Please only come here! Tony is so trustworthy and removed a nail from my tire and patched it no charge and let me know I have another 5,000 miles of use left on them where another shop down the street told me I would need all four replaced and something else fixed for hundreds of dollars ASAP. Came here thinking I’d need to drop a few hundred on a new set and didn’t have to do that because Tony didn’t lie. Such an upstanding businessman!

When you go to a tire store, it could be $30 or $400. This time it was $0! Tonys team helped remove a nail stuck in my tire that triggered the tire warning light and fix the hole. He estimated 1 to 1.5 hours. I walked to Home Goods and came back about an hour later to hang out in the waiting area where I saw Tony greet and help other customer. My tire was finished a little later than his estimate and he waived the fee because he said I waited patiently and was nice. Still tried to pay but he wouldnt take my money. There are good tire stores and there are great tire stores. This is the later! Ill be coming back here for new tires eventually and will try out his oil change service! Thanks, Tony!

Came in after a getting a flat tire and wanted to replace all four. It was busy but they fit me in and were super friendly through the whole process. It took under two hours, and the price for all four tires and an alignment was amazingly low! I will absolutely be back!

Great experience at Discount Tire and Service Center in Burbank! I had a chunk out on the side of a front tire. I called and Steve hooked me up with a buy one, get one free tire! I showed up at 5pm and Jennifer got my car handled within an hour! 2 new tires and an alignment at a great price and outstanding service!

I got 4 MOMO Top Run 300 Rs Tires done for about $490 with alignment and tire insurance.They changed$95 for an alignment,$122.80 for installation,$18.96 tire waste fee,$63.36 for the tire insurance(was added on without my knowledge) and$181.08 for 4 tires (buy 2 get 2 deal)Would of been a 4-5 star review if I was told or asked to add the tire Insurance and they did try to dodge my questions of the price breakdown. That was pretty sketch.*****If you go here ask to look at the breakdown before you pay for something you didnt want.*****

This place had such amazing customer service! I really felt taken care of and they even caught a mistake the dealer had made on what type of tire I needed. Good prices and quick service as well. Would definitely recommend this place for tire needs.

Got 4 new tires with the buy 2 get 2 sale. Fast, professional service. Slight chip on the shoulder of the manager, maybe from his 18 years at the location? Restaurants in walking distance while you wait. Restroom is in complete disrepair, surprising considering it’s a corporation and they have approved vendors to come and repair the facilities. The bathroom is in REALLY bad shape. Employees are friendly, tip them if you have it!

I called 3 different places and although discount tire was slightly slightly higher than the other 2 it was the closest to me. I was quoted and out the door price of $630 for installing and balancing balancing for tires and when I originally called I asked if that also included alignment which I was made to understand it too understand it did but was then told and told after tires were installed that it was not included and would be an additional $100. What he told me when I argued this issue was that he said they would CHECK to see if it needed alignment and NOT that it would be done... So part of the labor I was charged was to check the alignment and I was told it needed it for an additional $100 which did not make me happy. I had 2 other places that told me it would include alignment for just around $20 additional which I would have went someplace else if that was the case. Bait and switch situations are very common and its sad that businesses especially in Burbank have employees that do not address specific issues and clarify detailed questions, like this, with their customers more efficiently.

If I could give zero stars I would! I have never in my years of going to discount tires been so unhappy with the service in my life. When I first called on 7.15.2021 I was told with the buy 2 get 2 free the prices for all 4 tires would be $250 for installation and cost of the tires which was about right because I have done this deal many times before. I could not make that appointment since my tires was flat but came the next day on 7.16.2021. Told them I wanted to do the same deal but somehow now the prices was $750 dollars and I drive a CT200h I never had to pay that much for tires. I will not being coming back to this location, and I have filed a complaint for them trying to get over on people and upcharge.

Love my lifetime alignment packages on both my cars. Tony and his team have taken great care of my family for years. The techs are great and work is done in a timely manner at fair prices.

All the staff and mechanics were very nice and it was easy to get a quote and appointment for struts, by calling them directly. One of the mechanics even buffed off a scruff mark on the side of my car as a courtesy. Estimated wait time for my service was also reasonable. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

Called to see if they could get a nail out of my tire, told me that they could get it done same day without an appointment. Dropped it off, they fixed it in less than 2 hours, no sleazy up selling or unnecessary recommendations. Fantastic service. Even overheard a convo for a different customer, they made recommendations and when the customer wasn’t sure and preferred to wait, that was the end of the conversation. Very great service. I had a great experience at this location. My tire latch repair was taken care of in the quoted time frame and correctly. They also put my donut tire back under my car. The staff was so friendly. I will definitely be back for further repairs in the future.

I got a flat close by so I stopped by and they took care of me even though it was close to closing time. I was actually going to buy tires and this kind of pushed me to get them so I decided to purchase for new tires at a great price. The only complaint I have is not with the shop but the website. I tried to make an appointment when I got home for an alignment since it was recommended but I never got a confirmation. I tried 3 times but no response. I would recommend this shop the employees here are great.

They have fixed 2 slow punctures for me in the past at no charge. They always go out of their way to get the best deal for me on my tires along with great service. Highly recommend!

Excellent service, excellent prices. The Burbank store is the best. The time it takes for my vehicle to be done is always a bit sooner than I am quoted. That is always great. The staff there is also very helpful and I always feel like they care and understand my needs. Although I moved away from Burbank, I will always return there for all my vehicles services.

Purchased 4 Tires for my Tesla Model X (Continental Contour). Within 2 months 2 tires had issues. Informed by Discount Tires that they don’t service these tires. They don’t do alignment and they don’t repair them (one had a screw in them). I was never informed prior to buying that they didn’t service the Tesla tires they sold and installed. Saved a few dollars but should have bought tires from Tesla and had them install

Very upset with the service I received at the Burbank location. I purchased tires there in 2016 and had a flat in 2021. I went in to see about repair or replacement and was told the tires I bought were 50,000 mile tires and I had gotten 60,000 miles out of them. So I went ahead and had all four replaced at their recommendation. When I went home and looked at my invoice it shows I had purchased tires that were guaranteed for 100,000 miles and that I had gotten 56,000 miles out of them. So I called to inquire about the discrepancies and was told by another agent that the tires I had gotten in 2016 were guaranteed for 70,000 miles and that I could have gotten a discount for that mileage difference but I was given a different discount that was greater and I can only have 1 discount. But still they won’t admit that I had the version for 100,000 miles. I called the head office and left a message but so far have had no response. I don’t trust these guys anymore.

I have been coming to Burbank Discount Tires for 18+ years. Tony is always great. Joe and the rest of the staff are very helpful. They do great work and they are honest about what needs to be done. They have been fair in dealing with me through the years. Thanks in part to them I have an 18 year-old truck and 13 year-old car that still run good as new.

This place isn’t honest. They quoted me an air filter over the phone for 28$ and when I got there they said it was 63$. I let it go. I also asked them to fill my tires because my front 2 were flat. (They offer that service for free) they claimed they did it but I had a tire pressure tool with me that I check before going in. It was the same as it was before after they claimed they did it. Never again.... take your money elsewhere where it’s appreciated. Not to mention I spent thousand dollars with them but the simplest thing wasn’t done.

These guys are fantastic and always incredibly honest. I thought I had a ball bearing issue and went in expecting to drop some change. Turns out a simple tire rotation was all that was needed. No trying to sell me useless repairs. My brakes were squeaking a bit one time and when I took it in they just wiped some dirt off the rotors and sent me on my way said break pads were fine no charge. I will go here for anything they do on my car.

Went for one tire employee up saled me to a alignment which I said I didnt want but no your guys got me for 200.00 for one tire will definitely not be coming back!!!! So today I got a answer to my review about the 200.00 for one tire and alignment I didnt want so I was told to call the 818 number wow customer service was not very friendly or helpful bet they couldnt find my invoice from a hole in the ground!!!!!

I just used it today.I highly recommend Discount Tire in Burbank.Discount tires is highly recommended. I hit a curb the tire was not fixable but was able to get New tires to get going. These guys were great. They inspected both the outside and inside of the tire and applied the correct procedure to fix it. When I went to pay both registers were tied up so they asked me to wait a few minutes. No prob so I just poked around the show room and I was asked to get the mileage number. As we walked to the car he changed his mind and told me I didnt need to wait any longer and to have a good day. I was so impressed that I went out and got enough empanadas to feed the entire crew. Awesome customer service.

Had an nail & a low tire this Thanksgiving Sunday afternoon. Went to my first choice of service at Discount Tire Center in Burbank. They said it would take 2 1/2 hours near closing time. Cost, $25 plus another $10 for rotation. Not bad, we waited & took only an hour. The manager Jennifer & the service guys did a swift, courteous & great service in a short time. It did not dissapoint! I’ve been working with this Discount Tire location to replace my car’s tires. I called a few days in advance and made an appointment to come that Saturday. When I arrived, we realized that the tires were the wrong size for my car. This could have been my fault, so I didn’t think too much of it. The staff member told me they’d order the correct size and I made another appointment for the following weekend. When I arrived that day, they had the correct tires but had only ordered two tires instead of four. There wasn’t a paper trail to track the re-order, and I wouldn’t be able to come back until the following weekend. I felt annoyed that it would end up taking three visits over the course of three weeks to get this done. The staff member was apologetic, but firm that they couldn’t provide a discount because there wasn’t a paper trail. They were very kind and replaced the two tires that were there very quickly. I’m going back for the third and hopefully final time next weekend. Overall, their customer service turned a bad incident into a somewhat-ok experience.

This place is one of those finds where your faith in honest mechanics is restored and you dont feel like a car is always a liability when you have issues. I went in for a tire repair and and oil change and got exactly that. I was worried they would recommend new tires although I didnt need them. The repair included fixing the sensor on my tire monitoring system that was damaged when I used fix a flat that they recommended but didnt pressure me to do (in order to save money). They also replaced a turn signal light bulb free of charge and EVERYTHING was done while I waited. AMAZING. If you are like me and feel your heart sink any time you have an issue with your car because you worry about the repair costs, Discount Tire Center Burbank is a place I highly recommend. Thank you!!

I went inside because of a promotion they had on the window. I was skeptical cuz usually those promotions hide all kinds of charges where you end up paying the same anyway. I said I wanted four tires cheapest price. They didnt counter with an upsell or anything they gave me a price for my four tires that I thought was excellent.. To my surprise that price was before the promotion. And what I paid after the promotion was significantly less than the first price quoted. They installed them quickly and also gave me a discount for the alignment because I bought four tires. Customer for life. Also the sales girl was very efficient polite and she knew her stuff.

The buy one-get-one sale AND alignment was less that the price of tires at Costco, my usual place to go for tires. The guarantee and after purchase service was comparable too.Because of the configuration of the intersection, it’s kind of tricky to get into the location in Burbank but it’s well worth the effort.

Terrible service!!! I was told be before i left i would be paying only 263 plus tax! When i return the bill is 381.... no phone call or any updates on why the price jumped up over one hundred dollars!!!! My steering column is now loose and my wheel wall was damaged!!! The service isn’t worth it! Keep driving to another tire spot

We had a nail in our tire. This place had the cheapest prices in the area and the people were nice so we decided to have our tire changed here.In the end we didnt have to pay anything because the guys there just fixed the tire in minutes and didnt want any money for it.The boss just told us that we could tip the mechanic if we wanted to. We gave him 20 bucks and were on our way.Awesome and nice people !

Went to pep boys and they gave me such a Ridiculous quote and said I MUST replace all 4 tires because they were bad, Jenny at discount tires gave a such a way better quote over the phone right away, when I got them they inspected my brakes and tires for free and told me my back tires were completely fine and just needed the front replaced, for the same tires gave me way better price & was supper nice and made me feel so much better because I’m so nervous when it comes to car issues! & was out of their in one hour! They even checked my Alignment and showed me how the prior shop I took it to two weeks prior didn’t actually fix it! Had amazing experience and save money!
