Cannot express how awesome this shop is Im a Certified mechanic and I usually dont take my car to shop so because they always try to scam people and play people and for the record of my actual human being Im not a computer simulation or anybody who got paid to say this Im just giving credit where credit is due this place knew everything there was to know about BMWs how to fix it properly and save me money they will even willing to take some of my parts that I got four more reasonable price put it on for me they they held on to my car for a few months for me as well because I was going through financial issues and they was so helpful and so nice and they did amazing work on my 2011 BMW 335is like Ive been driving BMW for a really long time and I must say I would recommend this place to anybody whoever so sketchy about car shops this place is literally one of the best in California and their service is on point and theyre very honest and upfront and they have that old school mechanic mentality good people

I have truly found an excellent and honest mechanic at empowered. I drive an older model BMW, an e34, and it is difficult to find a mechanic that actually knows these cars. Andy is honest, reliable, reasonable and goes the extra mile for his customers. It can be difficult to even find parts for my car and he always makes it happen! I highly recommend empowered. They genuinely know what they are doing and value their customers! Excellent, excellent, excellent!!!!!!

Awesome BMW specialist. Been going to James for near 3 years now. He always takes car of my car and even helped me with my girlfriends Porsche on occasion. I have had the privilege to get to know James in this time, he is a gentleman and great help anytime I leave my car with him. I drive 30 miles from Santa Clarita to go there for my car repairs. They have saved me few times from huge expenses on my cars. I bought a used Lexus and took it to a supposedly top mechanic to check it for any significant issues. I had it checked out by the dealer mechanic first but still wanted to get a second opinion. The second mechanic insisted that the car worth nothing and has major transmission issue. I took it for final check to Empower and they said it needs minor repairs but no major problems. They were right and I have been driving the car since without any issues. Another time my wife called me telling me that steam is coming out of the front trunk on our Toyota. She took it to a nearby mechanic whose diagnosis was that it needs a new radiator and will cost $400. The mechanic wouldnt fill the radiator even if we pay and insisted that he would only do what he suggested. I had to go there and fill out the radiator with gallon of water I bought from gas station and then I drove it to Empower the next day in cold morning. It turned out that only the cap of the radiator was bad and nothing leaking. Anyway, just saying my experience with these guys. they are honest. Something you cant find easy these days.

I was having issues with my BMW, I took it to the BWM dealership and they flat out tried to rip me off. A friend told me about Empower in Burbank. I took my car here and met James. James was honest and very straight forward. He explained what my car needed to be fixed, he advised me on things that I could get away with fixing at a later time. He was 100% trust worthy... James fixed my car, its been running great and I paid WAY less than what the dealer was trying to charge me. I highly recommend taking your car to James. Hes a true professional!

Andy has represented a consummate professional in my 4 years of interactions. He did all service work on my 98 BMW and took the time to answer my questions clearly without talking down to me. All the work he did from radiators to wheel bearings to A/C worked flawlessly years afterwards. Sadly Im now in Texas otherwise he would continue to get all my business.

If you need a good honest professional mechanic bring your car to Empower and ask for James. Excellent work and the cost is fair. I wont go anywhere else!

I went in for brake service, and they did a great job on my 330i 06. I had to pick up my car the next day and was able to come by after 6:30pm to pick it up. Owner was flexible in letting me do that since I had to rent a car.Will do business again.

I am genuinely surprised I dont see more EXCELLENT postings for Empower. Andy and his staff have integrity and a very tell it like it is attitude. This is now the second time I felt compelled to write something but unlike most mechanics Andy DOES NOT screw you. I had an emergency early this morning and Andy took it upon himself to reply (6am) and immediately made arrangements to schedule me in. Instead of pushing a new part and labor down my throat, it was suggested that my issue was resolved with some cleaning of a part and to hold off on any purchases. Also, in the past he was gracious enough to NOT charge me be it replacing a tail light bulb or whatever. 2 years and going and no intention of going anywhere else. Sincerely Yours - Sacha Sommer

Wow, great service. My 2008 BMW 535 overheated and they replaced the water pump and thermostat in 24 hours. Thank you Empower!

Dont really see the point of this place, tryed to sell my M logo BMW there, they said theyd get back to me, never did. Selection on the lot was pretty awful.
