Great selection of footwear at reasonable prices. The in-store customer service feels rushed. I ordered a pair of shoes to be delivered directly to my home because they did not have the color and size I needed. Unbeknownst to me, when the cashier placed the order for the shoes, she ordered the wrong size. I received an email two days later informing me that my order was canceled because my size 6.5 shoe was unavailable. I wear a MUCH bigger size. I called the customer service number on the email and was able to place the correct order with a gentleman named Marc. He was very pleasant and helpful. I received the shoes two business days later with free standard shipping. Going forward, if the shoes I want/need are unavailable in store, I will either be order at shoecarnival.com or by phone.

I HAD A GREAT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE AT SHOE CARNIVAL. THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND TOOK TIME TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS AND I PURCHASED THREE SETS OF GYMSHOES. THEY HAVE THE BEST PRICES AND A FRIENDLY STAFF. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Shoe carnival was very nice I had gotten the wrong size and before I could go and get it the cashier said shed get it for me... She engaged me in idle chit chat and did my exchange with a smile. Great shopping experience

I purchased a pair of shoes from a different location but since I had to handle business in the area I was trying to handle everything I needed to get done in one facinity. But to my surprise I was cheated out of money from a return. I have never been to a store and return a item to company but different location an not be paid what I paid when I paid cash and the bs excuse you want to use is a different tax. An in order to receive full refund go to the same store it was purchased. Your business practices and associate are nothing more than robbers.

The selection of footwear is fantastic. The customer service is abysmal. I wasnt greeted, not even while standing and waiting for someone to open one of 4 cashiers stations. The woman attempted to overcharge me by not applying the 50% off discount to the 2nd pair of shoes, which is the ONLY reason I ever shop there. She acted as if I was a thorn in her side when I asked if they did away with the 2nd pair at 50% off deal which is 365 days a year at Shoe Carnival.

I always get my shoes from here. Good quality brand named shoes and accessories. It seems like everytime I go in there they have the buy one get one half price deal. Which is awesome! Because I can buy 2 pairs of shoes with just like 80 bucks and change. Also the environment feels like youre in a game show, the way the employees at the front talk on the microphone about the deals they have is pretty nice. I like it.

I usually don’t do Google reviews, but I literally had the worst customer service experience from “STORE MANAGER” Cassie. Yesterday my family and i went there looking for shoes for my mother. I had two encounters with Cassie the store manager that day, both times I asked her questions, she was rude and her demeanor was very nasty. The third time is when i had Enough. She Brushed pass my mother as if she was in her way. Never acknowledging that she was standing behind my mother. Almost pushing her out the way. I proceeded to tell her that she was rude and she has very poor customer service. She then got very loud with me. Saying that she said excuse me, which she never said! My mother even told her, I didn’t hear you say excuse me. I can’t believe as a store manager, her customer service skills are horrible, she should be ashamed. I was so disgusted with her attitude and demeanor. I would never go back to that shoe carnival again. I will be contacting whoever else I need to make sure that they know that a STORE MANAGER is treating consumers as if they’re dirt. She also threatened to call the police on me, Which she never did, Because she knew she was in the wrong. You don’t treat people like that and think that it’s OK. With the position she holds, that was a poor example to her teammates. She most definitely shouldn’t hold that title! Besides the horrible experience, they had great deals!
