A big thanks to Alex and his entire crew. They killed it on my 2017 fxdb. They were all super friendly and did a killer job on my bike! Not only do they do great work but they kept me in the loop the entire time they had my bike! Ive been to many shops and this is the only one I will take my bikes to from here on out.

After spending over 5 thousand dollars on what I thought was just a frame swap, meaning switching out just a frame and keeping everything else. When it was all said and done I didnt get the ABS reinstalled and had to go elsewhere for that. But the kicker was when I specifically asked to make sure the key fabs would work. They said because the serial number didnt match on the new frame it wouldnt connect to the main computer, I explained that they needed the original Computer from the original bike, and I even supplied the original Computer. They wanted to charge me another 95 dollars to try again so I said forget it. I went to have a tire replaced at Riverside HD, and told them the problem they took the original Computer module and in 15 minutes they had it connected without a problem. They didnt even try to nickel and dime me for anything extra.

Good mechanic and not expensive like all these motorcycle shops around that charge ridiculously insane prices.

Went and picked up my Dads bike for Boston. It was the last thing that he built before he passed away. It had been sitting for years and was in need of some serious TLC. Alex and his crew did a great job! Its like having a brand new Bike. They did a Great job, and Ill never let anyone else work on this bike. I highly recommend Alex and his guys over there at Born Free!

They cant even work on other bikes due to them being metric. I simply asked for a clutch cable and they said they cant help. If a place is that incompetent to where they cant change a clutch cable i wouldnt bring anything to them.

Alex and the crew know me by name now and have for a while. Not sure if that’s a good thing but with the riding I do it’s not a surprise. They always help me out when problems arise and get me in and out ASAP. Fair and honest and even have offered words if wisdoms when my bike was shutting off when I was wiring in new lights. Easy location you can just zip on and off the freeway.

I spent about 35 minutes there talking to a very nice lady that was very knowledgeable I explained to her that I was there looking for boots they run Harley-Davidsons out of this shop a beautiful shop the sound of the motorcycles revving up even though I do not ride a Harley Davidson she spent a lot of time explaining things to me and educating me on things I just wish there was something there I could have bought but very nice and friendly and knowledgeable turns out I was talking to the owners wife you will not be disappointed in going to the shop very knowledgeable and friendly

If your looking for a mom and pop shop that does great work, this is the place. I have been taking my bike here for years. Not only excellent service but its not just a shop. Its a place to make friends and once your there you are treated like family. If your looking for a real biker community this is the place. Trust,honesty and respect.
