushed hair)... they STILL gave me 5 star treatment. Absolutely fantastic place to visit if youre a makeup type of person! It is not only selling beautiful throw back types of beauty products, it also has a little bit of historical make up items in the location as well. Look forward to going back again soon.

I live in Colorado, not California, where theyre located, but Ive ordered from Besame a few times now and wanted to say how pleased I was with their products. They are beautiful and quality, and Im definitely going to order more. It takes a full 6 days (including weekend) to get my shipment via standard air. I wish Besame had branch stores outside of CA. Our Sephora only carries two of their products, so I have to go online.

Loved everything about it. It really threw you into a different time while you were there. Even the area it is located in seems to be inspired by a different more smalltown vibe.
