I went to buy a used car and bought a new Bronco Sport instead. Adrian understood my desire for certain things and was very good at meeting them along with my wifes needs. I feel lucky that I was there when they had a Bronco Sport in stock. I didnt feel pressured to do anything. I am very happy with the whole experience.

Above and beyond Is the Call of Duty, At 4 oclock on a Friday afternoon, They got me in and changed my battery ( I was able to drive my car this weekend.) ...they closed at 5- none the less. The majority of my maintenance and repairs has been accomplished by Anderson Ford this past year. All repairs have been great so far. This is a busy shop and the only issue I have encountered is estimated completion times. A previous visit took two extra days and the last visit was eight versus the estimated four. As long as the repairs are solid and warranties are good for two years and one has other transportation options the completion date is not a show stopper for me.

Easy purchase. No stress deal. Tom was a great salesman. New his product. Came back twice and everyone was very helpful. Ordered a window shade to perfectly fit our new Ford Bronco Sport. Easy process also. The dealership even has snacks and drinks available. We highly recommend it!

I am a business owner with a fleet of work vehicles. We run a mobile business. Right now we have a vehicle in there - and it has been there now for four weeks. Unfortunately when the service rep tells us they are going to do something, that has yet to happen. I have to continually follow up. The last thing I was told is the vehicle would be scanned after sitting for a week and I would be told what needs to be done on the vehicle. That was Friday. Today is Tuesday. Now I have to call once again.In the beginning I asked if they work on fleets or have fleet maintenance. I was told someone would contact me about this. I believe when a company says they will do something - they should follow through. At this point I do not have trust in the dealership, and even though. We have purchased vehicles from them and would like to use fleet services, that is absolutely not going to happen. The failure in communication has brought me to a halt. I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone.

I am very happy with Anderson Ford in Bullhead City. The salesmen were fair and knowledgeable and gave me the total price online which was more than I could say about the dealers in my area. The truck came lifted with nice rims and the price was very reasonable. Cid and Dave were both very professional and I got the exact truck that I wanted. Anderson Ford did a very adequate job of putting our truck back into gear and showing where to find the proper way of taking our 2021 F150 into flat tow mode so I can pull it behind our motorhome

Bought good looking used vehicle from them. Only made it 10 miles before check engine light came on. Went right back and BEGGED them to let us buy different car (we are in our 70s- thought a large dealer would sell us dependable car) They said no way. They turned off check engine light and said loose wire good to go. 380 miles later check engine light on again. No more Anderson Ford for us!

We bought a car for our son and when we went to pick it up there was a huge crack in the windshield. I pointed it out to the salesman BEFORE we left the dealership and have not heard back yet for a response. We believe when the car was being detailed that this occurred. How can a dealer sell a car with a cracked windshield?

3 1/2 hrs for an oil change is unacceptable. When we tried to ask what the hold up, we were told just a few more minutes and 30 min later we asked again and were told 20 more minutes, then 45 min later we were told 2 different stories. Jason, this is unacceptable

These guys and gals get an A+I contacted just about every ford dealer in Southern California to place a special order on a 22 ford superduty using X-plan pricing but NONE would give me the time of day! On a last ditch effort I reached out to Anderson ford of bullhead city AZ via email. A sales agent named Cid called me within a few hours and was able to not only get my truck ordered over the phone without setting foot at the dealership but he also confirmed they would indeed honor x-plan pricing even though most other dealers would not. The order was placed July 29th, ford accepted August 13th, truck built September 22nd and I just took delivery October 11th. When I arrived to the dealership to finalize the deal they had most of the paperwork ready and i was in and out very quickly. This has to be the smoothest new auto purchase I have ever made! All of the staff here at Anderson ford were very professional and I would highly recommend. I will definitely be calling them in the near future for my next new vehicle purchase.

Driving down from Vegas was well worth it.Update - Upon arriving home and checking tire pressure. The dealer had inflated all the tires to 42psi. Factory spec is 30psi. Please ensure that when a vehicle leaves your dealership the tire pressure is within specification.

While driving cross country, I started having issues with my truck. Brought it in on a Monday with no appointment and they were willing to check it out, diagnose the issue & get it fixed. When there wasnt any codes to indicate errors on the truck they checked the coolant system components and found nothing wrong. They didnt recommend costly repairs, gave me options that could possibly improve performance and were general maintenance that were coming due anyways. Got my truck back the next morning!My own dealer in Texas wont see you same day so definitely impressed! Also my truck just doesnt like towing in the heat.

Miles from home, with my trailer, my diesel Ford developed a problem with the exhaust after treatment system that put the truck in limp mode. Kept limping along till I found Anderson Ford in Bullhead City Arizona.I was greeted by Jason in service who checked me in. He was extremely empathetic to my unique situation of being so far from home. He took my truck right in, had the problem identified, and I was back on the road the next day, all for about 1/3 of what I expected to pay. Many, many thanks for saving the day.In all honesty, everyone I interacted with was accommodating, and this dealership is exactly how all dealerships should be run. In my home town, (just outside metro LA) I have waited up to 10 weeks to get my vehicle looked at and was greeted with the attitude of , well, it is what it is.........

Wow!!!! Very attentive employees and very patient!!! I went in not knowing what I even wanted and Adrian walked me through test drives and sat with me while I figured out what I could live with and without. He let me test drive even what he knew I wouldn’t want because I am a hands on person and need to figure things out for myself. Dealership is great! Joey was able to get me the price I was looking for. My only critique... I agreed to the price, told them I would be there in 90 minutes with a check to pay for the full price of the vehicle. When I got there, I still had to wait 1 1/2 hours for paperwork. Most other dealers I use for company vehicles have everything ready to go when I get there. We sign, walk the vehicle, and are on our way in less than 30 minutes.
