Im coming here from here on out. I came here for an oil change was finished in 30 min. Didnt need an appointment. The prices are fantastic. Costumer service is excellent. They have parking. Definitely recommend.

Shady Business Owner !!! This man wasnt aware I have a bit of knowledge in cars. Went in for a brake fluid change on my Toyota. As soon as I pulled in after calling for an appointment, the owner approaches me with an old dirty bottle of Toyota OEM brake fluid in his hand, trying to show me that hes going to use original Toyota parts for my service. Turns out he actually used a much cheaper aftermarket brand that can potentially damage a vehicle in the long run. And in the end, he charges me about 30% more than the Toyota dealership would have charged, and they actually use the correct Toyota OEM fluid. I guess hes gotta pay for that fancy Mercedez in the parking lot one way or another right? Thanks a lot pal. Ended up going to the Toyota dealer later on to get the entire service re-done in fear of my fairly new car getting damaged by the incorrect fluid in the brake system.

Great business and they take excellent care of their customers. Best pricing around! I tell everyone about this place because they won’t screw you with high prices and unnecessary repairs. I didn’t have a great experience here getting my car fixed. I had to go back in again for two things that initially wasn’t fixed properly and was assured they would be fixed afterwards only to find that my AC was still not working. I’ll need to take my car to another shop now during COVID because having a working AC is essential if you live in SoCal especially during the summer.

Phenomenal service - Jerry and Angel were extremely knowledgable and explained in concise but through fashion exactly what went wrong with my X5 after it stalled and shut down in the middle of a busy road unexpectedly. Service turnaround was also incredibly fast - vehicle brought in on Saturday and out of the shop by Tuesday evening with Monday being a holiday. 10/10 would recommend and definitely a go-to mechanic in the San Fernando Valley/Burbank Area. Id make the drive there from west LA to have Jerry inspect and work on my vehicle. They wont let you down!

Best experience we couldve asked for! We are on a roadtrip and stopped here just to see if they could help with all of our problems. A couple hours later and we had the AC drained and refilled and fixed, front and rear breaks and rotors replaced, and pads for emergency breaks replaced. All this was at a very reasonable cost and we knew we werent getting taken advantage of. Not to mention they were super friendly and stayed late to finish their work.Thank you so much!

Had a problem with my Jeep and the place I usually take my vehicles to kept jerking me around with the problem and dropped off in their customer service greatly. I found Star Auto on yelp and took my Jeep over early in the morning. In 2 minutes they were able to diagnose the problem and order the part. Part arrived in an hour and they installed it promptly. Star Auto is my new place I’ll take my business to for my vehicle service and maintenance.

Welcoming, accommodating, and delivering more than expected. Just amazing down the the smallest detail. My GF and I had been on a long 11 hour road trip when half way back our check engine light came on. Star Auto Center diagnosed my issue FOR FREE, fixed the issue quickly, and even painted my license place frame since they over heard my complaints about it being all scratched up. Just increadable.

I had issues with my AC blowing warm air and I was with the family going to Chik Filet and I was thinking maybe I can knock out two things at once. I called and talked to Jerry and without hesitation he said sure bring it by. Not only did he help me with my car he did it in a timely manner that by the time we were done eating the car was ready. Do not take your car here fraud alert and scams. They will steal your info and credit card info and do id theft. They say they will chamge your oil but will keep your old oil in the car. Beware of this place the guy jerry FBI OFFICE .Is doing a investigation on him and hes wife . Please stay away from this place .
