Was just in and spent over 60$ on some new PuffBar XXLS. Tested the hit to make sure it worked in store. Got a couple hits out of it when I got in the car.. as soon as I walked in my home the blue light started flashing that it was dead. I returned to the store to let them know it was faulty. The second one from the same box. Asked if he could please return it or exchange it. Was told all sales are final and there was nothing he could for me because it worked when I left the store. Will not be purchasing anything else nor reccomend this business to anyone else.

, one of my favorite places I go there at least four or five times a week and the young guy the rock that run to play I dont know he may be the owner but hes a young guy he is so nice and polite and I want to he knows what to get at me whenever I walk in

This place is ridiculous I bought a pin battery did not work couldnt find the receipt bought another pin battery had the receipt they would not exchange it or give me my money back or even make it right this place is a JOKE!!!!!!!! They know how to take your money but not make the transaction right

Excellent shop. Cool clouds is my go to shop. They normally have what im looking for but if they dont have a particular item i need they will send me to a shop that might have it. Way mellow crew. All about helping you out with whatever you need. Knowledgeable dudes. I highly recommend Cool Clouds. Hit them up before you go anywhere else. Damn good prices on everything too.

Update: 01/01/2021Updating my review since I had an unpleasant experience at the store today. Long story short I bought a tank from them, put it on my mod and within 15 minutes while using it my mod shorted out. Took it into the store to explain what happened and was met with arguments about how thats impossible and a lecture on how electricity works. I repair electronics for a living so that was a little frustrating to sit through. Regardless the issue WAS resolved after he told me it was nasty to bring in something during a pandemic even though I cleaned it with alcohol on the outside and tip before I brought it in and he didnt have a mask on while he was lecturing me.Wont be going back but going to leave 2 stars because Im sure if you are just looking for smoking supplies its not a bad place to shop but I would avoid their vape hardware at all cost since they will try not to refund you if theres an issue. I get not refunding glass or eliquids for obvious reasons but other vape shops in town offer returns on malfunctioning hardware so it was a little unexpected to be met with resistance on the issue. Dont buy vape product here unless you dont mind being stuck with something that may not work or having to argue to get your money back.

The people are so nice and a good variety of items at a fair price.
